Sunset Eco Tour Of Marco Island & 10,000 Islands

Excellent experience! We got to see dolphins, LOTS of nesting birds, and had the best time finding some special shells to bring home! Our guide was wonderful, accommodating, and knowledgeable. We had the best time!

Evening tour is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! Dolphins 🐬 were active and provided lots of photoshooting opportunities. From the various flocks of birds, to the protective vegetation and uninhabited islands, this experience is one to remember. The culmination of the evening with a stunning sunset is something to behold.

This was a 2.5 hour sunset cruise with Nate, it was fantastic! It was three of us, my best friend, her Mom, and Nates pup HoneyBear. Beautiful photos, bird sightings, seashell collecting, dolphins, and a beautiful sunset.

My husband and I had a great experience on our sunset ecological tour of 10,000 islands. Captain Nate was very knowledgeable of the area and very friendly and helpful. His dog Honeybear was an added bonus! The small pod of dolphins playing as they followed the wake of our boat was the highlight of the tour!!

Capt. Nate is delightful. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our sunset cruise with him. The four other people with us were great company and were clearly enjoying it too.

Captain John went far above and beyond my expectations to make this one of the most memorable experiences I have ever had. While the weather was a bit chilly and windy on our evening together, the tour was both insightful and full of fun and energy. I proposed to my girlfriend (now fiancée) while on the shelling island at sunset. I messaged ahead of time and Captain John was able to capture the entire moment for us and offered to take many pictures during and after. I highly recommend this tour!

We went out with Captain John and there were four other people on our tour. He was super accommodating and also gave us a ton of about the area. He also spent a lot of time making sure we had fun and took wonderful pictures. Would highly recommend the tour.

Our trip with Captain John was excellent! Captain John was personable, knowledgeable and a skilled boat captain! The ride was smooth even out on open waters! This tour went above and beyond our expectations! We wanted a fun boat ride, to see the islands and a pretty sunset - but the captain was so great and found SO MANY dolphins to play with us, other dolphins to just watch (and he knows their history which was so fun to hear about)… and after a gorgeous sunset returned us home to our dock even. Such a great experience. Will take our next guests on this tour as well!!

Amazing experience! Captain Nate was so experienced and knowledgeable and an excellent guide and navigator. He knew where to find all of the dolphins and birds. He got the dolphins to play in our wake and it was an absolute delight! The sunset from the sandbar was stunning!

Such a great trip around Goodland and Marco Island! We started the trip cruising through calm waters where playful dolphins surfaced alongside the boat, spotted a variety of coastal birds in the mangroves and cruised past by stunning waterfront homes of Marco island shoreline. The trip ended with white sandbar stop that was stunning with its soft powdery sand and a gorgeous sunset over the Gulf, painting the sky in deep oranges. Couldn't ask for a better experience!

Our tour was spectacular! Captain Nate was knowledgeable and very informative. We had a wonderful evening tour filled with dolphins, birds, shelling and of course the beautiful sunset. Would highly recommend this tour, a great time for all ages.

It was a perfect evening! The weather was perfect! Captain Nate did an excellent job telling us about all the birds and wildlife that we saw during our excursion. We were fortunate to have seen lots of dolphins, but the manatees were apparently napping when we were searching for them. We would highly recommend the boat tour.

Captain Thomas was the key to our eco tour. He made it the perfect ending for our vacation. He took the time to show us the best of Marco island and kept it interesting the entire tour. Safety is a priority for us and his knowledge of the islands assured we were in good hands. The sunset tour was spectacular! We loved every second of it.

We very much enjoyed the trip with Jon. He was super knowledgeable and fun. The views were outstanding and we got a gorgeous sunset while looking for shells. Vey comfortable boat that would be good for almost anyone.

Very beautiful sunset cruise with a very knowledgeable guide Thomas. Who was also very conscientious about safety on the boat and navigating the tricky waters around Marco island. We also went shelling on a sand bar. Thomas’s knowledge of shells is amazing.

We had a wonderful night on this sunset tour with Captain Thomas. He was very knowledgeable about the history, the water and the wildlife we saw. We saw dolphin, but appreciated he was respectful of the wildlife keeping a safe distance. We enjoyed shelling and his expertise on the Florida shells prior to our walk along the beach. We were provided with shelling bags, collected an abundance of beautiful shells and enjoyed a very peaceful sunset. We brought our own beverages and snacks aboard the boat and really enjoyed the boat ride back at dusk. We would highly recommend this experience. We had a fabulous time.

We had a great time, it was just me and my college age son, we happened to be the only ones on the tour. Capt. Thomas was very kind and informative. We saw several dolphins and learned about different types of shells. We found a great assortment of shells on Dickmans Island including sand dollars! We experienced a beautiful sunset - one of the best boat tours we have ever taken!

What an amazing trip we had! Along with wonderful friends John was an amazing guide. His knowledge of the history of the area was so informative. John also pointed out the dolphins that played nearby, lots of bird sightings too. The shelling was amazing; again on was so knowledgeable. And lastly the sunset. Absolutely breathtaking. Captain Thomas was outstanding. Great views and great sunset. We also saw a pod of dolphins and were able to see them catch some waves.

Captain Thomas was very knowledgeable of the area and helped the kids find a ton of shells and taught them the names and facts about them. He told us a lot about the area and we enjoyed a fun sunset ride and shelling experience.

We had a great time searching for shells and watching the sunset. Thomas was knowledgeable about everything ocean (shells, trees, birds, etc…). He took us to see the dolphins and told us all about them. Thank you Thomas!

Captain Thomas is very knowledgeable and a great captain to show you the sights. The boat ride was nice however we did not get to stop on a barrier island to shell which was disappointing. It was cloudy but the sun did make a beautiful appearance’s through the clouds for us at sunset making the trip even better.

We had a wonderful time exploring the wildlife and our own little private island. The Captain was very knowledgable and extremely professional. Wonderful time.
