Siesta Key, Fl - Clear Kayak Led Night Glass Bottom Tour

We had a great time on our kayak tour! This was our first experience kayaking and the tour guides were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area, kayaking, tips on catching something, and knew all the creatures that were in the water. Some people caught a blue crab, a needle fish, conch, soft shell crab, and a hermit crab. Of course, all creatures were returned to the water afterwards. It was cool to see how big the crab was in person. I would recommend this tour. No experience necessary but get ready to get your feet wet and clothes. The only negative was climbing down the short sea wall onto rocks at this location. The guide offered his hand but then afterwards didn’t shine the light in the water where we could see where to walk on the other rocks to the kayak. I got a cut on my ankle from the rock but fortunately the guide had bandaids. The clear kayaks were pretty neat with the LED lights for night. Our guides were Steven and Dan.

Steven and Corey were amazing guides. They were patient and supportive and helpful. The tour itself was great, we saw a lot of amazing fish and sea creatures. We had a lot of laughs. The night time LED tour was unforgettable!

We went on the night trip, 10/21. We had a fun and incredible time. Cory and John were awesome guides, friendly, engaging, knowledgeable. The two of them and their team made the trip amazing! We found sting rays, conchs, puffer fish, hermit crab and a stone crab. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a fun experience for the family. We did have our launch location changed with only 2 hours notice via text. The text said no refunds, that was the only thing that was negative. I understood the change in venue due to wind and water clarity but for those who chose a launch site based on their vacation location and not knowing someone’s transportation situation, I think a no refund policy should be reevaluated. Luckily, everyone was able to get there, so no issues last night. Something for management to think about. Again, I would definitely recommend this trip to anyone visiting the area.

We got to see everything and more out there at night and all thanks to Cory the guide making sure everyone got to see everything.

There was severe lightning and they still did not cancel the tour. Because we felt unsafe going out we chose not to participate. We were denied a refund or a reschedule I would not recommend anyone take this tour .

Went on the night eld kayak tour with Dan! It was awesome. Dan was a great guy and gave a great tour. We got to see a lot of sea life and he gave great recommendations for restaurants and other stuff to do during our stay. Would recommend and ask for Dan

This experience was so calming and fun for our group, The length of the tour was perfect and had a small enough crowd size to hear our amazing guides John and Lachlan! This is best for people who like sight seeing and being on the water!

Great experience but the meeting location was a little confusing due to different locations mentioned between the email and websites.

We didn’t get to have the experience. The weather was the reason for the delays, which is completely understandable. However, the organizers pushed it back to a time the weather cleared, had all of us meet at the location and then canceled with no email, phone call etc. Just sent a text with notice of refund. Many drove over 30 minutes. Completely unprofessional. Zero stars

This clear LED Kayak experience with Cory and Lorelei was amazing! They were hilarious and knowledgeable guides, they made us feel very comfortable, safe and provided many opportunities for photo ops. We saw a pack of dolphins when we first arrived, had plenty of chances to catch little ocean critters with the provided nets, there was even a small pelican buddy that swam along with our kayaks and dived under them! We were able to get a gorgeous view of the sunset and once the sun was fully down, the bridge and the city were lit up and we got to witness the blood moon which made for some awesome pictures!

My experience did not happen at all. The location changed last minute and I did not get the text in time enough to make it there 15 minutes before launching. We arrived at 8 when we were supposed to be there at 745. I realize we were late, but the travel time took twice as long as the original location and not being familiar with the area slowed us down a bit too. The icing on the cake was when we did arrive the others in the group were just getting their kayaks out, and someone in the group noticed us and said something and the kayak guide was being obnoxious saying things like "well you guys arrived on time like you were supposed to, unlike them, so we are going to continue our tour on time like planned" it was embarrassing and rude, therefore we did not want to go on the later tour with this guide that was just bashing us in front of a bunch of strangers. Very unprofessional. Plus there were no refunds of course. I was very excited to go on this experience, and our evening of vacation was ruined.

