We had a great time today! The scenery was beautiful and we saw monkeys, turtles, alligators, lots of different birds and even manatees!! Our tour guide, Josh was fantastic and very knowledgeable. He took plenty of photos and even underwater videos, which was a great keepsake for us! We would highly recommend and will be definitely coming back!! Thanks again

We had the BEST time on our kayaking trip at Silver Springs in September 2026 with Tiffanie ⭐ she was so friendly and welcoming, we instantly felt at ease. As a family of four with two children ages 9 & 13 - the whole duration of the trip was comfortable and manageable. Tiffanie was incredibly knowledgeable of the springs, wildlife and surrounding areas. We were lucky enough to see 7 Manatees! Plenty of Gators, Turtles, various Fish & Birds. Sadly no Monkey spottings for us - but we were all totally made up with the experience we had, and actually getting to observe the manatees for a short while. I would do it all again in a heartbeat, it became one of our favourite days from our holiday, and was a welcomed break from the Disney parks. A two hour kayaking was an amazing experience. We saw manatees and other wildlife. The guide was very informative and helpful. Very recommended.
The price was at the higher value considering other options and I never received my photos. The guide physically took my phone to send them. I never got them.

Our tour of Silver Springs was magical, from the early morning mist on the water, to our amazing encounters and observations of the manatees, monkeys, birds and an alligator! It was the most delightful tour I have ever taken and Sam is a true gem.
Josh was very good as a guide. The tour was good and we saw a lot manatees. However the park people (not associated with company at all) who controlled boat access were not setup to handle the number of people on Saturday. They need to get their act together. However the kayaking was a very good experience
It was amazing to do this tour with Josh. He knew a lot about the wildkife due to his own experiences. We were able to see the wildlife really up close and he was able to make under water videos of the wildlife. It was a really calm tour in the morning with just the us and the tour guide wich made the tour even more special.
It was absolutely incredible. We had a small tour and our tour guide Josh went above and beyond to get us into areas that we could see the most wildlife. Even staying separated from the larger group and we saw manatees, alligators not just on the shore but also in the water. And we got to even see river otters.
Beautiful morning on the silver spring river. The water was very clear and we were lucky to have a manatee come close to us and come up for air several times. Our guide knew a lot about the springs and animals which was very interesting.
The thrill of getting out there to kayak and be along side some wild creatures is pretty priceless! My daughters and I had a blast… with one moment my heart stopped as I was getting closer to an alligator 🐊 and had to paddle faster than I could possibly imagine! Highly recommend!
Google maps puts you past the entrance you should take. The park needs to let you put up a business name sign. Very confusing with the amount of rental companies out there. Josh the guide was excellent, if you get him you're lucky. Very informative about the water and full of information. I don’t know what you pay him but give him more.
Drew from this tour gave a wonderful tour. He was patient with us, since we were first time kayaking. He allowed us to see the skyline, took great pictures and allowed us to go at our pace. We highly recommend taking this great tour. You will enjoy yourself, and get a great upper body workout. Thank you for your time Drew.
We had a great time on this trip. It was our first trip to central florida from down in South Florida. Josh was extremely well informed on the springs and wildlife and really made it an enjoyable experience for us both. We will definatly be back
Glass bottom is NO advantage - glare & reflection. The plastic boats need a rubber rail, or foam on the paddles to reduce clanging on gunnels (top edge). Seats need rubber bottom to keep from slipping with every stroke. Better yet, get a whole different seating system. I spent more effort fighting to sit upright, than paddling the boat.
Nathan is an amazing guide. He pointed out all the wildlife and was able to show us almost every species available to see in Silver Springs. We had an amazing time.
Had a wonderful day kayaking looking for manatees and other Florida wildlife, our guide YASS was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Would have liked to see more Manatees, but given we were at the end of the ‘season’ they were sparse.

Honestly, we were disappointed with this tour. Although Crystal River was absolutely beautiful, the price for the tour was not at all equal to what we received. While the tour guide was super nice and friendly and accommodating, we could not hear him at all during the tour. He was very soft-spoken and due to the splashing of the water and then many boats and kayaks around us, we could not hear a word he was saying. We were disappointed in that if you were going to charge that much for a tour, we expected more professionalism as well as more entertainment and information. When we arrived at the location, it was challenging to figure out where our tour was actually located, it was super crowded and very busy. In addition, our tour was supposed to start at 1:30 PM and it did not start until 2 PM and we returned well before the hour and a half Allotted time. Honestly, my husband and I take many tours and we rarely complain and in fact, we’ve been very happy with the number of tours that we’ve taken through Tripadvisor. We were disappointed with this tour and called to complain and asked for our money back. We were told that they could not reimburse us at all. Got a cake

It was a beautiful kayak paddle. Our guide Nathan was superb. My only disappointment was that when I talked to ticket lady on phone I was told there were many manatees to be seen on this tour. The reason I booked this was to see manatees. So I drive an hour and half to learn there were none there at this time of year. So next year I'll find somewhere else to see manatees
Worst experience of my entire life. The guide left before scheduled time and intentionally mark us no-show and refused refund. They have been use the same strategy to steal money from “no-show”. After arguing with them, they offered me to standby and wait the “no-show” spot. Is that ridiculous?

