It's an okayish hotel in terms of room space, service and location. However the utilities are not in a great condition, nor the cleanliness, the sheets have stains, the shower heat is uneven, sometimes the water is cold, sometimes hot, it's random. It's like you put it into one position, but the water comes out in very different temperature every few seconds, it's really weird. It was not like that for my friends and their rooms, so it has something to do with that particular room. Several floor tiles on the bathroom floor were loose and were moving. The windows of the room were very dusty from outside and there was a crack on the kitchen wall. One of the lamps was not working. They have to maintain their rooms a little bit better.

My stay here was great, now granted the temps were chilly (AC in Germany is not common). So if it’s your first visit to Germany all hotels run warm. The team and customer service is in the above and beyond. Their kindness to all could be seen. Rooms are cozy and all you need. Laundry room on 1st floor was easy to operate (read directions on entry door). If you are healthy it’s a 35-40min walk to center of city area. If you need to Uber I recommend walking across the street to the front of Sky Plaza. Will be in my list when I come back.
Since 2015, I have been staying at this hotel. It is one of the most beautiful and luxurious hotels in Frankfurt, and I highly recommend it. It is located opposite the Skyplaza mall and close to everything. The lobby is very beautiful, and all the drinks are complimentary. Do not hesitate to stay at this wonderful hotel. We were welcomed by the staff member Margareta at reception. We are always lucky to have her—she greets us with a smile and helps us with everything we need. Thank you all. This is a message from someone who truly loves this beautiful hotel.
Overall, I really love this hotel. The location is very strategic because it is right in the city center of Frankfurt. Since I visited in December, the hotel was very close to Frankfurt Old Town where the Christmas Market is held, and there is also a mall right next to the hotel. Here are some important things you should know about this hotel: Parking If you come with your own car like I did, you should book the parking space well in advance. The parking fee is around 19 euros per night. There is elevator access from the basement parking area, so after checking in at the front desk, you can take your luggage directly using the elevator from the parking area. Please note that everything here is self-service and there is no porter service. Room The room we chose was quite spacious and came with a kitchen because we booked the apartment type. The bathroom was complete and spacious enough, giving us comfortable room to move around. Room service is limited, so if you request additional cleaning outside the regular schedule, you will be charged an extra fee. Food & Beverages For breakfast, you just need to register at the restaurant, and the cost is 19 euros per person. You can also get free mineral water, coffee, and tea during your stay at this hotel. Wi-Fi The Wi-Fi is guaranteed to be very fast, so it is very satisfying when you need it. Overall Rating I would rate this hotel 9.5 out of 10.
The rooms are cold (the air conditioning barely heats at all) january and outside its -2 C. I was given a pull-out mattress (from the sofa) that hadn’t been made up, with old, dirty bedding on it. The shower water was cold/lukewarm – there was no proper hot water at all but from the tap hot water was running fine. No hairdryer in the room (they eventually brought one from reception, but it was so old it nearly burnt my hair). The “gym” isn’t really a gym – just a tiny corner with old, dusty equipment. Free coffe is nice and comfortable beds but the rest is just a joke for the price you pay. Thats not a German standart.
