Everything from the drive thru safari and the walking through the zoo park was very cool. Definitely a great value and worth the $35 per person.
Another Fantastic Visit to Wild Florida! Visited Wild Florida today and had such an amazing experience from start to finish! The booking process was incredibly easy, and on arrival, signing our waivers was quick and straightforward. Everything was really well organised, and all the staff were so friendly and welcoming. I booked the sloth encounter, and honestly, I absolutely loved every minute of it! Such an incredible experience, and I’m so happy I decided to do it. It really was fantastic and something I’ll remember for a long time! Afterwards, we waited for our airboat ride in a lovely, spacious and airy waiting area. There were four of us in our group, and we joined five other guests for the ride. Our guide, Alex, was brilliant! He was friendly, knowledgeable and took his time exploring, looking out for wildlife and sharing interesting information with everyone. We never felt rushed, which made the experience even more enjoyable. This was my second visit to Wild Florida, and once again, it didn’t disappoint! We all had an absolutely amazing time and made some wonderful memories. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Wild Florida to anyone visiting the area. It’s a fantastic place with lovely staff and brilliant experiences. I’ll certainly be returning again in the future!
Wonderful, driving thru and seeing all the wildlife, not all are indigenous to America. Too seeing all the different varieties of deer and bulls with their huge horns and bodies. The also had clean bathrooms and I even got the chance to hand feed a giraffe. Lovey day, well worth it 👌
This place is truly wonderful if you love seeing animals. Went on the drive later in the day. We were able to take our time. So many different animals just roaming around. Some of the animals come pretty close . You are driving slowly on the road and they are all free roaming. This was way better than expected. We did the giraffe feedings which is quick but so worth the $5. Just a cool experience. We have been to the gator park before. It is like a mini zoo with lots of animals. This trip I paid extra for the lemur experience. It was so awesome and the handler was wonderful. I’m sure we will go back again. We did the airboat ride in the past and totally enjoyed it. You could easily spend a lot of time here if you did all three attractions. We were two adults who just love seeing animals. Great for small children as it’s not too large for walking. Would highly recommend all the have to offer.
We had such a great time at Wild Florida! The drive-thru safari was so much fun, and we really enjoyed the walk-through park and getting to see the animals up close. The animal shows were a lot of fun, and feeding the giraffes was definitely one of my favorite parts! 🦒❤️. Everything was enjoyable and well organized. Such a fun experience, and I would definitely go back! 🐊🦒🦓
It was definitely wild! So many beautiful animals and they’re right next to your car. You have animals all around you.. We had a camel block the road. The experience was awesome! We even saw a beautiful bald eagle up close. Please spend the extra few dollars and feed the giraffe. Leroy and Walter are so worth it! Highly recommend the trip out there. We will be back!
Beautiful grounds and the animals are so healthy and well cared for. It was such a fun experience! Loved it!
I live in FL and had never been. We took the grandkids yes and we all had a ball! The kids loved it, but so did we!! The drive thru safari was best part, you can take your time, we only saw 2 other vehicles out there, so no one pushing you to keep going. I would absolutely recommend, plan on taking the rest of the grandkids next time they come down.
We had such a great time. Went in the airboats first, then to the gator park. We spent 3 hours in there. The animal shows were amazing. Then we went on the Safari last and even got up close and personal as they came right up next to the car. We highly recommend this for the whole family.
Very cool experience. Saw numerous animals. Took many great pictures. Picked up some great mementos at the gift store.
Took this tour as part of my grandson's thirteenth birthday celebration.
Very good experience. Highly recommended. Did the Wild Florida Drive-Thru Safari and Gator Park 2-for-1. $35 pp. Take lots of pictures. Would definitely do it again and may add on the airboat ride next time. T
Very friendly employees. Clean areas. Animals look in good shape.well organized. Not too crazy price
We were there about 1030a and hit feeding time....that was great. So many animals it was great. The time of year, and mid week and time of day made for very few cars...we took our time, didn't feel rushed and really enjoyed it. Then we enjoyed the walking park of reptiles and birds and saw a few shows really enjoyed that as well. Loved the gator feeding. Very few people...pick your times and it can be a great time.
