Sawgrass Mills Mall - Transportation - Round Trip

There was a 1 hour delay to start the tour, with no explanation. Then, we arranged the pick up at sawgrass mall at 18:30. The driver arrived at 19:30 with no explanation, no whatsapp message answered. A disaster. The driver that drove us there was driving like in Formula 1. Just avoid this company.

They arrived 1 hour late for the place of departure and the employees treated each other badly. And they took us in a van that didn't have room for everyone and they piled us up.

This is the second time I've ordered a shuttle to the mall from this provider. They never leave on time. It says to arrive at 9 am. They don't leave before 10. I didn't eat breakfast to arrive on time. We lost an hour and weren't allowed to stay longer than we deserve. Small van.

For £20 per person to get to Sawgrass and back, it was a good deal because what, getting a taxi there one way is like $100. We went on a Sunday so shops didn't open until 11am but that was fine because we sat in dunkin donuts for a coffee and some breakfast before the haul started. The shuttle was on time both ways, I think we had more than enough time to shop. Just wear comfortable shoes.

Just the right amount of time at the mall. A good shopping day out. Driver was efficient and we were able to set off early.

Terrible service, checked in at 9am as per instructions and told bus would be 10:10am as opposed to 9:30am, as stated on tour and company web site. Told to sit and wait, no communication. Bus did not arrive until 10:20am and was a bus run by another company with several stops before arriving at Mall over an hour later Staff at tour company were too interested in chatting amongst themselves and messing around. I had to keeping asking what was happening, feel that if I had not chased we might not have been told that the bus had arrived, apparently it was a ‘busy period’ Get an Uber instead, might me more expansive but far better than wasting 80mins hanging around

The bust departed 1 hour late and returnes at 9pm, not at 5 PM as advertised. I had to look and pau for a different transportation to get back at 5 pm

On time both ways and has an exhausting 5 hours of shopping in sawgrass mills still not enough!! Designer outlets much cheaper thank uk

It was a nice trip and on time, the driver was very professional and the trip was smooth all.along the way. If u love shopping it is a nice destination.

The driver was terrible. He spoke only spanish and was rude and unwilling to assist in anyway. We were supposed to leave from Sawgrass Mills at 17:00 and he didn't event wait for one minute past five. As a result, he left several people behind (luckily not us).

we bought tickets to go to the sawgrass mall . it is way cheaper to go on the bus rather than the share ride service. very polite and on time. We were able to store our purchases on the bus while we kept shopping. it was awesome. i definitely recommend

Company advertises 3 time slots in the app but only has 1 slot at 930 that is fulfilled meanwhile individuals are paying for other slots and losing money please correct this it’s frustrating and not fair to consumers

The tour operator didn't respond to any email, did not answer phonecalls or called back. Luckily we got in contact with tour operator via our hotel to reconfirme pick-up time. The tour was Ok and on schedule.

The bus was on time but then took forever to pick up people from all over Miami! An Uber May cost a bit more but saves much more time! On the way back, driver was not at the bus to register me and did not realize I was on the bus! All in all a means of transport but not sure if it is the best one!

Transfer was nearly 1 hour late which meant we spent less time at saw grass mills than what we should have. Then due to drop off's on the way back we didnt get back to our hotel until nearly 7. It was a long day... pay for a private transfer if you can afford it.

It does not leave at 9. They make you wait for 1 hour. No employee matches the other. Everyone lies to you based on what suits them. They say that the mall's exit is at 5, and when you get there, they tell you that it is not that time. They threaten to charge you more for asking them to do things as promised. THE DRIVER DOES NOT STOP SENDING MESSAGES WHILE DRIVING AT MAXIMUM SPEED, A DANGER. And a horrible attitude towards us. Everything is horrible. I do not recommend it. Get yourself an Uber and save yourself the crappy experience.

What I did not like is that we left late; the offer stated a departure at 9:00, and we left at 8:50. On the other hand, it was supposed to be a double-decker bus, and we went in a van. The driver talked on the phone and texted, which I find very reckless on those high-speed roads.

