The schnitzel is delicious. The bar is well stocked and the restaurant area has a/c, a welcome luxury in Germany.

The hotel is beautiful! The staff are friendly and breakfast is delicious. My only complaint is the air conditioning. We paid extra for this during a heat wave. What they don’t tell you is the hotel controls it. The will not let you run it at night and it doesn’t get very cold. I have a medical condition and I can’t get too hot. I have been miserable every night this week. I can’t sleep and this is a work trip. So I will not be booking this again in the future. Sorry but that is a deal breaker. Don’t advertise air conditioning and then restrict it. If that is the case, then I should restrict the pay I gave you. That isn’t fair. It is 100 degrees Fahrenheit all day and I can’t cool Off at night? No thank you.
I stayed here for a week and I loved it. I will let my company know to always lodge us here when we travel here. The staff was amazing, every single one of them.
This is an excellent little hotel. The room was immaculate with good water pressure in the shower. The staff are very friendly and helpful breakfast was served at a time suitable for an early checkout (06.00-10.00). I would definitely stay here again.
Overall, I would say this hotel has a lot going for it. The staff are mostly friendly and helpful, the rooms feel modern and clean, the gym is small, but the equipment is brand new and it's close to Ramstein which is probably why most people stay here. However, there are some things that ultimately make me hesitate to recommend this hotel for everyone, which I'll talk about below. My biggest complaint is the air conditioner being centrally controlled. In August, I cannot choose to have air conditioning at night because the outside is "too cool." The workaround for this has been opening the window, luckily the temperature outside has been very mild at night. However, if you're a light sleeper like I am, the noise from the cars on the busy road near the hotel will wake you up. Where this becomes a problem for me, is working a night shift. If the temperature is borderline outside during the day and the air conditioner doesn't work, I'm left without any real options, the hotel is too close to the road for me to want to have my windows open and I'm a warm sleeper. The next issue is breakfast, this is a much more minor criticism but the variety of breakfast is very limited, so breakfast becomes quite boring. However, I do like that it starts at 6am. The bigger issue is the complete lack of non-dairy options for milk or coffee creamer, does this hotel not believe in lactose intolerance? I'm not sure. Overall, if these issues are not issues for you, I can confidently recommend the hotel, but if you're a warm sleeper and/or working odd hours, I can't recommend it. There is no flexibility with the air conditioning, regardless of your situation.
