This was my first visit to Frankfurt, and I was quite impressed with the Avani hotel. Its location is relatively close to various amenities and tourist attractions. The breakfast menu offers a good variety; a highlight was the traditional ginger and cinnamon drink. It would be a great addition if a dedicated space for prayer could be provided, especially for Muslim guests. I also left my luggage at the hotel while traveling to another city, and a staff member named Azis assisted me excellently. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service at the Avani hotel.
We only stayed for one night here but would definitely stay here again. The location is great and near to a major public transport station. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The room has a real bathroom door, not a barn door or clear/glass door. The staff were all friendly and helpful. We were given vouchers to use for a drink at the bar, and had coffee/tea, which was surprisingly the best we've had our whole trip.
Very friendly and accommodating staff. Clean room with fresh scented linens. Sparkly bathroom. Nice travel accessories including extras like a toothbrush kit and personal hairbrush. Nespresso coffee in the room. Very close to train, Old Town Frankfurt, and Art Museum. Good food and ice cream nearby. We were early and our room was ready so we were offered an early check-in. This was very nice after a 9 hour flight.
Pros:
-Clean, modern room with all amenities — even lip balm
-The hotel feels well‑maintained and contemporary.
-Staff were amazing across the board, from reception to housekeeping, always prompt and helpful.
-The location is excellent, right next to the shopping street.
-When I reported an issue with the AC, the technician arrived within five minutes and even offered an immediate room change.
-Check‑in was very quick.
Cons:
The only downside was the breakfast juices, which tasted artificial.
Adding pancakes or crepes and more cold cuts varities , such as smoked salmon would make the breakfast even more better.
My family stayed in the Avani last night. From the very quick check in to the extremely kind front desk staff.
The staff at the desk last night were so nice and helpful.
The room was exactly what we needed and very comfortable. The bed was huge. Felt like I could get lost in it.
As for the breakfast, I got the ham and cheese omelette and it was delicious.
Would definitely recommend stay on the Avani.
