No daily housekeeping done on rooms ... apparently hotel policy. Fresh towels and room necessities have to be ordered at and collected from Reception.

I had a pleasant stay at H+. The staff were polite, friendly, and attentive, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The location is very convenient, with a bus stop, supermarkets, and several eateries nearby. The only area for improvement would be the frequency of room cleaning. Overall, a comfortable stay with good hospitality and a convenient location. I would be happy to recommend H+.
Hotel is a new construction, well maintained and very clean. Rooms, bathrooms, hallways and dining room areas are all very clean. Rooms have strong HVAC system controlled individually from inside the room. There is a card on the room desk explaining the settings. Beds are comfortable and good quality. Bathroom is large and very clean. Unfortunately noise is an issue, the walls are thin and you can hear and even feel the vibration of slamming doors, people talking and footsteps are easily heard inside the room. If the room doors would soft-close then most of the noise would be eliminated. On the positive side, house cleaning, dining room staff and reception are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is exceptional in the variety, quality and cleansiness. The attention to details is amazing, dining room staff handels cutlery with gloves. Where do see that? When house cleaning is done with the room and bathroom, it is spotless. Very impressed. Parking is in attached parking structure. Hotel location is outside Frankfurt and therefore quiet. Overall an exceptionally clean hotel to stay at, wish they could solve the except slamming doors and noise problem. For me the positives outweigh the one negative and I give this hotel 5 stars.
We stayed here for one night after a long flight from the USA. Overall, it’s a decent hotel, but there is one major issue: the air conditioning does not work well, and you cannot open the windows. Because it was so hot and we couldn't sleep, we had to check out and move to another hotel after 8 PM on our second night. I called the front desk twice the next morning to have them fix the AC; they told me it was fixed, but unfortunately, it wasn’t. I am giving this a 4-star review instead of 3 stars strictly because of the customer service, management was understanding and refunded us for the night we didn't stay. Aside from the AC issue, the location is good and the bar is OK. The front desk staff was okay, and the rooms are on the smaller side. It's a perfectly fine place to stay during cooler months, but I cannot recommend it for the summertime.
Room was better than expected for the price, hotel was kind enough to provide a slightly later check out. Breakfast was good. Had lunch at the hotel restaurant after checking out. We were served by the waiter / bartender Toulanay, who started giving us a seriously nasty attitude because we didn't want to order drinks for a quick lunch. He literally ordered us to put away our water bottles from the table (which we never drank from while at the restaurant). When he served us our food, he deliverately dragged the plate across the table, making a loud noise, or slammed the plate down. During our lunch, he chatted loudly with other members of staff for extended periods of time, at a volume loud enough to be clear and audible from behind the bar. It's the first time we have been in a restaurant with such ignorant and obnoxious behaviour from the staff. After we finished eating, we couldn't get his attention because he was too busy chatting so we had to go to the bar to ask for the check. Again, he was curt and spoke to us as if we owed him something. Look into the CCTV and you will have evidence of the account above. Please - correct this poor waiter who thinks customers owe it to him to order a drink.
