Mercure Hotel Frankfurt Eschborn Ost

The restaurant is really good! Boris was really attentive and kind, we had a great time (and the food was really good!) The hotel itself is really good and everybody is very nice! We really enjoy our time here!

Super!! Best hotel in thia area ever! And the people from there is very helpful and kind, specially the Lady from Reception Lisa and one guy that I did not ask his name (Egyptian) and Boris from the Bar!!! I was here due to work, but I felt like home due to these people!!!

We stayed at Mercure Hotel Frankfurt Eschborn Ost and unfortunately the experience was quite disappointing, especially considering we booked a deluxe room. The “deluxe” room looked and felt like a standard room—there was nothing that justified the upgrade. It also wasn’t properly prepared for two people, as everything was set up for just one. On top of that, the room was not properly cleaned upon arrival. Service made things worse. We requested clean towels multiple times, but they were never replaced. After a long day out, we ended up having to get them ourselves late in the evening, which is simply unacceptable. When we raised these issues with the manager, the only compensation offered was a soft drink or coffee, which did not feel appropriate given the situation. Additionally, several basic amenities you would expect from a deluxe room were missing. There was no welcome drink like water, the minibar was empty, and there were no room slippers provided. Beyond our own experience, many of the common complaints mentioned by other guests seem accurate. The hotel feels outdated, with worn furniture and carpets, and the air conditioning is not very effective. Cleanliness appears inconsistent, and noise can be an issue due to thin walls or outside traffic. The location is also a drawback. It’s situated in a business/industrial area with little to do nearby, especially in the evenings, and getting to Frankfurt city center is not very convenient. Breakfast is decent but overpriced for what you get, with limited variety and crowds during busy times. Service overall is inconsistent—some staff are friendly, but responsiveness and attentiveness are lacking. Overall, the hotel does not live up to its 4-star rating and feels overpriced for the quality offered. It might be acceptable for a short business stay, but we would not recommend it for anyone expecting comfort, proper service, or good value for money.

Excelent service, beautiful installations. We ate at the restaurant as well, not only the food was delicious but the attention was amazing, very kind staff. ¡Thank you Boris, Iscan & Hamza!
