Luxus‑level service♥️. I warmly recommend it — I stayed here for two nights, 16–18 September 2026. The room was extremely high quality and very spacious.♥️🌹 The minibar drinks in the room were included in the price, and the lobby offered complimentary coffee and small refreshments during the day.☕️🍰 Great location close to the Hauptbahnhof and the FlixBus terminal🚍
Horrible hotel in a bad part of the city. Rooms look nothing like the picture and are fully ran down. Black mold in the shower, asked for other room, and the shower head was extremely dirty. Thick layer of dust (atleast 2cm) under the (horrible) beds. Surrounding area is full of drug addicts actively using on the city streets. Dont believe the pictures on the website. It seems like last few years the hotel has not received proper care from the owners. Will never stay here again, and will think thrice before ever book a non chain hotel again after this stay.
Dear Management and Hotel Team, I am writing to you regarding a lost item from my recent stay at your hotel. I stayed with my partner in Room 453 on August 8th till August 9th. I believe I left my wallet behind in the room. My primary concern is only to get my essential cards and a very sentimental item back. I do not care about the money inside the wallet; whoever found it can keep the cash. More than anything, I am desperately hoping to recover the only physical photograph I have of my parents. It is extremely precious and irreplaceable to me. Additionally, I would be deeply grateful if my personal identification and bank cards could be found and returned. Could you please check with your housekeeping staff or the lost and found department regarding Room 453? Beautiful old style hotel with lovely big rooms. Fabulous breakfast massive choice of freshly prepared healthy items. Whilst it is great for proximity to station beware of the general location. In particular pavements can be crowed with groups of men standing around, and drinkers can overspill from pubs and bars. It can feel very intimidating especially if female travelling alone.
Centrally located and two minutes walk from station. Safe place to stay. The service and people working are very good. While it’s called 5 star room are a bit old style and so is the building. The room I got has a very small washroom but on request it was changed next day hence 5 star for service. Good for a short stay specially if ur catching a train from Frankfurt
