From the very first contact, communication has been excellent, and everyone has been very attentive, professional, and helpful. The customer service has been outstanding, and the coordination of all the details has been smooth, clear, and well organized. Such a great first yacht experience, everyone apart of the crew was so nice. We got stuck at one of the draw bridges and they even extended our time due to the inconvenience. One of the workers did photography on the side and offered free photography the whole ride. I even found a picture I really liked and he went out of his way to edit it for me without me even asking.

We booked the Pink Princess for my girl’s 23rd birthday, and it was such a good choice! The captain and host were both awesome, professional, and made us feel comfortable right away. Everything was handled so well without feeling overly formal, and we were able to just relax and enjoy ourselves. My girl had a blast celebrating with her friends, and the yacht made the whole birthday feel extra special. We got to enjoy the views, take pictures, listen to music, and just have fun together. It was definitely a birthday she’ll remember! Shoutout to the captain and host for making the day so enjoyable. We would definitely do this again! 💕🎂🛥️

The yacht was great. I really enjoyed my day in the water. I felt safe and the customer service was very professional. This experience included everything that I needed and asked for. She squeezed me in the last minute and made it happen when no one else could. They even included champagne to celebrate! I will definitely be booking again the next time I am in Miami.

They won’t cancel if it’s thunder and lightning. Nobody in their right mind would be in the water with that type of inclement weather. I didn’t get to enjoy the yacht with my group.

Was misleading & not true to price. Still waiting for refund of $700. They ask for $399 then an additional $300 and surprise you with another request of $500 for the experience. Ubered over there for nothing on the last day of our trip. Very disappointing.

I booked this company for my sister’s bachelorette weekend and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Booking & Deposit: Within one day of booking, I was contacted by someone via text who told me the boat shown in the listing was not available. He sent me links to other available boats, and I selected one and confirmed the timing with him. I was told that I needed to pay a $300 deposit to confirm the boat and time. I received a payment link and paid the deposit. Day of the Booking: On the day of our reservation, I received a WhatsApp message saying that our assigned captain had an emergency and could not make it. I was then told another captain had been assigned to our trip. We arrived at the marina about 15 minutes before our scheduled departure time, but the marina did not have our reservation. I had to go back and forth with the new captain, who told me it would take him 45 minutes to get there. After waiting the 45 minutes, I called him again. He then told me that the boat’s AC was not working and that I should call the owner to cancel. The biggest issue was the complete lack of communication from the owner. I called the owner multiple times regarding the situation and never received a response. At no point did the owner communicate with me about the delayed arrival, the captain change, the reservation issue, the boat’s condition, or what was happening with our booking. The only person who was responsive was the gentleman who had originally coordinated the boat selection and payment with me through text. He told me the boat was fine and that they were coming. We ultimately waited approximately 2 hours at the marina. When the boat finally arrived, we only received 3 hours on the boat, despite paying for 4 hours with jet skis and multiple sailing stops. The actual experience was also very different from what we had booked. We spent much of the time moving extremely slowly through the marina, stopped in the Brickell area, and then returned. We did not receive the experience that was advertised and that I had paid for. The company was only willing to refund $275, despite the significant delay and the fact that we did not receive the full experience or services we paid for. What was most frustrating was the lack of communication and accountability from the owner. I repeatedly tried to contact her and received no response. Given the multiple issues that occurred before and during our reservation, I expected the owner to communicate with me and help resolve the situation, but that never happened. I would not recommend booking this listing. In fact, even marina employees told us they had seen numerous customers experience issues when booking yacht cruises through Viator.

This was my second time renting this boat, but this time the meet up point was some marina way up the canal compared to my first time was in a marina in south beach. It took over a hour to travel down the canal to finally get out to the bay, which left us no time to see the islands and swim. The boat is very fun but if you have to travel down the canal it’s not worth the money because once you get out there you will immediately have to come back.

Booked 60’ yacht for four hours weeks prior then two days before called to verify the time l selected was confirmed. Comes to find out my booking time was not available and neither was the four hours I requested. Just avoid at all cost

Def false advertisement!! We were over charged, left early to get back to the dock, told us we couldn’t drive the jet skis because it was going to take too much time filling out paper work, also you only get the jet ski’s for THIRTY MINUTES, also the pool at the back they said it was broken then said it was an extra fee, honestly I would recommend calling and asking questions before booking but def don’t book this place.

Never got the yatch or even the boat name, little to no help once I got to the docks from this 3rd party company, almost ruin my birthday cause they did nothing for me

Horrible experience , from start to beginning. Overcharged for what you get. Advertising one thing and providing something else. We told to pay $400 worth of fuel which was way Overcharged for what we got. We told to pay $400 for crew Service which we never got. We had 1 lady on boat which never Service or assist us. She was bitter and unpleasant. Jet ski came old and broken. Very slow jet ski , one of them broke down after couple of min. On the picture Advertising a square pool mat behind the yacht which never provided. We paid for 4 hours trip end up with 3 hours. Paid 200 pick up fee from the boat peir which we came there . Why do we need to pay for them go on the boat from the peir?, wasn't it obvious ? . We came to the boat not otherwise. Horrible!.

I booked a boat experience through Viator and everything was exactly as described. The staff was professional, the boat was clean, and all of the amenities that were listed were provided. The experience was smooth from start to finish, and everyone in my group had an amazing time. I truly appreciated the great customer service, organization, and overall atmosphere. I would definitely book again and highly recommend this experience to others.

The whole “boat + jet ski package” honestly feels like a scam. The communication was terrible from start to finish. The jet ski instructor got delayed at the sandbar, which caused us to arrive late back to the marina, but somehow that became our fault. They also barely communicate important things ahead of time. If you book with them, make sure EVERYONE does the Florida boating/jet ski course beforehand, because they only told us about it the night before. On top of that, they kept our security deposit because the jet ski was late returning, even though that delay was completely out of our control. Everything felt extremely unorganized and misleading. Definitely would not recommend.

There was no sea pool on boat as promised in the photos, the boat was smaller than appeared, staff serge was not very responsive and some staff were very rude. The air conditioner did mot work on the boat . I wana a credit for these issues or refund

It was an awful experience. We were given the wrong address to meet and lost an hour if our time which they said they couldn’t make up the time. The boat was dirty and the seats need replacing. We rented jet skis which was an extra $400 and we only had them for 1/2 hour. It was extremely disorganized and definitely not worth the money!

Me and my friends HAD A BLAST WITH SIMON AMD JOSEPH! They were the best captains! Helped us with anything we needed! Very friendly! Amazing tour I mean the best captains they were amazing made my birthday the BEST! Thank you for the beautiful tour and yall beautiful vibes !
