We have been down three times, and every time I deal directly with Mark he’s not trying to sell you anything. that you don’t want. He don’t push anything on you. He wants to sell you the package that you want and takes a time to explain what that adventure is, whether it’s really something you want. Mark doesn’t try to hurry up and rush you , so he can get the next person in line. What’s important to mark is that you are getting what you want and is very honest when he says that if this happens, you can cancel it. It is true. I’ve had to cancel and reschedule and it was no problem.. i’ve even had to get my money back. and it was never a problem. I just called Mark when I arrive and he tells me his location for that day and I take my friends and family, over and they get the adventures that they want. We have always been happy. Fantastic experience. Don’t forget your photo ID (like us) but Mike and Colin came to the rescue and golf carted us back to the hotel to collect them. Collette and Dawson gave us a fantastic trip and dolphins joined us along the way. Not for the feint hearted but hell of a ride. Thanks a lot guys would highly recommend as a great way to see the whole Key.

My wife and I did a jet ski excursion around Key West. Our tour guide was Jacob from Indiana. He did a great job showing us all the tourist interest points along the way. It was very easy to book. We would recommend the excursion if your visiting the area.

My family of 5 adults took this tour with Caylen and absolutely loved it! The time went by so fast, since there were having so much fun. Caylen took the time to explain everything and made sure everyone had a good time and was comfortable. We were lucky enough to have the tour to just our family. The boys were able to go full speed and the girls were able to take the slower pace when they wanted. This was the second time my husband was on this tour and we would highly recommend booking this exact one when you come to Key West! Cheers!

I came out with my 13 year old daughter and one other ski. Our guide was awesome!! We left early and got additional time at the sandbar, my daughter loved it. Ran into some rain and that was a cool experience by itself. Highly recommend!

Our tour guide Dawson and his crew was knowledgeable funny and fun. He took us throughout the island and stopped to inform us of the island. His safety explanations were informative and easy. Loved every second of it

The company was disorganized with check in. I never received an email to confirm details. The ride ended 15 minutes early and there were no pictures taken for purchase.

This was SUCH a fun way to explore Key West. Our guide, Jacob, was awesome explaining some fun things about the islands, some history, and we made stop at a sandbar to swim around. We booked this last minute not sure what to expect & it was one of our favorite things we did! It was easy to find at the hotel and everyone was pleasant.

Check in was a nightmare. Could barely understand the rep and he could barely understand us. The paperwork was all completed before we got there. Had everything we needed, but still had a hard time checking in…ugh At least my almost 16 year old got to drive the jet ski, he was thrilled. They did have a good time when all was said and done.

Absolutely epic time! Beautiful and calm waters in places and more thrilling in others but all of it was really stunning and so much fun! Our guide was awesome too!

We went on the jet ski tour with Atticus. It was awesome! We have done this tour a few times in the past and have enjoyed it every time. This is the first time our son was big enough to drive his own jet ski. He had a blast! It is so easy to learn how to control the jet ski. We liked the small group - up to 5 people - making the experience more enjoyable. Highly recommend.

Honestly, this was probably the best money I’ve ever spent. What an amazing experience and I forgot our tour guide‘s name but our member is that he was really friendly. I rode with my wife. I was the driver and she was the passenger. I don’t think she liked to Berry much when we were going to choppy waters because she felt like she was holding on her dear life, so my only recommendation would be to rent jet skis separately don’t have a partner in the back other people tend to complain when they are the passenger so I think it’s safe to say that it’s better to drive the jet ski one person at a time especially going to choppy cause sometimes you jump a .

If you book through “a third party” they will not honor the 1 adult= 1 jet ski and additional adult rides free. They turned us away even though we booked 2 skis. They were also very rude at the check in.

We had a fun and exciting ride around. The view and information were great. Our guide Jacob was terrific.

Jacob - our tour guide was a blast. He gave clear instructions and really knew his way around the water. We got to see so much and you actually spend most of the trip riding the Jetski. We rode for well over an hour and only stopped for short 2-5 minutes to take in the scenery and get pictures.

It was a good experience. They had us get there a bit too early, so waiting around was not ideal. Going out on the jetskis was so fun. We got some safety tips before going out and that was helpful. We also went to a sand bar. The only thing that would've made the experience better is if we were able to get some action shots/videos of us on the jet skis.

The instructor was awesome and very attentive. Made sure we were safe and had plenty of fun. He took us around the islands and we went pretty far out.

Most of our party had a great time on the jet ski tour! However, if you do not know how to drive a jet ski and are looking to learn, I would suggest booking another group. The tour is fast-paced and there is no time to practice before the tour starts. Maybe the tour just had too many people on it because I see other reviews talking about their personalized experience, which is why we booked this particular company in the first place. Half of us loved the tour and they would book with this company again.

Great time on the Jet Ski Tour. Kyle was a great tour guide and made the experience enjoyable. We saw quite a bit of the island and had time for dipping in the water and having fun on the ski. Great location at the Hyatt hotel.

