Miami airport, as expected is very busy, on arrival by plane there appears to be exits at the same level as the baggage collection area and on the level below and the driver needs to know which level you are exiting - it does not matter which one you just have to let the driver know. Our driver was very helpful and found us despite the volume of cars and people.

Our whole experience with AGA City Tours was fantastic for our transportation from our Miami hotel to the cruise port! From the confirmation at time that we booked, to the interaction with them via email when we needed to go from eight people to 16 people, their day before again confirmation of everything, the driver arriving a few minutes early to make sure we were all loaded on time, and then a pleasant and efficient trip to the port—all aspects were great. Would highly recommend them for your Miami transportation needs, particularly if you’re a group and want to rest confidently knowing everything will happen as schedule.

transportation with Aga Tours for after our cruise, which ended on January 4. I was traveling with my 6-year-old son and specifically booked this service to avoid prior negative experiences with Uber and transportation issues at the Port of Miami. I received a confirmation email the same day. On January 4 at approximately 9:15 a.m., I called Aga Tours to confirm our scheduled 10:15 a.m. pickup. I was assured by Adrian that the driver would arrive between 10:00 and 10:15 a.m. We exited the ship before 10:00 a.m. and proceeded to the designated pickup area as instructed. At 10:04 a.m., instead of receiving a phone call, I received a text message stating that the driver would not be coming due to traffic and suggesting that I take an Uber instead, with a promise of a refund. This explanation was both frustrating and unacceptable. Uber vehicles were clearly able to reach the port despite the same traffic conditions, yet a company that advertises reliable, prearranged transportation services could not. As a result, I was left standing with luggage and a young child, forced to compete with hundreds of other passengers for an Uber—exactly the situation I paid to avoid. When I attempted to call Aga Tours for assistance, my calls were sent directly to voicemail, followed only by another text message. This experience demonstrated a serious lack of reliability, communication, and customer care. Canceling a confirmed, prepaid pickup at the last minute via text message is not acceptable, especially when traveling with a child. I am extremely disappointed and expect not only a prompt refund but also an explanation for how this situation was handled.,

This was our 3rd and last shuttle service with AGA City Tours and we were pleased with each trip. Adrian and his team even kept in touch with our travel agent, Anne V, for a smooth experience. For this last trip, Adrian was already waiting for us at cruise terminal parking lot. Definitely stress free experience with all 3 trips. Lastly, Adrian even made a quick pit stop so we could pick up diapers for our little traveler before heading to airport...now that's awesome service!!

All we had to do was text our driver to let him know when to pick us up from our hotel and he arrived right on time! Helped put our many suitcases in the back of the van including a baby stroller. Our request for a carseat was also ready to go! Fun ride to Port of Miami and dropped off right in front of our cruise terminal. Great and smooth experience to start off our cruise!

Great communication with Adrian and team! Our flight arrived 30 min early and Adrian kept in touch throughout to ensure our specific pickup spot and estimated time it would take for one of his partners to pick us up. We requested a carseat for our little traveler and it was ready when we hopped in the van. Ride to hotel went smoothly with water and plenty of AC.

Very professional!!!! Contacted us shortly after we landed with clear instructions. Constantly gave us updates on his ETA and let us know he was delayed a few minutes due to traffic. Car was very clean and comfortable.

Driver never showed up! We had a 12:00 noon reservation at the hotel, he was supposed to pick us up then. We waited until 12:30 and then had to grab a cab. I've asked for a refund. Waiting to hear from them.

By far the best transportation company in Miami. We will ise them every time feom now own. They communicate days ahead to verify booking, give details, and make the customer feel like a priority. We had to change our pickup time the day of and they had absolutely no problem accommodating us. We were picked up in a very clean, luxury van with ice cold water awaiting us. The vehicle showed up at the exact time. Perfect. The driver, May, was awesome. She teied to move our bags for us but she was pregnant so we wouldn’t let her. May was a fabulous driver and fun to talk to.

I booked this through Viator with little knowledge of the shuttle service or which one to get. AGA was awesome. I got a text when I landed and he told me right where to go and then guided me to his van. The car was super clean and he was very nice. Awesome experience all the way around. I am booking him for my return to the airport for sure.

Exactly as planned. The shuttle to take the 12 of us from cruise port to airport was on time and we all fit comfortable in the sprinter van with our luggage in the back. Very good communication before and during pick up.
