Leonardo Hotel Frankfurt City South

​I had a wonderful stay at Leonardo Hotel Frankfurt City South. Arriving before the 3:00 PM check-in, the staff kindly stored my luggage safely and offered complimentary water. ​The location is extremely relaxing, surrounded by a lovely wooded area perfect for walking, jogging, and cycling. My room (Room 434) was comfortable and featured a breathtaking view! ​A special thanks to Sara and Prakash at the reception—both speak fluent English, were incredibly helpful, and answered all my questions clearly. I also tried the German breakfast, which was delicious. ​Highly recommended for a peaceful and comfortable stay!

We stayed at City South Hotel for one night while passing through and had a really great stay! The Späti is such a convenient idea — you can get drinks, snacks and other essentials 24/7 using the self-checkout. The breakfast was extensive and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. The only downsides were that the bathroom felt a little outdated and parking costs an additional €15 on top of the room price. That’s why I’m giving it 4 out of 5 stars. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it for a short stopover!

I am very disappointed with my experience communicating with Leonardo Hotel Frankfurt City South. Unfortunately, due to an unexpected health situation, I am no longer able to travel. I contacted the hotel several times by email and phone to explain my situation and ask whether they could offer a reasonable solution, such as a future stay credit or voucher for the amount that was charged. However, I have had great difficulty receiving a response and getting clear assistance. I understand that hotels have cancellation policies, and I respect those policies. I am not asking for special treatment without reason. I am simply hoping for understanding and a reasonable solution because of my unexpected circumstances. I would sincerely appreciate it if someone from the hotel management team could review my case and contact me regarding my reservation. Please check my emails and messages and contact me as soon as possible. I am still hoping we can find a fair solution, such as a future credit or voucher. My booking will be Sep 7-15! It is urgent! Thank you.

Great place. Clean and warm! Breakfast great! If you want to go on the stadium its like 10/12min walk which is great! The taxi/Bolt to the center is between 12/20€ depends on the time i want it. Over all great! Recommend!