Angel was an amazing guide. We saw all kinds of wildlife and learned the history of the area. He made it really great and we can’t wait to do the other tours that they offer in other places. I would recommend this to absolutely anybody we had experienced kayakers andpeople who had never been in a boat before and everybody had a great time. Could not recommend this too highly. Among the animals that we saw were gators, birds, many kinds of fish, manatees, mating, baby, manatees, and monkeys.
This was a great way to see Florida wildlife. We saw snakes, alligators, monkeys birds turtles. It was super. Our tour guide Josh was really knowledgeable and very patient. We had a couple of young kids and an inexperienced toddler and he made it easy for everybody. Highly recommend this tour if you’re in the area. It’s great way to get out into nature.
This is the Must Do experience in Florida! Can't say enough how wonderful of a time we had. Our guide, Alexis, was so amazing! She taught us about the wildlife and knew all the best spots to find critters. She was so helpful and made sure our whole family could enjoy the fun. She even sent us awesome pictures of our tour! If you are going to Florida, you Need to book this experience! 100% recommend to everyone.
We had an amazing kayak tour with ‘Get Up and Go Kayaking’! Our guide Sam was on time, pleasant, and knowledgeable. We had the first early morning 8:30 am tour, and was so glad that we did! It was very crowded by the time we were done. Saw a few manatees during our kayak, and the weather was perfect. A very relaxing, no pressure tour. I would highly recommend this company and tour.

Had an amazing time at silver springs with get up and go. Got to see a bunch of gators, fish, turtles and all kinds of birds. Our tour guide Nathan was courteous, patient, he talked about the history of the place. Helped with animal sightings overall great first experience, we came all the way from Rimouski, Qc, Canada. The weather was very nice, I would 100% recommend to friends and family.

This trip was worth every penny that we paid! Steve was an eligible to a guy who loves what he does and knows so much information about the animals. He even took some pictures for us with no charge and air dropped them at the end. If you have a camera that can take underwater pictures we would highly recommend it as we got some fantastic pictures of the manatees. We saw so many! They come right up to your boat and even under sometimes. Then they ask you to carefully move out of the way so you don't hurt them. Kayaking in this area was beautiful even if we hadn't seen manatees! It felt very much like we were in a different world. This was one of our favorite out trips we have ever done! Do not hesitate! One bit of advice is to understand that when you're purchasing a tour you are purchasing one seat not a single seat kayak. So if you have a party of six you purchase six seats which is three kayaks. I felt that this was a little confusing when it mentioned kids under 16 cannot kayak alone.

Sam is awesome！Highly recommend！The water is amazing and clear, we saw a few manatees and other wildlifes. The weather is a bit gloomy and lots of people there, but Sam is very professional and knew where to go.
This was a great, different outing with my sister after Christmas. It was an amazing excursion and Get Up and Go glass bottom boats was the jam! Cannot recommend enough. This is a must do if you are in the Ocala/Silver Springs area.

We had such an amazing trip! Josh was our guide, he was extremely knowledgeable about the wildlife. My boyf was a ranger in Africa and he asked a lot of questions and Josh knew every answer! We really had a great time
Had the most fabulous experience kayaking with Josh today and can I just say happy heart?! We got to see sooooooo many manatees and even some babies!! So our guide Josh was really good about pointing out to us when we could see manatees and of course moving out of their way where possible to respect the wildlife but omg!!!! Lifelong dream came true today!! One manatee went swimming right under us, at least one that we noticed and another did like a deep dive when it came up for air - it was glorious!!! Got to see some other birds and turtles and spent a lot of time out on the water. Josh was very patient answering all our questions and explaining about the lives of manatees. Recommending this experience for anyone wanting to try and hope you get to see a lot of manatees too!!

I just experienced the glass bottom boat tour with Captain Bill. We had four generations of us in our party and we all left happy and amused, including the angsty thirteen-year-old who was with us. The tour was amusing, but Bill's puns, wit, and historical knowledge really accelerated the experience. Whatever they need to do to keep Captain Bill on their roster, please do it!