Drive takes about 60 minutes to the destination. Once there we received some information about the meeting point and discount coupons. Departure was at 5pm, we had over 6 hours, this sounds very long, however you need this time for the size of this huge center as well. As you know it from the television in part, many people are traveling with suitcases, interesting day that was worth it.

1 hour late for departure. When we arrived at the outlet, the driver said that most could match a time pro return, but that would charge U$5 per person per hour (in cash), easy way to make money no? And besides it was loose.

I arrived at 8:55 and there was no more van, did not answer my calls and much less passed me information about what to do.

The service is super bad, pay for Thursday at 9am, when I arrive I heard tell the person who attended me that if I could go on Friday, then I was put on the minibus and lowered to wait for another one that leaves at 10:30am, they indicated that the bus back leaves at 7pm and left at 9am on top of that the super rude driver and did not want to give me any indication.

The shopping is outstanding although you can find better prices online and send them directly to the hotel. The best nike and adidas

I bought the transfer in advance by trip advisor, arriving on the day of the transfer were sold more tickets than available. We were pulled out of the van, causing us a big embarrassment. I don't blame anyone in Miami

Staff come qualified and attentive, punctual and patient. We went and returned peacefully, we loved the tour very well worth it.

I went to Civitatis. All right. The mall is very large and while you find some deals, others are the same price as duty free. In a single day it is well tired and impossible to travel the whole mall.

For the return we were required to be 15 minutes ahead of schedule, but finally arrived 15 minutes later, meaning unnecessary wait of half an hour. It is easy to foresee, especially for local drivers, the huge Friday traffic, which was the excuse. Plus lots of chatter to make us deliver the Shopping plan.

It's convenient to pick up and drop off at the hour one way. We departed at 17:00 with a 9:00 meeting and had about 6½ hours there. Don't just wait at the meeting place. I had to show my ticket to an office called MiamiTours.com and get a sticker. You have to be careful, because you can't. Also, on the way back, it was a van, so it wasn't a double-decker bus.

We went to the meeting point and were there on time. It was not immediately apparent at the beginning where to register. It was very crowded and not only was the Sawgrass Mills Mall approached but also an Everglades tour. Were then dropped off at the mall and picked up as agreed. Picked up the Everglades Tour participants so the ride took a good hour longer. The driver was very nice and does a good job.

It was the worst transfer I hired in my life. I felt extremely insecure. The outward transportation was ok, we were 4 passengers, but the driver wouldn't put down his cell phone, and was even warned by a passenger. The main problem was on the way back. This is because the transport was carried out in another vehicle (but with the same driver), in which there were 2 passengers from another transfer section. They smoked electronic cigarettes inside the van, and cursed all the time in English, appearing dissatisfied with the waiting time for the transport service. When starting the return journey, without telling anyone, about half an hour into the journey, the driver changed the route, returning almost 10km to the road we were on. When questioned by another passenger, he was extremely rude, saying he was going the correct way. However, when looking at the map, we were literally on the opposite path. It was scary. Finally, the couple who were smoking inside the van began to curse and threaten the driver, saying they were from Miami and knew the place. The trio (driver and smoking couple) screamed in the van, and we were in the back, watching in disbelief, in that situation. Finally, the driver took a completely different route, heading towards South Beach almost 2 hours after the start of the trip. When we stopped, only the smoking man got out, and the woman remained in the van saying she would call the police to give her money back. We were all very scared. Finally, she came down cursing and threatening everyone. The driver apologized to the passengers who remained, and made up some excuse about the traffic. And he offered to take us to the hotel (instead of the agency). I didn't accept it and went down at the first opportunity, at the agency (which was already completely empty at the time). And I left. I didn't even have the courage to complain at the counter, as the driver followed us the entire time. It was horrible. I will never hire this company again.

Transportation by van. We went at 10 AM and they picked us up at 5 p.m. Very good prices. It's worth going. It takes 3 or 4 full days to explore it. .

The transport is good and really cheap, but it only lasts for a few hours and if it's even 1 minute late they won't wait for you. Choose the company carefully and ask everything before going.
