One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the breakfast, especially thanks to the chef! I asked him if he could recommend something different to try, and he suggested dumplings. I absolutely love dumplings, so he made me some, and they were so delicious that I went back to ask for more. He told me he had already guessed I would love them and had prepared another portion for me in advance! 🥹❤️

Great location for staying overnight, do the meeting and out. After a long day when checking in at reception. Got my key quickly which is good. Then just SILENT, the receptionist didn't bother saying you have checked in and hope you enjoy your stay. The lift to upstairs is behind you etc. absolutely nothing. I find it rude and unhelpful. Poor first impression! Or and the air con in the room is a bit noisy to my ears.
Stayed here during an overnight layover. The hotel is conveniently walkable from Frankfurt Airport, although it was a little difficult to find at first, especially with another Hilton located right next door.
The bed was very comfortable, the room was quiet, and I didn’t find the A/C noisy. The restaurant staff provided excellent service.
There were a few frustrations, though. We requested a baby crib before arrival, but it wasn’t in our room. Our room phone was also broken, which made things more difficult. There was confusion about our toddler’s complimentary dinner, and although she did qualify, I had to go downstairs in person to sort it out because room service couldn’t be reached. After a long day of flying, that was especially frustrating. Overall, it’s a comfortable hotel in a convenient location, but better communication and attention to requests would have made the stay much smoother.
Amazing hotel right inside the airport train station at Frankfurt. Incredibly convenient. Everything on the room was clean and modern. They have an ice machine!!! The only hotel with one during our 2 weeks in Germany. They also had direct usb charging ports. The a/c- heating system was able to be adjusted in the room as needed. The breakfast was large and delicious. They had hair conditioner in addition to just shampoo and body wash. I would absolutely stay here again.
Less vaue received than expected for the high price of a room on a week day. 640 Euros for two nights. The room was or more expensive than a luxury casino resort in USA at weekend rates. When I wanted to check in, a new unwelcoming Gen Z staff member met me who confirmed my arrival & asked me to come back after 1pm. The room was not spacious (cramped) & not equipped for the elderly or handicapped. Their walk in shower was great. Our breakfast location was redirected to the Hilton Interational where we were received & served with an excellent buffet; however, we were not recognized as guests for WiFi service. Greatest offer is Hilton Garden Inn's covenient location & access to restaurants. planes & trains & other service busineses. It is within the Flughaven complex.
