Safety Harbor Ghost Tour: Haunted History & True Crime

Safety Harbor is a great town. Walkable. Restaurants and pubs. Resort and Spa is great. Right on Tampa Bay. We have been going to Safety Harbor for 5 years now from Ohio. Sips Wine Bar is a great little hangout with wonderful entertainment.

Such a great tour Looking to do more of there tours in the near future! Cynthia our guide was great and we fun!

We had a great night exploring Safety Harbor. The history lesson was awesome in addition to the paranormal activity. Cynthia rocks the "dad jokes" with ease.

The guide was really great, and the tour itself was a great experience, especially never having been on a ghost hunting tour before. I will definitely be taking advantage of more ghost hunting experiences.

It was a fun experience. My husband and I enjoyed hearing about the history of Safety Harbour. Can't wait to do another tour when it's cooler.

What a fun evening! We really enjoyed a great walking tour of Safety Harbor. Although the spirits were quiet, we learned a lot about the area and it’s history. Whether you are a resident like us or just visiting , it’s a great way to spend an evening.

Had such a pleasant evening Cynthia. It was an absolutely beautiful slightly chilly evening for a walk around this charming town. At the end we had a nice encounter with one of the locals, Ed the ghost. He was very talkative.

Knowledgeable guide, great price, and excellent value. Personally not a huge ghost type of person, but I had a good time and would recommend to anyone even if it's not particularly your main interest. There will be something for everyone to enjoy on the walk.

Cynthia was so knowledgeable on all the history and details of Main Street. She kept is light and easy to follow. Felt like my partner and I got the VIP experience. You can tell she has a passion for what she does. I had never been on a haunted tour that let the participants use ghost equipment. That was a unique experience!

Enjoyed a bit of the history of the buildings. But there was little background on the "ghosts". Other tours we've been on, were better storytellers and made it interesting.

Our tour was amazing. Tracey our tour guide was so knowledgeable and informative. I would definitely recommend going on this adventure. The spirits were definitely with us.

I've been on ghost tours in New Orleans and St. Augustine, but I've never been on a tour like this! Not only is it a great history tour, but we also got to interact with some spirits. This ghost tour puts investigative tools on your hands. Cynthia was knowledgeable about the local spirits and told some great stories about the area's history. It was a fun and unusual date night for Valentine's Day for sure!

Cynthia was a fantastic guide! She was very knowledgeable and fun. We learned many facts about Safety Harbor. We had tons of activity on our tour. You should book one and experience for yourself! Save the Baranoff tree!!!

The tour was very boring the tour guide was very informed although very pretty and alluring we did not see much in the ghost tour I've been on tours we never once entered one building the traffic noise was made at hard for us to hear her I asked her about another tour and she promised she would text me the information for that tour that never happened as well you know I'm a man of my word and I expect others to be as well a person of their word one thing I might suggest is get some permission to enter some buildings that might have some activity or take your tour to an area that actually has some activity I was not impressed in fact a little disappointed even though I tipped Cynthia very pretty girl very intriguing made me wish it wasn't married LOL

The tour guide was very knowledgeable about the history of Safety Harbor and brought lots of spirit finding tools for everyone to use. It was a very enjoyable tour

Best ghost tour we've ever been on. We love how knowledgeable she was, how she had pictures to back up her stories, and the equipment she brought with for us to use. I highly recommend!

Our guide gave us a lot of history about the town of Safety Harbor - which is adorable! The evening stroll was a bit warm, but doable. There were quite a few ghost stories to be heard. She used spirit boxes and ghost tracker radios to search for paranormal energy activity. It was a lot of fun. We popped into The Spa to take a look around. What a place.

This was a fantastic tour full of history and ghosts. The host was simply amazing. A wealth of knowledge about the town as well as all things paranormal. Highly recommend this tour.

Tour scheduled for 7pm to 8:30pm,but went over.. Sorry I had to leave at 8:30. Did not see Safety Harbor Spa or the Turner Mansion. Tour overpriced at $30.00

My family has been on the tour and based on factual dealings with Tracey Smith and Ace Chapman (photo included), 2 sub contractors of Silent Slayer Ghost Tour, it's my opinion that this business is using con artists for its tour guides. I can not recommend them.

The history of the town. Using the ghost box and the SLS camera. We also heard our names called out on the ghost box. That was wild.

This was such a fun way to spend an evening. Guided through safety harbor, we were told a little of the history, listened to a spirit box, and had a great time. Definitely recommend, even if you’re a skeptic it’s still fun!

Tracey does a great job as a guide, as a town historian, and as a medium. We had a great time spending the evening walking through town learning and experiencing several paranormal activities. We would recommend this tour to anyone who loves ghost tours!

Fun, relaxing, very interesting and educational walking tour of Safety Harbor and some of its haunted sights. Our guide, Tracey, was really friendly and knowledgeable and it was a great evening. I will probably do it again at some point. I learned so much about the area and Tracey was excellent at bringing all the stories and history to life. It was fun when she got out the spirit box by the old tree—everyone had a great time. Highly recommend!

Tracey was amazing. My daughter and I went on a Ghost Tour in Safety Harbor. Tracey made the history of the city come to life. Her stories were amazing and I appreciated that she had photos to go along with the stories. The equipment she supplied was superb. It enabled us to experience communicating with the beyond.

Tracey is an amazing voice to the many spirits we heard and saw along the tour. History was one of my least favorite subjects when I was in school. Tonight's history lesson was phenomenal to say the least. I passed through this town hundreds of times in my time on earth but I never knew there was so much history. Using several devices voices were heard apparitions caught on camera and many spirits embraced. those within the tour. The pace was excellent, I was never bored and to say I was intrigued is an understatement. Tracey has a gift and the spirits recognize it. They speak to her throughout the tour they never feel threatened and I highly recommend you personally request Tracey as your tour guide. At the last part of the tour the group got to experience using Dowsing Rods. While those in the group were getting some activity, the Rods I held were spinning like crazy. I switched with someone else, no matter what pair I used-the energy was off the rails! Look in the photo...I see a couple dancing and ironically I was flirting with this spirit that I've seen previously in pictures but seeing her dancing she was spoken for in another life...

My sister and I took this tour and it is one of the best. I have done tours in Asheville, Charleston, Salem, St. Augustine and more. Our guide, Tracey, provided rich history and I have never seen an apparition before, until now. This tour was interactive with rods and a speaker box. Below are the pictures that I captured.

I’ve done several ghost tours including Salem,MA and Savannah, GA so I was a little apprehensive about spending $30 for a tour that was around the corner from me in little ol’ Safety Harbor. But, let me tell you- it was WORTH IT! Best tour yet. I’ve never been on one where we actually caught an apparition on camera (my sister took the pictures I’m attaching) or used dowsing rods or a speaker box! The dowsing rods had me in goosebumps. I will do this tour again in the future as they learn more about the spirits and history along the way! Thanks again Tracey :)

Really fun experience as history and paranormal junkies. Our guide was really knowledgeable of the area and the end getting to use the dowsing rods and spirit box was very interesting. Definitely recommend this tour.

Tracy was a very good hostess & historian. She is very sweet, knowledgeable, and fun. We really enjoyed all the local history in such a scenic area. Would recommend it!

Fantastic service from Tracey! I had never been on a ghost tour before today but I’ll be sure to do them on vacations in the future after how nice this experience was. She detailed the rich history of Safety Harbor and was extremely personable - I especially enjoyed the spirit box communing at the end! All in all, 5/5, would return.
