Great choices to see a lot for the first time there.
It is definately financially worth getting. I was able to visit Bush Gardens, Tampa Zoo at Lowery, Florida Aqaurium and Clearwater Marine Aquarium. all with the pass.
All five attractions can be done in a week, but it takes planning. Saw ALOT of animals/sea creatures. The boat ride was fun and only $16 for all you can drink. You will be doing ALOT of walking. We did get to see our favorite animals and even though it was during Spring Break, everything was not overly crowded.
Great value - easily paid for itself in the first 3 selections and you get 5!
We loved the pass for all the things you got to do! Places were beyond busy and dont understand what the hype is about busch gardens however the amount you pay for the pass was well worth it! Dolphin tour was neat and marine was so cool to see!
This is a money saver for vacationers and gives the opportunity to do more and get more for the buck. Enjoyed the dolphins tour. Highly recommend!
The pass was easy to download via the app and saved so much time at attraction entrances as you go straight to the entrance with no queuing for tickets. The Citypass was great value for money as well as we managed to do the three big attractions of Busch Gardens, Tampa Aquarium and Zoo Tampa as well as a two hour boat trip.
If you are a family, do not come to Tampa. The attractions in the city pass are ok, but driving to get to them is crazy! Traffic is terrible in Tampa. Also, you have to book the dolphin cruise, and we couldn't go due to weather in our area, now I didn't cancel we were busy and not thinking about it. We also thought that since they didn't scan our city passes that it wouldn't count against us. Well that was not the case, I called to to let them know we didn't actually go to the dolphin cruise and the City pass representative was so condescending from the beginning. We lost out on one attraction but I was more disturbed by how rude she was for no reason. Though people being rude is a common theme in Tampa. We have traveled many places and have never experienced the level of rude and snobby people that are around Tampa. We had such high hopes for Tampa, but sorely disappeared and we would NOT recommend this city for families. It is NOT family friendly.
What a terrific way to get a taste of Tampa Bay. The only venue not worth the time was the Museum of Science and Industry. It was extremely disappointing. It seemed like a work in progress, with no end game.
We thoroughly enjoyed the city pass! We experienced new attractions for us such as the Florida Aquarium in Tampa, Zoo Tampa and the sunset cruise from Clearwater. We also loved Bush Gardens and their country concert. We would definitely recommend this pass for families!
We were a party of 12 with toddlers and an infant. We had a blast at Busch Garden, Tampa Bay,. The pass was so worth it looking forward to other activities.
City Pass came in very handy. Easy to use. Cost effective. Wished we had more time to see more that the pass had to offer. Will hopefully return!
We had a lot of fun exploring Tampa. Busch Gardens was disappointing....4 roller coasters down, animals not out and it seemed like they just wanted to sell you crap everywhere.
Thought Busch Gardens was terrible parking was outrageous $36. We've been to the main Busch Gardens in Virginia and there's no comparison. Seemed like a lot of the rides weren't working or closed. Wouldn't visit this Busch Gardens again
This is such a great value! Busch Gardens alone is over $100 to get in. Entry was easy, no issues with the app. The only activity that needed a reservation was the dolphin sightseeing tour (which was awesome! We saw a pod of nursery dolphins). This can easily keep you occupied for 3 days, depending on how long you spend at the aquarium and ZooTampa. I will definitely be referring my friends to this in the future!
We had a blast with the shows, animals and rides! Disappointed that a lot of stuff was closed and they ran out of simple things like ice but we had a great day
Tons of fun- not enough time to do everything wish we could get a smaller version of pass for shorter trips
The problem with purchasing the City Pass is that you are committed to going to these activities. It is more efficient to purchase each activity as you go. When your plans change, etc. or you are caught in traffic and miss the boat, your $700 evaporates. Today it is raining, it is our last day and we were going to go to Busche Gardens - but rain, so we paid a lot of money for a trip to the zoo where the animals were mostly too hot and in shaded or covered areas so can't see them. The best part of the zoo unfortunately on a hot day, is the water sprinklers.
CityPASS made it real good and easy save money checked out the aquarium the zoo Busch gardens went to Clearwater with the city pass the boat rides Clearwater aquarium all memorable i never forget. got to get the City pass it's worth the savings.
This is the first time I have not been happy with a tour booked through Viator. This tour was advertised as access to several Tampa destinations for 9 days. My family and I intended to visit Busch Gardens twice, but we were only allowed to visit each location one time. This was not stated in any of the literature on site. We were not the only people who had this issue as several people were in line complaining about the same issue.