Excellent day out, plenty to see and good value
Captain Lauren was AWESOME! She drove the airboat perfectly as to give us excitement but not to scare us. She was also very knowledgable about wildlife and knew exactly where we could find some gators, even though it was really hot outside. The rest of the park was great too. We fed big 20' gators and saw some other beautiful animals! Definitely recommend this for the whole family.
Take your time driving through the park so you get the full experience of the safari! There are such a wide variety of animals to see! And don’t forget the Gator park!
Brilliant!! Such good value Croc shows incredible Really nice feel to the park No issues with refunding the airboat tour tickets when the weather prevented it going ahead What a contrast to the poor customer service at Busch gardens Would definitely recommend
We purchased Florida Resident discount tickets for the drive thru safari. That included the Gator Park. What a great way to spend the day! Hours of viewing animals from the air conditioned car then walked around the Gator Park which had more than Gators. So much to see! It was fantastic! We didn’t even have time to see all of the Gator Park because it was time to head home. You definitely get your money here without fighting crowds. We will be making this a yearly tradition!
We decided to visit Wild Florida and had an excellent time. The attraction is divided into two main areas: the Drive-thru Safari Park and the walk-through Gator Park and Zoo. We started with the drive-through portion and then parked, had lunch at the Chomp House Grill, and spent the rest of the afternoon exploring the zoo. For Florida residents, admission was $25 per person, which included both the drive-through safari and the zoo. Considering everything there is to see, I thought it was an great value. When you first arrive, you check in at one of two small tollbooth-style buildings before entering the safari. Throughout the drive, you remain in your vehicle and are asked not to feed or pet the animals. There are lots of signs everywhere to remind you of the rules. I actually liked this approach because the animals come close enough to your car to get some excellent photographs while still keeping a respectful distance that allows traffic to keep moving. At the entrance they provide a booklet with pictures of many of the animals, and there is also a QR code you can scan to listen to an audio tour describing the different species you encounter along the way. It made the drive both educational and enjoyable. After finishing the safari, we stopped for lunch before exploring the zoo. For a smaller zoo, there is quite a bit to see. I especially enjoyed the giant tortoises and the alligators, but there were many other animals as well, along with opportunities to get much closer to them than you can in the safari. The grounds were clean, easy to walk, and laid out so you could see everything without feeling rushed. Overall, we thought Wild Florida was a great experience and one of the better values we've found. Between the drive-through safari, the zoo, and the opportunity to enjoy lunch without leaving the park, it made for a fun and relaxing day. If you're looking for a family-friendly attraction where you can see a wide variety of animals at a reasonable price, I would definitely recommend spending a day here. Enjoy!
Way bigger than we thought it would be, totally worth the price. We had a great time. The drive through was cool and the walk through had some cool animals too.
Excellent adventure and priced very reasonably. Safari and gator exhibits were very good. Nice long safari drive with plenty of animals. Not too crowded on weekdays. We fed the alligators.
It was a beautiful experience we loved the animals. This is something we had never done and seeing bison was on the top of my list
The drive through safari allowed the animals to be very close to the cars, but since we were not offering food, they did not attack the car as has happened in other safari parks. The animals roamed around as we drove slowly past. The grandchildren were able to take many photos so they were ecstatic. We also went to the alligator park where we paid for the boys to feed capybaras and another time to feed ringtailed lemurs. The groups feeding animals were very small which was great. We also watched an alligator program and the photos they took were so wonderful that we actually bought them! There are no food stops nearby, but they have a small restaurant area in the park but I think that I would pack a lunch next time.
This was great. The gator park was awesome. Fed some gators and watched several shows. The boardwalk thru the swamp was a nice touch.
