Wild Florida Adventure Package Tour With Hotel Pickup & Lunch

Unfortunately, the experience wasn’t quite what was advertised, which was disappointing. We were collected from our hotel at 7:20am, but instead of heading straight to Wild Florida, we seemed to drive around various places simply to “kill some time.” Our advertised one-hour airboat ride was scheduled for 9:15am but actually lasted around 40 minutes. After the airboat ride, we were left to explore the park for a few hours. The advertised BBQ lunch was also rather disappointing. It was essentially a boxed meal collected from a small food hut and, unfortunately, the food really wasn’t very nice. At 1:30pm we were back on the minibus heading to our hotel. In reality, we only spent just over four hours at Wild Florida, and even allowing for the travelling time, the whole experience fell quite a bit short of the 7+ hour trip that was advertised. We did enjoy the airboat ride and seeing the animals, but overall I feel the description of the excursion makes it sound like you’re getting considerably more than you actually receive.

Fun and educational. Also did the Sloth encounter, it was amazing.

Brad and Wild Florida team were great

This was an absolutely awesome half day trip.if you get chance and want a break from the parks, you really should do this. Brad from Grayline is so much fun, very relaxed and informative, he goes above and beyond to make sure you see ALL the wildlife on the way and within the park. He is also so well organised and makes everything run so smoothly. We were on the first airboat of the day and saw so many adult and baby alligators and even cranes with a chick that had just hatched. You can feed the alligators, hold a baby alligator and there are 3 shows to watch. There's also a petting zoo. All in all, a perfect half day thanks to Brad and his decent taste in music for the ride back to the hotel. 😁 Do the 1 hour airboat trip, even then you'll want more!!!

While Kevin was an awesome Guide and very knowledgeable about the Floridian history, a few things were lacking. We did not receive our complementary picture We only received 1 lunch voucher (and only realized this after standing in line for nearly 20mins) We did not get to feed the animals

Another trip out with the dude Kevin, real nice guy and knows his stuff. This is a good trip with or without kids. Make sure you do safari and get lunch, it's an early start.

It was so good.. love the small bus (not many people).. our bus driver was excellent.. explained things around us … our airboat driver was great.. explains about the animal life and bird life.. giving us time to take some snapshots…

I recently enjoyed the airboat ride at Boggy Creek, and it was absolutely fantastic! Our guide, Mauricio Sanchez, was both professional and enthusiastic, making the whole experience fun and engaging. Gliding across the beautiful Lake Toho, we marveled at all the wildlife—from graceful eagles to curious alligators. The exhibits were a lovely addition, enhancing our understanding of this untouched Florida wilderness. If you're looking for a thrilling adventure, this tour is a must-do! Can't wait to go again!

We had a great time with Brad on our trip to the Florida Wild Air boat & wildlife park. We were picked up at a hotel around 15 mins walk away from where we were staying, the weather was perfect, we had plenty of sunscreen and insect repellant and Brad reminded us too. Make sure you wear sunglasses, helps keep the bugs out of your face. Brad made sure we knew where to go and what times we needed to be in certain places which was very helpful. We saw quite a few birds, cows & alligators on our boat trip & the zoo area was brilliant. I definitely feel some of the animals could do with more room & enrichment but that's an observation on the zoo itself. Otherwise a lot of animals and great to have a look around. The Alligator/Croc show was brilliant, and feeding them was fun, we bought extra bags. Would recommend for a nice early day trip out, can't imagine spending much more than 2-3 hours here depending on the air boat trip and if you pay for an experience up close to some of the animals.

Excellent trip to Wild Florida today. Great weather and a great boat ride by Lauren. We enjoyed the animals and saw plenty. The food from the cafe was nice, overall a fantastic trip. Brad (Dobby), the bus driver was friendly and informative.

Absolutely brilliant day. Such an interesting place to visit. Captain Mike was really enthusiastic and knowledgeable on the airboat tour. Could have spent a lot more time at Wild Florida; much more to see and experience than we realised. Gray Line tours were really good, clear information about pick up times and what to expect from the excursion. Our driver Brad was particularly great, he was very knowledgeable about the area and made the journey very interesting. He sorted out everything for the group when we arrived and made sure everybody had everything they needed and knew what they needed to know, to have a full and positive experience. Definitely recommend.

Brad, our driver picked us up 10 minutes early. He was very good & very informative. He even called some birds & told us about them when we came across him at hawk swamp. Airboat ride was also good & we saw several alligators and herons before wandering around the animals & seeing the shows in Wild Florida adventure.

Great park, great airboat ride. We had some unexpected rain and the park was still able to get us on an airboat once the weather cleared up. Don't miss the fennec foxes! Mauricio provided transportation and took great care of us. Thanks Mauricio!!!