Excellent value! For the cost of Busch gardens alone we got to also enjoy Tampa aquarium. Dolphin watch boat ride, if we had more days available we could have done even more!
My husband and I couldn't believe what a great deal this is. We went to Busch Gardens, which is $100 alone, Zoo Tampa $47.95 pays for the pass. Plus you get 3 other attractions. Great deal and well worth the money!
Enjoyed every part. Think about adding that parking is not always free so you will have to pay and cash is not accepted in a lot of places
I think it was fine like everything it had to offer, but for it being 139$ it should allow you to have access to everything for 9 days or at least 3 days, you’re paying for all these things you can’t fit into one day.
Great deal! For the price to get in Busch Gardens alone, you get entrance to 4 other activities. It's a MUST when visiting Tampa.
I have a 9-day city pass, but the app treats it as expired after the first day. Now I have to manually download a copy of the pass.
Great time, well worth the money, dolphin cruise , zoo. Aquarium, science museum and Busch gardens were all amazing glad we went
This was an amazing deal! My kids wanted to go to Busch gardens, but a 1day pass was out of our budget range…. For less than one day at Busch Gardens, we bought a city pass, and got Busch Gardens plus 4 more excursions! The zoo, both aquariums and the dolphin tour were all fun and worth our time! Thank you!!!
If you’re headed to Tampa and want to see all the major attractions, then this pass is your ticket to savings! Highly recommend to make the most of your visit!
Museum on science and innovation was a bit disappointing. Zoo Tampa was great, Busch gardens was mostly rides however the animals and birds we saw were great. Busch Gardens used to have more animals etc when is was owned by Anheuser Busch. Last time I visited was 1977 and as I remember we saw the Clydesdale teams.
All the events were amazing - and a great deal!! Busch gardens was so much fun, the Florida aquarium was quaint, the Tampa zoo was awesome - the monkeys, manatees, the rhinos, the penguins… The dolphin cruise was also fun! We loved the Clearwater aquarium! Best deal around!!
Minimum parking fee $32. Nothing but roller coasters and a small collection of African animals and birds. Don’t recommend for seniors.
No where can I find where it says that you only have 1 ticket per excursion. I thought we could go to all of them more than once if we chose to.
Family fun. We went to Bush Gardens, walked straight through, no problem. The lights were beautiful this time of year.
Love the CityPASS! Tampa really knows how to promote their family friendly best events! We were able to fit in Busch Gardens, ZooTampa, MOSI, The aquarium, and a great Tropics sunset cruise, all in three days!
This is a TOTAL SCAM. The dolphin cruise had black out dates just for city pass users (you could purchase tickets so they weren't sold out). TOTAL SCAM.
If you have never been to Tampa and want to see everything, City pass is a good option. But after we attended all what’s included, we can say that the only attraction that was really cool and worth visiting was Bush Gardens.
The ease of using the same pass for all the different attractions was great! We will definitely use this service again for future family trips! User friendly and highly recommend.
I'm really glad we got the Citypass! Not only did it save us money it got us out to see more than we would have if we paid for the attractions individually.
Too many to choose one. But if I had to choose I would say Bush Gardens and the sunset boat tour. GREAT TIME
Well worth it! A good investment for the price. Easy to use and plenty of time, so there is no pressure to rush
We are unable to pull up our tickets we purchased on 8/20 for Tampa Bay citypass. Don't purchase this it's a scam.
We had such a great time. There was so much to do as a family and it really gave us some nice things to do with the children and adults alike!!!
Very hard to schedule the Tropic boat tour. You go in circles to try and schedule this. I contacted the tour operator and could not speak to them went back into my booking as the recorded message stated and can not find a link to schedule it.
Over all was a great thing for the wife an I ! Also save a good bit of money’s on different things an we had a blast with the things that we done.
Love that we didn’t have to search around for things to do. It pretty much planned out our vacation for us and made life with kids soooo much easier.
We really enjoyed both the Tampa Zoo anf Florida Aquarium so far. Looking forward to visiting Busch Gardens and the Clearwater Aquarium over the next few days. This pass has worked out great and entry to these places has been very easy. Great value!
The most disappointing thing to go to was buch gardens. All but one Rollercoaster was down and because of this the line was absolutely ridiculous (being the only coaster) Before one ride went down we stood in line for 2 hours just to shut it down after we had to pay for a locker. So basically we paid to stand in line just to have it shut down. Also it was heart breaking to see all those animals looking depressed in their extremely small enclosure.
This was an absolute blast! All of the attractions were very fun, and this is a great deal! The animals, rides, and service were all wonderful.
