Private Transportation Service Fort Lauderdale Fll - Miami

Driver was polite and friendly and got us to the Miami port from Fort Lauderdale quickly and safely !

Javier was friendly and great to have as our driver. He was knowledgeable of the surroundings of hotel pointing out places to visit and things to do.

They did not show. Never will book again. Horrible, when arriving in Fort Lauderdale airport and no driver showed and for 2 hours could nort contact anyone.

A no worry experience. The driver communicated early on in the experience before the actual time. He was very polite and knew exactly where to drive. The transportation vehicle was clean.

Great pickup experience. On time pick up and was always in contact with me once we arrived at the airport.

Our flight was delayed we missed our connecting flight. Had to change the time for the Viator pick up. Told we couldn’t do that and said to call us when you get your next flight then they said they didn’t have any drivers and we would still be charged. I have used them a few times never had an issue but then again everything was always on time.

They monitored our flight and they called as soon as our plane landed. Our driver was efficient, we were impressed with how he handled our luggage. He was a good driver.

They will communicate with you while telling you where to meet them. They are very friendly as well.

Heber was very prompt and courteous. For us there quickly and professionally. Recommended service for travel between fort lauderdale and miami

They worked with me to arrange a pick up at our hotel instead of airport. That started our vacation so much better! Our driver was friendly. I did learn that this is not a good value for the price once I talked with other cruise passengers. An Uber is cheaper.

I made a mistake and put the incorrect date, ask to change and lost all my money. I understand it was my mistake, but I thought, they could accommodate me someway, just as a discount

On-time, very helpful w bags, and safe driver. Highly rec if looking for transport! Will definitely book with them again!

On time, friendly, early to locate at the airport and communication was great. Had to add an adult the day before our travel and was easily added.

Our driver patiently waited for due to multiple flight delays and a very long baggage claim wait. The SUV was clean, and the air conditioning was wonderful. I would definitely use this service again.

All star has been wonderful, van 44 driver Tony Brown was attentive to our needs, friendly and was early to the terminal to pick us up and drop us off. Will definitely use them again for all of our transportation needs.

All stars has been amazing! Ready for my family as soon as we got off the ship! Tony Brown was our driver and he was very pleasant and friendly! 10/10 recommend!

Our reservation was for a later time, flight got in early. They made it way to pick us up and kept in contact every step of the way. The driver was awesome, little guy with a heavy foot..lol.. we had about 18 suitcase and 8 people. I will diffently use them again.

Picked us up in Fort Lauderdale, Jose was pleasant and a safe driver!! He drove us to Miami, not once did we get worried about his driving!! We will definitely use this service again!!

Excellent service! Friendly, clean transportation. We used them for transportation from fort Lauderdale airport south beach hotel.

Our plane arrived at 10:10 in Fort Lauderdale. We did not get picked up until 11:35. I had to call to see where the driver was when they should have been calling me to let me know they were going to be late. We had (12) people standing around with no where to sit outside the airport. I have used this service before in Vegas and the whole experience was great no problems.

the trip from our hotel to the cruise ship was problematic. He arrived 1 hour late. he was given the wrong information and showed up at the wrong hotel. He then had to drive to the correct hotel where we were. he was otherwise very courteous and got us to the ship in plenty of time. the trip back was uneventful. the driver showed up on time and got us to the airport with no problems,

Requested a car seat for my 3 year old, which was provided however was not installed in the vehicle. It flopped around in the backseat I ended up having to use a booster seat instead. Driver also did not wait for me to buckle my child or myself in before shutting the lights off and flying out of where we were picked up (the airport)

Was over an hour late picking us up. Bugs in the van…..flying around a dirty cup left in the van. Not a good first impression

No show, I had to make different arrangements. I will be asking for a refund plus $100.00 for the inconvenience.

I set up the ride for myself & 5 friends. Last minute changes resulted in only one of us making the trip, but the driver hunted him down and took care of him. Great Job Viator!

Javier was wonderful. Great conversations. Got us to our destination safely. Offered details about our hotel which were very helpful.

Excellent service. Used 3 times during our vacation. They were early every time and had requested car seats/boosters installed.

Despite our flight being delayed, Heber was ready for us and helped us find dinner at a great local place. Definitely recommend this transport service.

Our driver was fantastic! He talked with us and told us where the good shopping and food was from our hotel!

Great driver. Herber was waiting at the airport when we arrived. Very courteous and helpful. Got us there quickly

Frank was awesome! Got us to the hotel in Miami from Lauderdale in good time, very courteous and friendly!

This was a very convenient and financially reasonable way to get from the airport to our hotel in Miami. Our driver was pleasant and attrntive and we had an enjoyable drive to our destination

Great service, took shuttle from port to airport. Had voicemail when I woke up to call when ready. Walked out of port and called. He was standing there waving his hand, ready to load up.

Used round trip service, vomit from the airport the driver arrived sooner than he was suppose to come and rushed us while we were trying to get our luggage. Threatening us he was going to leave after he arrived early. Coming back from our cruise we didn’t get picked up until 3 hrs later after the time he was suppose to arrive. I kept calling the driver and he kept saying he was 5/10mins away but he wasn’t and we almost missed our flight. Very Very bad experience!

While booking my transportation was a little difficult, the actual transportation was perfect. Heber did a great job of keeping us apprised of his arrival and got us to the airport early.

Drive was very prompt and pleasant. He reached out before I got off plane and gave me instructions on what I needed to do

Not a good experience. We had picked this company based on positive reviews and were very disappointed. Incredibly poor communication, we waited an hour for pick up, after multiple phone calls trying to confirm that someone was even coming. Requested a specific time for pick to return to the airport which they disregarded and arrived also late leaving us feeling less than confident with this service.

Driver was very nice and courteous. Only really issue was ride was very late and pickup wasn't at my terminal it was at the next one down. Have used this service many times and will still use them.

Our driver was awesome!! We felt safe and comfortable. He played music to our liking, He communicated with us.I defiantly will use this again. And will share with others.

Our driver was very professional, courteous and helpful. Our flight was delayed but he was ready for us as soon as we were. We were provided car seats as requested. Communication was outstanding!

Javier was an amazing driver! So professional & fun! What a great experience, from beginning to end! I must say, the SUV was immaculately clean & comfortable. Highly recommend!

When picked up driver was upset because there should only be 2 people. When I tried to show him the paper showing 5 he was just unhappy and didn’t want to discuss further.

Javier was right on time, very personable and took our party of four from our South Beach hotel to the Port of Miami expertly! He is a credit to his organization. Communication before the trip was excellent. Daniela quickly answered all my questions. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future!!

Our driver was amazing as he patiently waited for us while the airport kept us waiting on the tarmac. Will definitely use your services again!’

Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable staff made our transfer quick after a long day of traveling.

Our driver was very friendly and interacted with our two small children. He helped with luggage, and showed us some high points of the city on our way to the hotel.

Our driver was very knowledgeable of the area and we ended up taking his advice and had a great dinner:)

Very helpful!!!! Thank you very much for accommodating us and guiding us!!! They were on time to pick us up and provided us with all we needed!!!

The driver was on time and very hospitable. Thank you for taking the stress of travel out of the equation.