Honestly, dreadful. This is my first ever one star review, but I was so surprised at how bad this experience was - especially with other reviews! I have been on lots of tours around the world on my own and without question this was the worst. This isn't a tour, it's an expensive taxi service on a bus that desperately needs maintenance as with every bump or turn it was creaking and making concerning metal groan noises. Pick up was on time, the tour guide was friendly but provided us absolutely no information on the plan, the day or anything. Took about 45 minutes of some of the scariest driving I've ever experienced. I decided ten minutes in I was absolutely not going home the same way - and I am not a nervous passenger. When we got there, it was a 30 minute sign in process as the guide had absolutely no idea who was doing what. Because you book a 'tour', but the people on the bus with you could be doing other stuff entirely and he didn't have any idea who had what. The women at the counter of wild Florida couldn't be less interested in helping and I did feel very sorry for everyone trying to sort it out. We were then given a couple of times to go back for things like the airboat tour (fun, and loads of wildlife so worth doing). Then, in an incredibly peculiar setup, I was the only one in the bus doing the safari tour. So they were going to drive just me, on a huge bus, through the safari park. This seemed incredibly small minded to me and a huge waste of resources. And just, bad planning. None of it was made clear that the tour was a 'pic n mix' style. After the airboat tour and wandering around wild Florida for an hour I left. The bus wouldn't have left till 4pm and I was out of there before 12. An additional four hours would have been interminable. You would be far better off booking your own transport to Wild Florida (although I wouldn't recommend it in the slightest, Gatorland is vastly superior with staff that are actually pleasant, better conservation outcomes and animal welfare). I'm sure this is probably my own fault for assuming this was more of a tour, and less of a taxi service, but I would argue the description is misleading.

The trip was mainly transportation and airboat ride ,some jokes by the driver ,Not as described ( barbecue basket,family photo or feeding alligator)

Had a great time. Lots of birds, and an early morning sunning alligator. Bus transportation staff was very friendly and courteous and on time. Ismael gave us a nice background tour of the local region while we transported to and from the event.

My family and I hugely enjoyed Wild Florida. If you can, book through their website and drive there yourself. You will save money and stress by not going with Grayline. The day before our trip, they moved up the pickup time to 7:45 and reduced our airboat time to half an hour. You can skip the ride altogether - it was not as great as described. Not much to see. Our driver Preston was pleasant but had no clue about the park or features of the package we had purchased, which was the most expensive one offered. The staff of the park are friendly and knowledgeable, the shows were wonderful and we enjoyed the wide variety of animals. Next time, we would go on our own to spend more time with the animals and not race to get back by a certain time. Wild Florida is a must-see on your next trip!

Great day out, great tour and especially great driver (unfortunately I cannot remember his name). It's a fairly long trip to the park, and just as long return, so the commentary about the area we passed through was very enjoyable

We had a great time on this tour. Our guide, Ismaiel, was wonderful. He was prompt and went above and beyond for us. The tour itself leaves more than enough time to explore Wild Florida without feeling rushed. It is also good value for money. I would recommend this tour to anyone looking for an excursion to the Everglades from Orlando.

Fabulous tour! From pick up by Ismeil at grayline to the staff at Wild Florida, it was a brilliant day. We picked the early tour with 30min airboat, but were lucky enough to be given an extra 30min! The airboat through the everglades was so beautiful & relaxing! Saw so many birds & a few gators! Very enjoyable. There was also a little wildlife park there which was cute. They had a number of birds & animals i hadn’t see before! Watching the gator feeding was also pretty cool. To top it off, i also got a delicious pulled pork burger with a gf bun for lunch! Definitely a highlight of our trip to Florida & have already recommended to some other friends visiting in the coming week.

We visited wild Florida for a one hour airboat tour. The trip also included plenty of time for seeing the numerous animals they care for on site and for lunch before we were dropped back off early in the afternoon. Greg was a great laugh and entertained our small group throughout. He did magic tricks, told jokes and was incredibly informative, even demonstrating his knowledge of the animals and his ability to communicate with them! A highly enjoyable day and the airboat ride provided stunning scenery and an incredible insight into a side of Florida we had never seen before. Highly recommend!!

Lovely day out - Greg our tour guide was amazing, full of knowledge, kind and caring. He showed magic tricks while we had to wait did our time slot and the other families to arrive back to the coach - he kept us busy and entertained. Would definitely recommend

There were so many memorable events. The airboat ride was amazing. My 3 year old was captivated. Feeding the alligators and feeding the birds were highlights as well. Wild Florida has something for everyone. it’s definitely a must do!

Fantastic experience, captain farmer was excellent in finding alligators for us to see in the wild, he was very informative. The shows in the wildlife park were well presented. Highlight of our holiday.

We happened to be in the wrong place for pick up, but our driver called and was able to find us. The ride was comfortable and our driver was great! We did the hour boat ride and we loved it. Our captain was very informative, and we were able to see a big gator and many baby gators. The animal park was also worth visiting! Lots of gators! My son especially loved feeding the birds. All in all, it was a great tour and fun to get away from the theme parks!