Great experience. Lots of animals to see. They have 2 giraffes. They were in the pen but we still could see them. Overall a great attraction
This was an awesome experience. Got to see a lot of animals up close while safely in our vehicle. Great non theme park activity in the Orlando area. I have recommended to others.
It's not a quick experience (need to drive slow), but well worth the time. Go when feeding if possible!
Great value here vs at the venue. These tickets basically gave us admission to the gator park free with Safari admission. Seeing the animals up close (even if they were only prey animals, no predators) is such a different experience than seeing them at a zoo. It was so nice to be in our own vehicle with AC on a hot summer day. The gator park had so many interesting animals and we saw gators going after raw chicken up close at the gator show. It was so worth visiting!! Highly recommend!
Nice to see animals closer than you can in a zoo. You can feed the giraffe at the entrance for $5.00. My grandson loved that. Employees are very nice.
Alot of animals to see. Nice place and easy to find. Nice place to take the family or a partner. Giraffe and ostrich was cool.
ACTUALLY AMAZING!!! The cost for our VIP Safari was very worth it. It came with a private tour with close up encounters with the wildlife, food, slushy, giraffe feeding, walkthrough of all the enclosures, photo with a gator, and you can go through the drive through safari again on your own if you have time. The park is so beautiful and the natural wetlands are incredible! The animals all looked very well cared for with proper enclosures and stimulation. We went on a Wednesday and it was perfect, not crowded. The staff were friendly and our guide was lovely. She and I bonded about our dream to work on a preservation/conservation. Honestly a really great place for everyone. I was worried it was going to be your kind of average “meh” animal place. NOT AT ALL! Thank you for staying true to your mission and doing an amazing job!
Make sure you wear insect repellant as partner was bitten a couple of times. Well worth the visit. Lots to see and opportunities to pull over to take a picture (from inside your car) then the gator park which you walk around, very good. Get some gator food to feed them, fun to do.
This was an amazing experience! The amount of animals, along with the giraffe feed was incredible. Also, their customer service was unmatched. It’s worth a visit.
As part of our work trip to Florida last year, we visited Wild Florida’s Gator Park, which is home to more than 200 native and exotic animals, including sloths, zebras and of course the magnificent Florida Alligators. We had the chance to experience an incredible airboat adventure through the wetlands in search of Florida’s wildlife including alligators in their natural habitat while enjoying breath-taking scenery. The ultimate airboat thrill took us into the beautiful 100,000 acres of protected swamps, marshes and rivers. As we sat back, relaxed and let the sounds and sights of nature surround us as we looked out the gators, birds, eagles and plants that make up the stunning wetlands, we were attacked by a swarm of flies! Not sure how we didn't jump in the water to escape from the fly attack! The airboat tour also includes free admission to Wild Florida’s fantastic Gator Park where the guests can enjoy the hands-on alligator demonstration and the 500 ft. sightseeing dock where you are sure to spot some huge Floridian alligators. The Gator Park is home to more than 200 native and exotic animals, such as sloths, zebras, turkey, watusi, zedonk, deer, water buffalo, wild boar, and much more! From feeding and learning about baby animals at the petting zoo to exploring the fantastic Hawk Swamp boardwalk, there’s something for every member of the family at Wild Florida. • Advanced reservations required. • Children aged 2 and under are FREE of charge. • Life jackets and ear protection for each guest are provided if required. • Unfortunately, the airboats are not wheelchair accessible.
We had a fantastic time at Wild Florida and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Florida who wants a break from the Disney parks. It was just over an hour drive from the hotel we were staying at in Orlando and there was plenty to see and do throughout the day. We really enjoyed watching the gator show, which was both entertaining and informative, and it was great seeing all the different animals around the park. One of the highlights for my children was the Capybara experience. They absolutely loved getting up close and feeding them. As a family, we also took the 30-minute airboat ride. You get out onto the water and see the natural surroundings and wildlife. the 30-minute tour seemeed like a good amount of time as I feel anything beyond this would just become boring. Overall, Wild Florida offered a fun and memorable family day out. It was a great change of pace from the busy theme parks and gave us the chance to experience another side of Florida.
