Although there is a place in Viator to tell the transportation company where to pick you up, that does not feed into the transfer companies voucher or information. It was easy to text and email with them but I think Viator should fix their feed. Driver was on time, polite and professional and I would use their service again.

We had an 11 am port pickup scheduled. We ended up being off the ship at 8 am. They called at 730 to ask if we wanted earlier, and we requested 830. They arrived about 820 and had great communication. Thanks for the flexibility and delivering us safely!

The driver communicated very well and was very nice. However. He did alot of talking on the phone and texting which is dangerous to the passengers.

We arranged for the ride to pick us up from the Miami port, after our cruise @ 8:00am. We got off the ship and called our driver at 8:01. I couldn’t see him so I called him. He was angry and asked what had taken me so long because he had been waiting for half an hour. I told him I arranged for the ride at 8:00 and we were right on time. He then said I have been trying to call you. Why didn’t you answer? I explained to him that we had 4 young boys and all of our luggage and we were trying to get off the ship on time, which we did! He then got angry because I was looking for him on the wrong side of the street and told me to go to the eye doctor. He was very unnecessarily rude!

Viator has this transportation for this company listed as private, it is not. I wasn't expecting a van full of people for which my group paid $35 per person, and they were 20 minutes late. There were other companies at this port offering the same service for $10.00 per person. Wish I would have known that before my trip.

Used this service twice. First time was from my hotel to the Miami cruise port. I arrived in a timely manner with friendly service. The second time was from the cruise port to a hotel. Felt rushed and a lot of miscommunication is an understatement. The driver was friendly but had no problem texting and messaging while driving. There needs to be a better communication system between customers and drivers.

We were a party of 16. The transportation called at 8am stating they were ready to pick us up. Our reservation wasn't until 10am. I asked how far were they were and he said 5min away and to call when were ready. I called at 9:56am and they didn't make it until 10:50am. When they said 5 min away. Kept calling no answer however they would text and say they were in the terminal in traffic. After we saw several drivers go around over 3 times so we knew they wasn't in the terminal.

I only have one minor comment with regards to pick from the port. I was not aware or given the local nbr to call for pickup. A little bit of confusion on this aspect

The wait for transportation from the Miami port was long; I also thought that we would be the only passengers which made the wait even longer.

Excellent experience. Driver called to see if we were still on schedule, we weren’t. We ended up being the last group to exit the ship, then I got stopped by customs due to some jewelry purchases I made for my wife and they wanted to make sure I had paid duty tax on them. Turned out we were nearly two hours after our scheduled pick up time. The driver stayed in contact, was very understanding and gracious. I should have tipped him more! Sorry!

We were happy with our transportation from the port to the hotel. We actually used the services from airport to hotel, hotel to port, port to hotel and hotel to airport and we had a big group. Great service. We were late getting off the ship due to Customs IT issues which slowed everyone down. This company waited for us to ensure we had transportation back to the airport. We were waiting such a long time on the cruise terminal. I was sending two sms but got no answer. I had no Wi-Fi and the driver was using What’s up to contact me. It doesn’t work without Wi-Fi. Finally I called the organisationnumber and got to know that the driver was coming in a couple of minutes. The driver was professional and drove us safely to our hotel in Miami Beach.

I received a text morning of transfer to let driver know when I was ready. I called when I was ready driver was there in a few minutes. Driver was very professional and friendly. I really loved that I didn’t have to wait for hours for someone to pick us up.

We waited in a rainstorm for 5 hours for this company to show up. After he finally picked us up, he stopped to talk to his next fair for another 20 minutes. We were soaked and our luggage was soaked. The driver offered no apology or explanation for leaving us waiting so long. Jose did not speak to us during our transport at any point. I do not recommend the transportation company that fulfilled our tour needs. Viator was very good at canceling and refunding our last leg of our trip.

Getting a hold of Viator/MyTours was a nightmare after getting off the ship. I was told to find the Viator desk, there was no desk. After waiting on hold for 10 minutes I finally got a live person at MyTours and then they dispatched the van. It was perfect after that, the van driver was wonderful, we did Bayside and he picked us back up right on time. After booking months ago, I did not get enough confirmation and not often enough to ease my mind. I did expect issues and that was true. It ended well.

Such a smooth process!! The driver contacted me before we even left the ship to verify our pickup time and to ask if we needed additional time to disembark. We were lucky enough to get off with no issues, and our driver was literally there within 2 minutes of us walking out the door! It was such a smooth experience, especially since two of the couples with us had never been on a cruise before and were nervous about getting back to the airport. I would HIGHLY recommend this service to anyone!
