Van Up 14pax Ft Lauderdale Airport Or Hotel To Port Mia Or Hotel

We booked transportation from FLL to Port of Miami as well as the return trip. Our experience was outstanding from start to finish. The driver, Tony, kept us updated on his arrival time, which gave us peace of mind. He arrived in a beautiful SUV. Tony arrived exactly on schedule, and the vehicle was spotless and well-maintained. Tony was well dressed, courteous, professional, and made the journey comfortable. Most importantly, we reached our destination right on time without any stress. Highly recommend for reliable and pleasant transportation!

We had a great experience with this shuttle service! We booked transportation from FLL to PortMiami, and our driver, William, was wonderful. Because of the rainy weather, he called ahead to let us know he would arrive a little earlier than our scheduled time. Once he arrived, he patiently waited while we gathered ourselves and got ready for the earlier departure. The vehicle had plenty of room for our group and all of our luggage, and they also provided a car seat for our toddler, which was a huge plus. William was pleasant, professional, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. We were so pleased with the service that we’ll definitely be booking them again for our return trip!

Great experience! Traveling with 14 family members from the Miami cruiseport to Fort Lauderdale Airport. The driver reached out to confirm, was prompt, very courteous and a very safe driver. I would highly recommend this service!

The driver was accommodating to flight changes. Even after two hour flight delay, the driver was ready and waiting. The only issue we had was with our luggage. The driver didn't think he could accommodate it but we helped him arrange the car so that we could all comfortably fit in even with all our luggage.

The company communicated with us, we had to make a time change, they were AMAZING! Would use again, we had 9 people in a 14 p. van. Clean top to bottom!

Easiest and best experience! Our luggage was lost, so we had to deal with that after landing. Our driver, Andres, waited and communicated with me the entire time.

They were on time. Van was clean and looked brand new, nice ride. Willy, our driver, was very nice and accommodating.

Relatively seamless process. Driver was friendly and he was a safe driver. I would definitely use this service again.

Super nice driver and clean car and very easy to communicate with and coordinate to meet at a crazy cruise port

The booking process was smooth. Jerry our driver was punctual amd even waited for us when our flight was delayed. We appreciate the delivery to our hotel event though it was 1 am.

Excellent driver made contact very professional. Lovely vehicle and spot on what we needed. The driver was lovely and good information would definatly use again

Large group handled well...we had 12 people and at least one full check bag per person. They stacked floor to ceiling in back. Awesome service. So appreciative. Could have fit 14 people!!

We were supposed to be picked up at 1030 and the van was SUPER late. By at least an hour. However, the driver was awesome! Friendly, very polite, answered question and engaged in conversation with us. Very important in customer service. I believe his name was Castro Villa.

They were great on time and the drivers did an excellent job. The communication was great overall and wonderful experience.

On time and very professional for a group of 20 we were all happy. Picked up at Fort Lauderdale hotel and transferred to MIA Cruise port.

Driver arrived on time and was easy to find and had the car seat for our daughter. It was a great experience

The driver was great on time and enjoyed his company. Thank you for being so professional. We have already booked them 2 more times while we are in Miami.

Our driver was very nice and a safe and courteous driver. She got us to the port safely. I will definitely use this company again.

The private transportation was great. Juan was great. I will always use this service when I travel. Would love discounts.

Our driver was patient and very nice. We had money to tip him but he left so fast that we weren’t able to give it to him. We felt awful. He was wonderful.

I absolutely loved the Miami Luxury Shuttle. They were professional, on time, and the vehicle was clean. I would recommend them to anyone in need of transportation around Miami and would most definitely use them again in the future.

No one showed up! Waited for over an hour and tried calling multiple times no one answered or responded! Tried emailing the day before and no response! Horrible experience would not recommend!

We used victor o get us to the port and back from Ft. Lauderdale. They are a very professional company. Answered all calls right away and were very timely.