Absolutely amazing adventure in Key West! Our host Benjamin was incredible. Easy check-in. Lots of necessary instructions to ensure our safety. Quite an odyssey across the gulf into the Atlantic to the southernmost point in the US. Not for the faint of heart, so be warned. Through it all Benjamin kept us safe. He must have been raised by a wonderful woman, as he was kind, empathetic, and knowledgeable. 😁

I visited Key West with my wife and daughters aboard the Celebrity Apex. We were told it's better to do a jet ski tour instead of the unaccompanied use of the jet skis. If unaccompanied, there is a very small area that you have to stay within. We had two riders per jet ski and that worked well. It gets a little tiring driving so it was good to switch drivers and get a break. There was a good mix of waves and calmer water on our 1.5 hour tour. We stopped and took a dip in the water. Also, stopped a couple times to get info on the local sights. I recommend this for anyone wanting to try the jet skis out. Except if you're really hard core, you may be disappointed.

We took the ultimate jet ski tour. What a ride!! Our guide Benjamin was FABULOUS! Despite being a first timer he made us all feel we were capable and made us at ease. Two people can ride comfortably. Benjamin stopped several times to give us great information about the keys and time for drivers to switch.

Benjamin was amazing. Toured me and my son around the entire island. Even though it was 63 degrees and windy, it went amazingly well. He was a great teacher and tour guide. An amazing memory for my son and me. So thankful.

This was a perfect tour and a great introduction on our first day. It was so fun riding this jet skis all around the island, and getting even a local history tour along the way. Benjamin was a perfect tour guide, made things super fun, has a great personality and is so kind (good job Mama)! 🤣 Money well spent, and highly recommended to any one visiting in the island.

This is for families with teenagers who desire the adventure of jet ski. I went with my two daughters, 10 and 14, all on one ski. We were first-time jet skier. The captain told us that both me, an adult with driver license, and my 14-year old can drive. It reaches 40 miles an hour on the open sea. We had great fun. When I let my 14-yr drive, she had no driving experience and lacked the delicate control of the throttle and directionality. She accelerated at a turn. I got thrown into the open water. my younger one somehow managed to swing and yet held on, she got so nervous and scared that she didn’t dare to tell her sister that I’m there no more… While I was lucky to have no broken bone, you can imagine the pain as if beaten by a furious boxer all over your chest, neck and arms and the insomnia whole night long. I hope this is read by families with teenagers and by Fury instructors, who are super skilled in jet skiing and yet could keep their clients safe by telling my story.

We went today! It was wonderful! Charlie was terrific! Merry Christmas! My daughter and I will remember this forever! The staff was great and we loved it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This was an amazing day! We had the best time! The guides and jet skis are fantastic and the drive is long. My husband drove our teen and I drove our 10 year old.

DJ was a fun and adventurous guide. He did an excellent job leading us through the waters around the island on our jet skis. He was humorous, kept us safe, had interesting stories at the stops along the way and seemed to love his job. This was a perfect way to get out on the water and experience Key West.

Ultimate Sea Doo Jet Ski Tour experience was fabulous... assuming you like zooming around 45 mph+ in the slightly windy rough waters. My partner was in heaven! He loved it! The Sea Doos were new, clean & very comfortable for both riders. I loved the down time in the middle of the experience...just swimming around in the shallow protected areas enjoying the peaceful watery sandy cove. Kyle, our tour guide was outstanding and highly experienced. He shared lots of information and details about the natural & surrounding areas. We learned so much about Key West waters, landmarks, and local stories. We enjoyed talking to him. He truly loves his work. Smondy was also wonderful. He was there on-time, organized, and checked us in /out. He made sure we were totally comfortable and provided us with a safe place for our belongings while we were away. We felt truly cared for...and comfortable. We highly recommend Fury...since we did 2 excursions with the company...and both were the best of our trip!

We had a great jet ski tour with Fury during a Key West port of call. Our guide Miguel was very attentive and kept the group safe from start to finish. He slowly but surely ramped up the excitement level. Partway through the tour, he spotted a pod of dolphins and slowly circled so the group could get a good look at them. His partner, Dan, took great photos at the beginning of the tour. It was a fun-filled, action-packed 90 minutes that we would highly recommend.

Cameron, our guide, was knowledgeable, provided great and easy to follow instructions, and was very patient with new riders. Once the new riders were comfortable, we traversed into more challenging surf! Cameron also provided a nice historic overview of the area. He and the whole FURY team were friendly and provided A+ customer service. The picture package is worth the extra $$. We were captured with a rainbow behind us!

It was awesome, beautiful, easy to handle! Highly recommend !!! Perfect even for amateurs like us. Could do this all day!

We did the trip around Key West - 28 miles! Benjamin, our tour guide, helped me and my wife feel as comfortable as possible. Excellent knowledge of area and the water craft - he assured me it would not tip if I "kept my speed up and kept it on plane". It was a lot of fun, but if I were to do it again, I'd pick a nice sunny day with very calm waters. My wife and I are over 60 and the 2-3 foot swells were a bit challenging, especially for my wife who rode on the back. Her arms were feeling it for 2 days after. Again, if the seas were a little calmer, it would have been a breeze - we experienced the calm waters in the back bay and it made a world of difference.

I waited until the end of my trip to go or else would of went again for sure!! Terrell is a great kid and a better guide i appreciated his great attitude!! everything was great the jet-skis go fast but not to fast to kill yourself. im booking my next trip already and will go 2-3 times this time! thanks FURY

Great fun! This was our 2nd time, having gone about 10 years ago. First rate people & equipment. This time was a birthday gift from my daughter. Our guide Ben (pictured) was the best! Highly recommended.
