Private Transfer From Orlando Airport (Mco)

Followed the printed Viator directions that were part of the receipt. Landed in Orlando, retrieved luggage looked for representative with sign (our name). There was not one. Called vendor, phone is answers with music (placed on hold). Fifteen minutes later lady answered gives all information and we are disconnected. Called back again on hold this time they can find no record of our reservation. Called Viator, they call vendor about five minutes later they say they cannot get through, they will email vendor. Viator representative asked if we wanted to hold until email is answered. I declined, if a company does not answer the phone how prompt are they going to be with email. Requested refund, representative said they would initiate request. We then had an uber take us to our hotel. In route to hotel received a text from vendor requesting location. During booking we had supplied airline and flight number, they indicated they would follow flight and be there when we landed. Very exasperating…

Terrible Experience – Never Again with Viator Private Transfers This was a very disappointing experience. I have used Viator before, and this was not my first time experiencing a flight delay. In the past, Viator Assist has communicated with the driver to inform them of flight delays, so I expected the same level of service this time. After my flight was delayed, I contacted the driver, who told me he would *try* to find another driver. This meant that a replacement was not even guaranteed. I was then told I would have to pay an additional $20 for another driver. The driver also stated, “We cannot change a booking less than 24 hours before the scheduled time. According to company policy, the service is considered completed, and no refund is available. However, I can send another driver for an additional fee of $20.” I find this unacceptable, especially when the flight delay was beyond my control. