Don't be fooled into thinking this is an easy walk from the airport. There are no signposts and very little information on how to get there. So, I had to take a taxi after a long drive to the airport, which cost €15 because the bus had just gone (every 30 minutes) The rooms are very dated with a carpet that looks like it hasn't been cleaned in some time. The air-con squeaks and you can hear everything the next room and every time anybody rolls a suitcase down the hall. When I arrived I tried to you use the automated checkin terminals. But the reason nobody was using them was that after what took around five minutes to fill in the details, including what appeared to be the requirement to have just about all my personal details, which they already had in my booking, it rejected the payment and I had to go the old fashioned route. But I'm pretty sure they were a robot as had no warmth or wish to even say hell, I'm not even sure I existed after that encounter. This last couple of weeks I've stayed in many hotels in DE, including other IntercityHotels and this has been the worst so far. On a positive note, the beds are pretty good and my room is not on the airport side so there isn't any noise from outside. Wish me luck with the sleeping and the squeaking air-con, it's 32C outside! Edit: I forgot another thing. The wifi requires you to sign up for the H-Rewards thing and in what world is 0.47 mb/s highspeed. Yes folk you read that right it varies from 0.47-1.2 mb/s. You've probably guessed, I'm not coming back to this one.

We stayed at IntercityHotel Frankfurt Airport Terminal 3 because we would have otherwise had to spend around 16 hours at the airport, and after a long journey we were completely exhausted. The staff were incredibly kind and professional. They generously allowed us to check in much earlier than the standard check-in time, which made a huge difference and gave us the chance to rest instead of waiting. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, and all the services were excellent. Everything from check-in to check-out was smooth and pleasant. A big thank you to the entire team for their outstanding hospitality. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying near Frankfurt Airport!

Overall, the hotel made a very good impression. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well maintained, and the service is outstanding - everyone was very friendly and helpful. The only downside is the shuttle service. While the €5 fee per trip is fair, the waiting times are often longer than expected. The location is really only convenient if you’re traveling to or from the airport. Otherwise, without a car or the shuttle bus, getting around is quite difficult.

I require a handicap space close to the entrance and this hotel does not provide one. All the parking is in the back of the hotel. This hotel also does not provide water for the room. Also, there are no power outlet or even USB by the beds to charge phones. I cannot recommend this place to anyone and will NEVER stay here again. I recommend that you do not stay here either. You will regret it.

Expect little, and maybe be pleased a little. Look, it's an "Airport Hotel" not a 4 star luxury hotel. My room was a good size, larger than I encounter in Poland or roadside 2 star motels in the USA. I don't agree with all the whining in the comments about dinner and breakfast. There was a good variety of choices, and I could include healthy vegetables in my meals. There was free juice and coffee (some hotels offer an included "meal" but then charge for any beverages, even water.) The hotel is not close to anything to quickly occupy one's self. But the yard is large, you can wander around and look at wildflowers. There are rabbits and doves in the grass. You can walk across the road and watch the sun set in nearby mountains. It is quiet here, despite being next to the highway. Airplanes do not fly overhead. Overall, it is a decent place to rest. The rooms are a bit sparse of decoration - kind of a corporate ambiance. But everything was working in my room. Air conditioning worked well enough that I even raised it a few degrees warmer than the prior guest, and I slept fine.
