Tiki Boat - Downtown Tampa - The Only Authentic Floating Tiki Bar

Excellent way to relax and enjoy quality time with family and/or friends with a 6 person limit. This is a small Tiki hut-like raft set to flow up and down the river (which remains calm almost year-round). We experienced a glitch in the schedule when a boat’s captain cancelled so we needed to push back later to 8:00 rather than departing st 6:15. But nonetheless, this was a mystical and worthwhile peaceful trip to enjoy for those of us unfamiliar with the Tampa Bay experience. Bring your cooler with your choice of beverages and snacks. We brought cheese, wine, crackers, a cutting board, and a variety of drinks & snacks. The tour guide was mellow and educational on our journey. The boat is small and you will need to secure any valuables while cruising. Yet we’ll worth the money, especially on a good weather day.

It was just a really neat experience, the pilot or captain whatever they are called was so nice and cool. Very informative!

Small pontoon boat that seats 12 and has a bartender and a captain. The boat goes down the canals of the islands on the lake directly across from Toronto. The captain gives lots of details about the islands, the natural habitat, and other historical and current facts. The drinks were delicious and the bar tender was very friendly! There were four of us and one other group of four celebrating a 40th! We all had a wonderful time and I got some outstanding pictures!

We had a lot of fun on this! We were on this boat with another group and you're able to Bluetooth your own music to the boat which was great! Bonus for the BYOB and they supply coolers of ice to keep your drinks cold or to use for drinks!!

Captain Dave was amazing! We celebrated our friend's 37th bday. He was a great vibe. Fun, very entertaining, great service!!!

Had a girls day on the tiki cruise and had a great time our captain David was wonderful! Would do this cruise again, especially for entertaining out-of-towners.

Read the fine print…there is no booze on this tiki bar cruise, BUT the operator (Bob) is amazing and has ice coolers ready for any libations. The cruise itself is scenic and relaxing, with gorgeous views of Tampa’s riverwalk and developing metropolitan.

We were running late due to traffic but the captain waited for us ! It was just the 3 of us & the vibe was totally relaxed & peaceful ;) He docked by a bar so that we could get a drink 🥃 It was my cousins 49th bday & her first tiki boat ride . We loved it 🙌🏿

There are no actual signs for the Tiki Boat dock so unless you are familiar with the area you won't know where to go. The ride itself was nice. Although a solid two hours would have been better than the 1.5 hours. It was a super windy and cold day so the experience was not the greatest, but no fault besides mother nature.

Our captain was great! He told us the history of Tampa and was very enthusiastic about it! You can tell he loves his job! Valentine's day weather was perfect! The Captain provided all the ladies with a small bunch of beautiful mini roses! What a beautiful touch! I would highly recommend this boat ride! Worth every penny!

The Tiki tour in Tampa was so much fun! The area is great, having a few drinks while enjoying the ride was fantastic.. but the greatest was Captain David who made the tour so light-hearted and fun. Highly recommend!

We had an incredible time on the river!! Our captain was so much fun-and a great photographer! The boat-errrr tiki bar?- was easy to find and the perfect vessel for seeing the light displays on the river, up close! Next time, we will do one during the day, however night time was stunning seeing all of Tampa lit up!

Great ride down the river, the Tiki boat is a perfect afternoon or night out with friends. This was my second time booking. The first one was in the afternoon before the sunset and we saw dolphins. This time it was darker and December so we saw all of the lights and festivities around Riverwalk. You can bring whatever drinks you want and just enjoy the ride. They have the speakers system set out for you to Bluetooth in with your favorite play list too. Definitely recommend it.
