The driver was 30 minutes late and has not communicated this. But driver was very helpful and we resolved the matter.

This experience was as promised. Our driver was on time, helped with luggage and let us choose the music for our ride. He made sure we were on time for our cruise out of Port Miami. The traffic was horrendous at the port but he maneuvered with patience and grace.

Our driver, Andres, also reached out and within minutes showed up where we were. The process was seamless. The vehicle was clean and was able to handle all our luggage. I would highly recommend Miami Luxury Shuttle to anyone traveling to Miami!!

I scheduled one reservation with this transfer from my hotel to Port in one day: - before the appointment, they sent me a message asking for additional $30 since my hotel wasn’t in the ‘central’ area. I scheduled with them because they didn’t have additional charges like others had; there was no information or charges on cashout process with this. Despite this, the group prioritized comfort and accepted this charge.

I scheduled one reservation with this transfer from my hotel to Port in one day; and a new reservation from Port to Airport one week later. The reservations didn’t have relation between them. The first one had a pickup schedule at 11am. The second one didn’t, it was tied to the ship arrival (MSC World Orchestra), which happens every week around 9am. Two issues occurred: - before 1st reservation, they sent me a message asking for additional $30 since my hotel wasn’t in the ‘central’ area. I scheduled with them because they didn’t have additional charges like others had; there was no information or charges on cashout process with this. Despite this, the group prioritized comfort and accepted this charge; - the company misunderstood the 2nd reservation and assumed that it should have 11am as pickup hour. No scheduled hour was set on this reservation, only the arrival of the ship. No communication was made. All messages sent by me in the chat were ignored from 9am until the end of that day; I opened a complaint with Viator and got the reimbursement.

We asked and pay for three 14pvans so we could put 10 people on each van in order to get all the luggage on. We'll your driver on the first van wouldn't put enough luggage on his van for ten people. He said put it on the second van, We'll she drove up and did the same thing so now we are stuck with 7 people left to ride and over half of our luggage outside. Then and stead of a 14 person van you send a 10 passenger van with all the luggage left. Wow so now that's not enough room. So I had to call a Uber to get them to the port. Sorry but I will never use this company again and I will encourage no one else to use you again!!!!!!!

The driver was polite and a great driver. The vehicle was top-notch. I received the driver’s contact information and was able to confirm the ride well in advance. Well worth the cost for this private ride convenience..

The drivers are very courteous. They are punctual. They will notify you upon arrival. Very helpful with the Seniors and patient. Professional. I will only use Viator from now on.

First of all, the Port of Miami is a mess right now due to construction and the amount of large cruise ships trying to debark and check in at the same time. We were so grateful we booked this. Others tried to uber and were consistently canceled on, forcing them to sit at the port for hours, or walk across the bridge into the city with their luggage. Even though our driver, Frank, had to wait in over an hour of traffic to get to us, he was so patient, nice, good driver, comfortable and clean van. We also booked this company for our trip TO the port and our driver, Duvan, called me when he was on his way, he was on time, friendly, and again sat in the traffic mess with no complaints, patient, safe and we were all grateful we had him. The office was great to communicate with when I needed to change our pickup time.

They were on time, very clean and well maintained vehicles. Driver was friendly and got us to the Miami cruise terminal without having to wait in traffic. Reasonable prices.

The driver was very nice to my friends and family enjoy the ride. When I called several times before someone picked up the phone great service. I had trouble opening the app.

The choosing of a pickup time was unclear in the app. Several messages were sent in the app prior to cruise departure for clarity but I never received a single response. The morning of the scheduled pickup I was able to call and get someone on the phone to confirm the 10a pickup time. The driver didn’t arrive until 10:45a to pickup my group of 12. He was very friendly and the van was safe & clean which is the only reason I didn’t give this one star. I do not recommend this service and will not be using them for future transportation needs.

The sprinter van was lovely and the driver was prompt and on time. However communication needs improvement. I was unable to get confirmation of my pick up time until 3 hours prior. Additional what was communicated for viator as the assiged pick up time was not the same as what the company had. I would highly recommend the company give a minimum 24 hour confirmation to help ease stress and improve the overall luxury experience.

Company was extremely responsive. Confirmed the pick up time through direct messages. Due to a marathon and additional traffic occurring day of pick up, company was flexible and offered an earlier pick up time. Very smooth process, professional driver, had a group of eight and we had plenty of space in the 14 passenger Mercedes sprinter van. Would use company again.

I reserved transportation that was supposed to accommodate up to 14 people. However, the vehicle that was provided didn't accommodate 14 people as well as bags. I had to send some of my guests bags on a another transportation service that was reserved with others. It just was not enough room for both therefore, I felt that the vehicle may be enough room for 14 people but it's not taking into consideration bags so maybe another vehicle should be provided in order to make sure that bags are accommodated as well

Service was prompt and the van was clean and spacious. There was some confusion about where they were picking us up since we were on level 2 and needed to go up to level 1. Because the van is so tall it does not fit in level 2.

Prompt and friendly service. The driver called to confirm and notify of arrival time. Upon arrival loaded our bags and got us safely to our destination.

The people who transported us was nice; however, the charge was 190 and you book us with someone else who charged 10 dollars a person which was a total of 80 dollars. You took advantage of us for 110 dollars m. We will never use your service again nor recommend you to anyone else.

Making the reservation was easy and speaking with a rep during that process was GREAT!!!!! However, day of pick up was HORRIBLE. When we got off the ship, I went to my booking and texted the driver that we were there and asked where should we go for pick up and no one responded. I sent two separate text, and still, no response. The app stated that I could reach the driver from the app, but no information was there to click on. After about 45 minutes, I was able to get through to a customer service rep who give me the number, of who I thought was the driver. I called that number (1-786-624-9482) and a lady told me to go to F4. I walked to F4 and waited and saw no one, so I called back and she would not answer. After about the 8 call backs, she answered the phone and screamed at me and told me that my driver had my information and he would be contacting me. If she would had told me that when I called the fitst time, I would have known that, because we were looking for a woman, and didnt even know what tpye of vehicle to look for. A few minutes later the driver Ivan called as stated that he was at the waiting area, and would be to us soon. He finally got to us, but was talking his time leaving the port. At one point he stopped that vehicle and another vehicle came up. The guy from the other vehicle jumped out, handed Ivan something and then we pulled off (a litter scary). But all in all, we made it to the airport, safe and sound.

Driver was excellent, stayed in communication about the arrival time and got us to the port in time. Van was clean.
