Our pilot, Jericho, was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, making the entire experience even better. We had a wonderful experience with our pilot, jericho , he was very well informed of the area , and he showed us all the different fabulous things from the skyline , to the beaches to where all the fabulous yacht are and mansions , he was very friendly. The pilot was extremely nice and we left him a great tip however the airplane was extremely hot. It was a tiny 4 seater airplane and there was no ac. They didn’t even have a fan…. It unfortunately ruined our experience….. we were drenched in sweat the entire time we barely had room to move our legs and it was extremely uncomfortable. Do not recommend.

I was really looking forward to this aeriel tour, but unfortunately, it didn't live up to my expectations. For nearly $200, I expected a much more engaging and informative experience. The pilot didn't provide much commentary about the area or landmarks. Most of the conversation centered around seaweed, a couple of celebrity homes, and the P. Diddy raid, rather than sharing interesting facts or history about Miami and what we were flying over. I was hoping for a true sightseeing experience with more detail and enthusiasm. I also noticed the pilot was on a cellphone or another electronic device several times during the flight, which was distracting and didn't inspire confidence. The flight itself was beautiful because the views are naturally stunning, but the overall experience didn't feel worth the price.

TRY IT! You will not regret it, the pilot was very professional and amazing. Make sure it’s not raining on the day you want to book and you’ll be fine. My original date was reschedule due to weather(I really appreciated it) but they made sure to be in full contact with me through out the day about any updates. Free parking. Great waiting area, overall a very nice experience.

Honestly I have a flights phobia so I was just scared but it was pretty good and it wasn’t too bad. The pilot showed us a lot of spots & it’s definitely worth the price, there was a bit of turbulence but nothing too bad.

Shout out to Chris, he was an amazing tour guide and pilot. He knew the area and the plane like the back of his hand, and he was so impressive. Chris was super accommodating and had a pretty fire playlist.

The pick up point is just that for the company the lounge you go to has no connection to the company giving the flights the piolet will just arrive and call your nameall went well and we had a great informative experiance

Truly a wonderful experience!!! The crew of 2 guys were so nice and helpful. The ride was so smooth...felt like being in a really high ferris wheel being hugged by the sky. I really appreciated being able to so easily book a last minute reservation for a last minute planned trip to Miami. No better way to tour Miami! Most definitely an experience my son and I will remember for a long time to come. We both really had such an enjoyable time. Thank you guys so much!!!

We had an amazing experience! The whole process was super easy and the facilities were clean and welcoming. Our pilot was incredibly friendly and switched between English and Spanish with no problem. During the flight he explained every place we were seeing, shared fun facts, played music, and even positioned the plane so we could take great photos. It was truly unforgettable — highly recommended!

We felt safe throughout the flight and got to experience an amazing view on Miami from above! Rickie, our pilot, was great! He was very nice and I can only recommend going on a flight with him! The airplane‘s transponder did not work in the beginning, so we had to return to the airport before heading off again. But we were happy, because this meant that we could fly a bit longer than usual.

Amazing experience. Christopher, our pilot, was lovely. However, we are giving 3 stars due to the fact that our activity was scheduled on purpose at a certain time but it got almost one hour delayed.

As someone who lives in NYC this was something I had been looking forward to for a while. The pilot was bilingual and very accommodating to our questions and concerns. The views are breathtaking make this entire experience the highlight of our trip. Staff was very friendly.