The safari was not what I expected it to be for $35, very very very disappointed. This should be FREE! As a family of 15+ no one was happy and to top it off not a lot of animals or they weren't out ,where is the 150 animals? The employees were GREAT!! I EXPECTED MORE FOR $35 AND $5 MORE TO FEED AN GIRAFFE.....I'LL PAST HOWEVER DID LET THE 6 KIDS PARTICIPATE. I would not suggest this !! Another thing another $37 each to do the Airboat for 9 people, $333 (I did it) but just the safari and air boat to go in the swamp a total of $1000 (very close) short a couple of dollars. Will not recommend to anyone!!
We had a great time staff was friendly and knowledgeable we got to meet a baby ostrich and feed the giraffe very cool experience. The park is very clean and we’ll keep the animals are free to roam the grounds as they please and eat and drink whenever very peaceful. I would definitely recommend this place.
My son & I had a great time exploring everything this attraction offers. The drive‑through safari was a blast, letting us see animals in a way that felt both safe and exciting. If you want to see the animals up close there is an option to buy a package to do that. The gator park was another highlight, especially the feeding experience — definitely something you don’t see every day. The sloth & capybara encounters were adorable and well‑run. Prices felt fair for the variety of activities, and every staff member we interacted with was friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable about the animals. I had initially signed up for a VIP safari tour, totally missing that my son wasn’t old enough. The front desk was awesome, refunded us the money and set us up with 2 animal encounters. The only issue was lunch: even after the main rush, we waited quite a while for our food. Despite that hiccup, it’s a unique and worthwhile stop for animal lovers.
Nice place kids had fun except it was my granddaughter birthday and she wanted to hold a sloth or feed it but prices we re over 300 ridiculous for that it should be alot less than that. Otherwise it was very nice day
Didn't go bc I had so much stuff going on but would have loved to, I got refunded after talking with support so if support is good most likely the whole place is good. It's the people running it that make it good, not just the experience itself.
My fiance and I have visited here several times and always enjoy the laid back atmosphere and the nice long drive through the safari trail. They also have excellent food for a tourist destination. We prefer the pulled pork sandwich! I recommend Wild Florida to anyone looking for things to do in the area. :)
When I got at gate it was locked and nobody came out to open it . I never got in😤😤😤
Where to begin… first off, our experience at Wild Florida was exceptional! The facility is easy to find, it’s lay-out is easily navigable and the staff seem genuinely happy to be woking there. We made an entire day of the park, I got my girls a VIP Sloth Experience from 9:00-9:30am. Our staff member was Taylor and she was fantastic! She was very knowledgable, friendly and funny. She brought over “Airy”, their two-toed sloth and both of my girls got to hold and pet Airy while she was being fed by Taylor. Between 9:30-11:00am, we toured the grounds, looking at all the exotic animals. Both of my girls love animals and Wild Florida just happened to have most of their favorites, like Fennec Foxes, Galapagos Turtles, Capybaras, Sloths, Lemurs, Macaws, Kangaroos, Warthogs, etc. During this time, my daughter and I also went “Gator Fishing”. We bought some baby gator food and rented a “fishing pole” (a wooden stick with a flexible metal rod) and went over to the baby alligator enclosure. We put the food on the end of the metal rod and lowered it down into the enclosure. The baby alligators climbed over each other and jumped up to snatch the food. We also caught the free Exotic Animals Show. A staff member brought out “Armand” the armadillo, “Steve” the king snake and “Fluffy” the alligator. The staff member brings the animals around so the crowd can feel them while explaining traits about the animal. We did their VIP Safari Tour from 11:00-1:00pm. I cannot recommend this enough! Our staff member for this was Alison. She was extremely knowledgable, sweet and seemed genuinely excited to be giving us the tour. She