Not a lot going on here you paddle around in a very small area with a net through some grass trying to find sea creatures-we found nothing. Lack luster for the price. Not worth it.

Lighted kayaks were cool, tour was somewhat interesting with the facts given to us by the tour guide Jed about the pelicans, mangroves, etc. However, we sat on the water doing alot of nothing while the guide chatted quite a while with a couple about things unrelated to the tour. Beside the Pelicans in the trees, we did not see much of anything else.

Kevin was great! Made the trip really easy and fun.

Good time with it being at night on the water. It wasn’t hot. Beautiful sunset. Guides were great and enjoyed conversations. The negative would be we really didn’t see anything and it was a pretty short time. A little overpriced for the experience imo.

A lot of fun and easy to do for any age. Instructors are very nice and accommodating. You will definitely get wet so recommend a bathing suit.

Took my family to the 8:00 PM tour. Eddy and Alexia were great guides. Patient and kind. Shared their knowledge with all. My teen and preteen children enjoyed themselves as well. We caught a glimpse of a pair of dolphins.

We had such an amazing clear kayak LED night tour experience! Our guide Cory and his daughters were wonderful and made the whole trip so much fun. We loved exploring and seeing the sea creatures along the way. The views were beautiful, especially with the city lights, and the whole experience felt so peaceful and relaxing. We had a great time and would definitely recommend it!✨🚣🏻‍♀️

This was an amazing experience! We love kayaking and paddleboarding. We have tons of fun hiking and exploring! To mix kayaking in the dark with the LED lights was such a cool experience. My favorite part was doing this around 8pm to watch the sunset. I love sunsets and the weather was perfect to watch the sunset on the water. We stopped by this little area to get out and walked around to use our nets they provided to catch little sea creatures. It was a lot of fun to see what was going to be in that net with each swoop. Our group got to experience hermit crabs, blue crabs, pin fish, shrimp, something you held and it squirted water LOL (sorry can't remember the name) , a sea slug (I caught the sea slug my first time swooping the net in the grass) my son caught all kinds of things including a sea urchin! That was pretty wild to see. Empty shells, you get to take home! Dan was our tour guide and knew his stuff! Some things we already knew but we also learned a couple things from his as well. Like how to tell if the blue crab was male or female and hold old a shell was by the lines on its shell. Kind of like a tree with its rings. I do wish we had more time to explore bc an 1hr and 15 minutes goes by pretty fast when you're having fun. Thank you for an amazing time. It was a wonderful birthday experience.

What a fun trip! Our guide Cory made it a fun and educational tour. He made a point of explaining the wildlife inhabitants, plants and history of the area. I would highly recommend this trip and Cory as your guide!

This was one of my absolute favorite parts of visiting Sarasota. The Clear Kayak LED Night Glass Bottom Tour was such a beautiful experience, especially being out on the water at sunset and then seeing everything light up at night. It was peaceful, unique, and such a memorable way to experience Siesta Key. The tour guides, Matt and Corbin, were amazing. You could tell they both genuinely love what they do and really care about making sure everyone has a great experience. This was my first time kayaking, and I was also doing the tour solo, so I was definitely a little nervous at first. Corbin was especially patient and kind. When I was having trouble turning around and keeping up with the group, they calmly helped by attaching my kayak and towing me along so I could relax and enjoy the experience instead of feeling stressed or embarrassed. They made me feel completely comfortable and supported, which meant so much as a first-time kayaker and solo traveler. Because of their patience and encouragement, I was able to fully enjoy what turned out to be one of the most beautiful and unforgettable experiences of my trip. I would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Sarasota — especially if you’ve never kayaked before. Don’t let that stop you. You’ll be in great hands with Matt and Corbin.

Our guide Cory, was GREAT even tho hes a Broncos fan! But the trip was smooth and easy, we found lots of critters and he even brought them back so we could all see them in the light! Over all it was a GREAT experience! Would def go again!
