Absolutely great hotel, great location and staff and services all amazing. We had a connecting family room which was perfect for our family of 5 that is including of 3 teenagers. Onsite parking and nothing was too much for staff. Reasonable prices and a lovely bar area, would highly recommend this place.
Diwotel hotel Frankfurt Airport. Our place to stay with a tour group travelling from Switzerland and stay 1 night at Diwotel. Cosy place but far from the crowd. Because at 8 pm the streets are already very quiet 😁 The room has a balcony. The room is cosy with 2 TVs in the living room and the bedroom. The room is a bit dusty. But the service is super friendly at night duty. Delicious and varied breakfast Salam dari Indonesia 🇮🇩
Booked this as a last minute visit. Got the executive room, basically 2 rooms side by side with a connecting door. What a great place. Everything is clean and well kept. Super friendly staff. I've stayed in hundreds of hotels and this would be in my top 10. My only small complaint would be to have more then 2 pillows per double bed.
Superb service. Special thanks to the guy with long black hair who was working the night shift. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive at all times. He always went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and at home, making sure everything was perfect and that we had everything we needed. His positive attitude and genuine kindness truly made our stay special. I can only highly recommend it.
Room sizes were decent for 3 adults and a kid. Location was also convient with super markets and shopping across the road. We were very disappointed with breakfast options at the hotel. Even though breakfast was tipped 10.30 the quantity was very low and breakfast was almost over by 9.00