picked us up in a 4-seater side-by-side and had a literal bucket of slices carrots, zucchini, squash, apples and cucumbers as well as a whole container of “Poofs”; a vitamin rich, crunchy ball of goodness (the animals really liked those). Alison initially took us to see their animals that required medical care (either rescues or random injuries). Then we fed Leroy, their 17’ tall giraffe. After that she took us into their Drive-Thru Safari, but the main difference is that Alison drove us right up to the animals. From the side-by-side, we got to feed numerous different species as well as pet some of them. Wild Florida has dozens of exotic species, most from Asia and Africa. We saw, pet and fed Kudu, Asian Water Buffalo, Highland Cows, Wildebeests, Zebra, Watusi, One and Two Humped Camels, Ostriches, Kunekune (chonky pig) and numerous species of Antelope from around the world among many others. Lunch is included with the VIP Safari Tour and we ate from 1:00-2:00pm. The food was surprisingly good. They have a large menu to choose from including a couple dishes with alligator meat. The included meal choices were Chicken Tenders, a Burger, Turkey Wrap, Pulled Pork Sandwich or a Hotdog. All the meals come with Fries and a Water. I had the pulled pork, my wife had the wrap and the kiddo had the chicken tenders. All of our meals were good and the Fries were nice and crispy. Condiments were included. From 2:00-2:20pm I got my girls a Capybara Encounter. They got to go into the Capybara Enclosure and pet and feed them. After that we utilized our other Included Perks that came with the VIP Safari Tour, which included free alligator food and we went out onto the over-water gazebo and fed the big-ass alligators in the pond. Then we got our pictures taken while holding a 4’ baby alligator. At 3:00pm we saw the Gator Feeding Show. The “Croc Team” sends out chicken legs on a cable and pulley over the gator pond. While you watch the gators and a couple crocs launch themselves out of the water trying to get the chicken legs, one of the croc team members tells you all about the specific gators and crocs they have at the facility. We wrapped up our day with a visit to their well-stocked gift shop and utilized our last Included Perk from our VIP Safari Tour, a free Slushy. The slushy was way better than it had any right to be! I cannot recommend Wild Florida enough! Our experience was amazing, the staff was excellent and the facility was immaculate. They offer Airboat rides as well, but we simply ran out of time. Oh yeah, also Included in our VIP Safari Tour was a free Giraffe Feeding and admission to drive our own vehicle back through their Drive-Thru Safari. We didn’t get around to this because we ran out of time. However, after Alison’s tour, I don’t think we missed out. If you’re into wildlife, this is a must see destination!
Bring your camera for lots of photos! We drove through at a very leisurely pace, we weren’t rushed at all.
We enjoyed our experience here. Animals were. Everywhere. It wasn’t as great as I expected. Long drive, and overpriced
Was a blast had a wonderful time with the family seeing all the animals was nice to go in the gift shop to look around
We had an outstanding experience on our safari visit. The variety of animals was impressive, and what really stood out was how active they were throughout the day. We saw everything from giraffes, zebras, rhinos, and antelope to birds and alligators, and many of them were close enough to provide incredible viewing and photography opportunities. One of the best parts was being able to explore at our own pace. We never felt rushed and could stop to enjoy the scenery, watch the animals, and take photos whenever we wanted. The property itself is beautiful and well maintained, making the experience enjoyable even between animal encounters. The alligator feeding demonstration was another highlight. It was both entertaining and educational, and it gave us a chance to see the animals in action rather than simply observing them from a distance. Whether you’re an animal lover, a photographer, or just looking for a unique family outing, this safari offers a great combination of wildlife, natural beauty, and flexibility. We made some wonderful memories and would absolutely visit again.
Kids enjoyed it and had fun seeing the animals and the boat ride
