The door slamming - looks like something is exploding all the time. Do people really live slamming doors on each other’s face at home? G-…we’re not animals, people. The rooms should be cheaper, not worth the price. Many hotels are cheaper and better. The tv is old and doesn’t allow for streaming apps. The blond man and older from the staff are nice, the other one, I guess Asian but I didn’t super notice - was rude. Lacked some etiquette. Some guests - I really don’t get people staring, such a bizarre habit. Nouveau riche. If any of us were really “riche” we’d be at kempinsky… Mainly —> staring is impolite. Please learn already. Etiquette 🙌 - It said there was a dishwasher in the room - there is none. - The mattress is low-quality soft. - The staff washes cleaning rags/cleaning material in the washing machine, where we all should wash their clothing and underwear- it’s disgusting. - Cleaning staff fairly loud during day, on working days - like vacuum cleaning with the door open. Super fun during meetings. - The sink smells like sewage. And there is not a division from “kitchen” and room. So, pleasant. - No AC - for the price should have at least some AC - not appropriate when above 20 degrees. Had 24 and was fairly warm. - At least one hour walking to city centre.

The apartment is very nice but I stayed three nights and there was no room service. So no coffee on the third morning, because there are only two. One minibottle of shampoo for three days. There is also no reception past 18:00 and nothing on weekends, so if you need to print out something on a Sunday, you are alone. Worst issue: if you need to leave luggage after check out you need to 1) hope it fits in the free lockers 2) hope the lockers work. There was only one left for me and it was blocked/broken, with a closed reception. So now I am roaming around Frankfurt with a bit suitcase searching for a luggage deposit. Not nice.

Stayed at Comfy from 1st April to 1st May and honestly… this place made Frankfurt feel like home 🏡✨ For the price, the value is AMAZING 💯 Super comfortable stay, clean spaces, nice vibe, and everything just felt easy and smooth. You can genuinely feel that you’re getting more than what you pay for 🙌 Big shoutout to the Entire reception team ( Mirko and Abdu - Extra cheers ) 🌟 From the booking process till the entire stay, they were absolutely wonderful — always welcoming, helpful, kind, and ready whenever I needed assistance. Those smiles at reception really make a difference after a long day 😊👏 What I loved ❤️ ✨ Great value for money ✨ Comfortable and cozy atmosphere ✨ Helpful & friendly staff ✨ Smooth check-in/check-out experience ✨ Good location and overall peaceful vibe ✨ Felt very safe and well-managed Tiny downside only 😅 The walls are a little thin, so sound travels sometimes. I usually finished work around 10 PM and cooked/eat late, and my neighbor wasn’t always happy about the utensil sounds 😂 But honestly, that was the only small issue during an otherwise fantastic stay. Overall, had a really happy experience here 💛 Definitely one of the best stays in Frankfurt for me so far 🌆✨ Now moved to Cozy — will drop another review once my stay there is complete 😄

This is the third time I’ve stayed here, and I will definitely keep coming back. I truly love this place because of the excellent service and attention. The entire team is very kind, patient, and always willing to help. Even though I don’t speak English, they take the time to communicate with me using a translator, which I really appreciate. On one occasion, they even helped me change rooms and move my luggage without any problem. That kind of care really makes a difference. The place is very clean, comfortable, and well organized. I have tried different types of rooms: the XL (which is amazing and very spacious), the medium one, and now the small one, and all of them have been excellent, each with its own charm. I really like how everything is practical: the check-in is independent with machines, but if you need help, there is always someone available and they respond quickly. The location is also very convenient, and the accommodation has everything you need: kitchen, bathroom, and a nice space to relax. I definitely recommend it 100%. It’s a place where you feel well taken care of, comfortable, and at peace. Thank you for making every stay so special.
