I stayed at this hotel . Was greeted by exceptional service by the receptionist. Noticeably Aref, who provided me the upmost service and top class hospitality. Would definitely stay here again

The hotel is in the middle of industrial complex, without restaurants, shopping and public transportation. There is no reason to go there unless you work in the industrial complex. The customer service agents are apathetic who repeat hotel policy without any consideration for the hotel guest. When I wrote to ask a question, Denise Paul simply repeated the hotel policy without answering my questions. Out of frustration, I cancelled the reservation before the non-refund deadline and it was cancelled. After a week, I was shocked to see the reservation re-appear in my account. When I wrote to the hotel that I have cancelled the reservation a week ago, she simply replied that the deadline has passed and it is now non-refundable and I had to pay the full hotel rate. It is only when I emailed the refundable cancellation confirmation, then they acknowledged that there was an error in the system. How can the service agent blame the guest for their problems and errors without first checking the problem. The hotel has a history of having severe IT problems with the electronic keys in the past where it would not work many times. How can the hotel hire service agent who repeat the hotel policy without first finding out the correct information.

We were offered a room upgrade and took advantage of it. The room on the 16th floor was amazing and spacious, with a beautiful view. It had a bedroom as well as a nice lounge, and even two toilets. There was a cooker, but no cooking equipment provided; however, we didn't need it, so it wasn't a problem. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked fantastically well across the whole room during the warm summer days. The breakfast buffet was plentiful. While the hotel isn't in the center of Frankfurt, we easily took public transport into the city for dinner. All in all, I would consider this one of my favorite hotels! 🫶😍👍

Decent value and clean property. Was previously a non-Marriott hotel until purchased, so the design cues are a bit unique / off. The bathroom in the rooms are not private, and have a frosted glass door for both toilet and shower. Privacy can be an issue in the rooms, if with others. On the other hand the shower had amazing pressure and was easily adjustable (tons of room in shower as well). Nice view of the river from the room and small portion of window and be opened for great luften (ventilation). Which reminds me that the floors other than the lobby and the room itself smelled a bit musty, definitely needs better ventilation or weekly / daily luften. Private parking lot that is covered with multiple floors, expensive at 22 EUR a night (especially given it's rural location).
