My experience at this hotel was excellent. My flight arrived at noon, so I wasn’t expecting to be able to check in that early. Thankfully my room was ready (to my surprise), and they allowed me in. That was huge to me! The room was as advertised, and came with two complementary water bottles (and a fridge) which saved me a trip. The WiFi was strong, and I got a good night’s sleep. The location can’t be beat. It’s walking distance from the train (one stop away from the FRA airport), restaurants, and a grocery store. I even went to New Old Town which was about 4 or 5 stops on the train. My day and a half layover in Frankfurt was a joy. Danke!

The room looked clean when we entered but in the morning we found 3 small, roach-like bugs including one in the BED!! they were not bed bugs. Check in was easy and good location. Annoying that you have to pay for parking (7 euros for 7 hrs overnight).
Honestly it is good but a few things could be better for sure. The bathroom had a horrible sewer smell. We had to keep the door shut to not infect the whole room. After the first shower, the smell got better, but still it was very unpleasant. The shower is ok, but there is no door to close the glass, so after every shower the bathroom is flooded with water. Lastly the toilet was not super clean, the cleaning service was not the best. The room is very nice, big, comfortable and has everything you need. Although there is plenty of space, the bed is very small… The kitchen had all the essentials. I cooked dinner without any problems. The check-in was super easy and convenient. We used the codes just as explained in the email and worked perfectly. The location is good, right next to the REWE supermarket and 5 min walking from the S-ban. Connection to the airport is perfect. Overall it is more an apartment than a hotel. The price is similar to the other hotels in the area. I have been to a few and I would say there is not much difference.
Fabulous location and price near the Frankfurt Airport, spacious rooms with great water pressure and a nice kitchenette. Unfortunately lacking in some of the basics, like being able to get into the room. I arrived around 5 pm to a line of 8 people waiting in line to laboriously type all their passport details and confirmation code into the one available kiosk. I knew it was self-check-in, but one kiosk was insufficient. Additonally, there was no wifi in the lobby for visitors without international data plans to access information on their phones. No staff. Two people had to rely on strangers letting them use their data plan in order to check in. Multiple parties arriving got keys that didn't function. tBecause of the line and the problems, it took about 45 minutes after arrival to get into my room, and after the first time, my key no longer worked on the door. I went to try to make a new key, and found two people in the lobby who had the same problem and hadn't been able to reach staff by phone or email. I finally reached someone on the phone who said that I needed to sift through emails to look for two different codes that came in separate emails in order to get into my room. An email with the code for the building door came at 9 am. A separate email that evening after I check in contained a long code to use the keypad on the room door to initialize the lock, then a different shorter code for the room. I and the others were eventually able to get into our rooms, but this was an avoidable problem made worse by poor communication. Getting a dozen emails for a one-night stay with separate emails detailing different parts of the arrival experience was confusing and unnecessary for multiple guests during my short stay.
The hotel is located one trail stop away from the airport which was super convenient. A quick 3-5min walk from the trail station with my luggage brought me right to the front door. Access to the train is very convenient for getting to the city, takes about 10-15min to reach the city centre. The check-in process and how to access my room was a bit confusing but the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and had everything I needed. The hotel is also located around the corner from a grocery store. And the kitchen was stocked with all kitchenware necessary to cook (need to bring your own oil, spices, etc). The room was quite quiet, but note there is no AC (common for Europe) so it was a bit hot in the morning but definitely manageable, at this point in my trip I was used to no AC in Germany.
