Walking distance from main station, right next to shopping mall. Came with fridge, washer/dryer, oven/microwave. Arrived about 3 to fours early, for a a price we were able to check in and relax from the flight and shower and rest before we went out sight seeing.
I had a wonderful stay at Adina Hotel Düsseldorf. The room was excellent—spacious, comfortable, and very well maintained. It had everything I needed and made my stay really enjoyable. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city and next to a shopping mall, making it easy to explore Düsseldorf and enjoy shopping, dining, and public transport. What stood out the most was the exceptional service. The gentleman at the reception was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. He made check-in easy and made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Düsseldorf.
We stayed here for four total nights - one on the front end and three on the back end of a trip to Astana - and loved it. The room is well appointed with everything needed, and the washer/dryer allowed us to travel carry on only. The location is fantastic: It is five minutes from a U-Bahn stop and a tram stop. It is far enough from the Bahnhofviertel that we felt 100% comfortable for the duration. The Skyline Plaza was a godsend: there's a REWE market for snacks and drinks and tons of food options when you don't want to go elsewhere. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful, and spoke excellent English. Of the four properties we stayed at in our two week trip, our 9 y/o son loved Adina Westend the best, and that is high praise indeed! Would absolutely recommend for travelers to Frankfurt.
Checkin endless wait, while ppl behind the counter enjoying their time with each other for whatever you don’t know. Morning only cold water for shower, and one need to wait an hour for an uncertain employee to come and repair. You just want to shower? “But there is also other people.” FOR WHAT? I thought I paid for your hotel and did NOT come to beg for showering. VERY ACCEPTABLE SERVICE.
Most unhygienic hotel I’ve ever been to, especially in Frankfurt.. no words needed just look at the pictures. Plus worst hotel service client.. had to change rooms twice, hair in the corridor and elevator, everywhere. Made them change the bedsheets. Luckily it was one night.
