Private Transfer Orlando Airport To And From Orlando Hotels

This is the first time we’ve needed car service to Disney since we had 5 adults and 2 kids who needed booster seats. My wife came across JJTransfer and we were very pleased. From the airport to Disney we were met by Joao, a real professional in an immaculate luxury van which. On our return to the airport after our vacation we were met by Pedro, another professional gentleman as well driving an immaculate GMC Yukon. This car service communicated well throughout the whole time. I will do business with them again should I travel to Florida and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who asks me. JJ service was excellent..Our flight was canceled and we had to move around our pick up times. They were very accommodating and the text service back and forth was very helpful. My wife left her C-pap medicine in the vehicle, they dropped it off at our hotel without complaint. 10 out of 10 would recommend again..

Excellent Customer Service from the beginning to the end. JJ the owner was always communicating with me by text message. I booked a round trip from Orlando Florida Airport to Orange Lake Holiday Club Vacation Resort. $130.00 each way plus tip. I received a message from Pedro. JP. That he will be our driver to pick up my 84 years old Mother and I and take us to the hotel. JP, was a very nice young man who helped my mother with her suitcase. He took us to the beautiful Black Luxury SUV GMC with black tinted windows and black leather Captain seats. He was a good driver. Safe, friendly and polite. JP also picked us up at the hotel at 5:00 AM and he was on time. Drove us to the airport. My booking dates were October 12 to 17. I would recommend this company to my family and friends the next time we come to Orlando Florida. I give them Five Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Excellent transportation service. Communication with Mr Barros while searching for a service was easy by phone call/text/email. Pricing better than competitive. We traveled from Chicago to Orlando, 4 adults, 3 children including an infant in a rear-facing car seat, lots of luggage..Mr Barros met us at baggage claim, arriving there before we did, he helped us with luggage and getting everything to our vehicle, which was new, clean, comfortable, offering us water and making us welcome to Orlando. He drove safely, was professional, friendly, taking us to our resort destination after an early travel day with children, car seat, stroller and lots of luggage. He provided a car seat, altho we brought our own. We did appreciate the booster seat for our 7 yr old. Once at our resort, he helped unload our luggage and we confirmed our return pickup. Our return to MCO was equally amazing with Pedro, who was on time for our 4am pickup. Again, super clean and comfortable vehicle, safe driving, professional and friendly transport to the airport. Assisted getting everyone and everything into and out of the van. He was professional, on time and safe. I would recommed this service to everyone and will only use them when traveling to Orlando. They are trustworthy, professional, on time, good with communication about ride pickups, excellent pricing. Relieves all anxiety about if the driver will be there on time at your airport arrival for pickup and your resort pickup for return trip to airport to go home..Excellent service.

Highly disappointed in the lack of service provided by JJ Transfer (the company our MCO to Disney Resort transportation was assigned to). My 68 y.o. mother's flight was delayed due to pilot turnover, so although we had originally planned to arrive in Orlando together (i.e. same time, different flights) her flight was bumped an hour later than anticipated. While in the air, JJ Transfer let us know the SUV we requested was in the shop so they were sending a van instead (even though it would not affect our charges). I was unable to respond and didn't receive that text until we landed, which already seemed like poor foresight on their part (why send a text requesting confirmation when you should've been able to use the flight number provided to know your client was in the air?) Upon landing and learning my mom's flight was delayed, I reached out to our driver/JJ Transfer Customer Service to inquire about our options. The agent I spoke with informed me that our driver had another appointment and couldn't continue to wait for my mom. They suggested he take me to our resort as scheduled (alone!) and return for my mom (alone!) almost 3 hours later. I did not feel safe traveling alone to the resort with an unknown "third party" driver, nor was I willing to leave my mother (a senior citizen) to fend for herself after an already stressful day of navigating an unforeseeably delayed flight. I informed the agent of my concerns, but she was unable/unwilling to offer any better solutions or even the courtesy of a one-time refund without having to jump through hoops to get Viator involved. Still awaiting a response to my refund request, which I hope will be honored. If not, I will NEVER again accept a booking through, nor recommend, JJ Transfer out of MCO!
