Great overall. Communication was good and they were very accommodating to our delayed flight schedule. Friendly, safe driver and the best part was that the toddlers did not have to be in car seats, yet they provided them if wanted to use them as an option. This was a huge factor for us since it is very difficult to find rideshare options that offered 2+ car seats and if they did, were astronomically priced. These seats have seat belts and the private factor for our group was the best. We will definitely prioritize using them in the future!

This service is great. Very reliable. Better than waiting for an Uber, especially for 5 people. I would use them again.

Our second experience using Galaxy transfers was just as good as the first. We had a couple of messages to advise that ,due to an accident, they might be 10 minutes late, but then kindly let us know they had taken a different route,so wouldn't be late, they arrived exactly on time. Good driver, in what was a challenging time on the Orlando roads . Highly recommended!

Luis, our driver was awesome! So nice, reliable, polite and got us to and from the airport on time. This is the second time we used galaxy for airport transport for my family of 10 and will continue to do so in the future! My only complaint is they forgot to include an extra car seat for one of the trips, but it all worked out in the end.

Another great transfer by Galaxy Shuttles, I was messaged in advance to confirm my pickup/collect time and location. They arrived early, very helpful in loading & unloading the shuttle, good conversation and banter throughout our journey. The shuttle was clean & tidy. It is always nerve wracking going on vacation and having to rely on public or private transportation, but our family made a fantastic choice with Galaxy Transportation. Our driver Mr. Quevedo was on time and extremely kind to our entire family. I recommend using Galaxy Transportation while in Florida if you need a transfer from MCO to any Orlando hotels or parks. It was a nice surprise that Louis picked us up again. A perfect ending to our trip, like see an old friend again. Our shuttle was so much better than any of the other forms of transportation to and from the airport. Always right on time, very comfortable and the most relaxing way to get to your destination.

Smooth experience, good text communication, but I do wish they had installed car seats like they did last time for my toddler (on our arrival ride). The driver said it’s not required for buses, but it does make a parent feel safer, and I would prefer to be more cautious when it comes to kid safety.

I called the company to confirm my reservation three days before scheduled to pick up. They said they would pick me up at 6 30 I said that is when my flight leaves. They made a special trip to pick me up at 4 30 so I wouldnt miss my flight. When I called the day before to reconfirm my times the lady who picked up the phone knew my last name before I could tell her who I was. Greate customer service.
