South Beach Guided Tour - Art Deco

We were lucky enough to take this trip with Smyrna, who told us the history of Miami with passion. In addition to an incredible discovery of the city through 3 neighborhoods with universes as different as they are wonderful, we also discovered Smyrna. An enthusiastic, kind guide whom we will remember.

TOP TOP visit with Hakim! It was a very rewarding visit on all levels, culture, discovery of the best spots, hyper complete! My 15-year-old son loved it from scratch, and so did I! the ocean the chic bars where you can see stars the modern cars more expensive than each other and art deco buildings that take us back years and thanks to Héloïse who made us enter hotels we would never have returned to and made us discover floor to ceiling codes that indicated during the prohibition to people where they could drink and play

The route is well thought out but the guide Héloïse has a completely inappropriate attitude, she makes unpleasant remarks to the participants (e.g. about their physique, or she wrongly blames them for being late) and she passes are time to criticize the United States and the American model, which spoils the visit.

We did this outing and would recommend it! On the other hand think about sunscreen because even with we took! Suitable for children and families! Accurate and clear explanations, in short the top!

Gregory showed us around 3 neighborhoods: South Beach to Miami Beach, Desgin District and Wynwood, in 3 hours. And we haven't seen the time pass! He knows his subject very well, the explanations are very concrete accompanied by the visit and the historical supplements give a complement to what is discovered gradually. The visit is very well paced and exciting. We leave with certain basics concerning art deco design, as well as with some keys to understanding street art. In the Wynwood neighborhood, Grégory drew our attention to street art frescoes that we wouldn’t necessarily have looked at or understood especially! He's passionate about what he's doing, and you can feel it. We will not hesitate to call on the services of Miami Off Road again for a future visit!

We had two private guided tours with Miami Off Road and each excursion was great! The two guides we had were lovely and they taught us a lot about the history of Miami and its people. It was very nice to take the time to appreciate every detail, I highly recommend this activity!

I had booked for 3h30 walking tour of the following 3 neighborhoods: south beach, design district and wynwood!! 3h30 walk under 30 degrees, my teens and my husband were dreading a little before going... well they did not see the past time!! As Gregory, who was our guide, stops us very regularly (and in the shade!) to explain the different places, we didn't feel like we walked much... and we learned a lot (which Gregory summarizes in an email after the visit, very appreciable!) Transfers in uber between neighborhoods take only a few minutes and allow to talk with Gregory about life in the United States, habits, things to do etc... We all enjoyed this complete visit and especially the "human", "family" side of this Small Enterprise.. very far from the "mass tourist walk"... we will be happy to advise Miami offroad if we hear about a trip to Miami, New York or Los Angeles.
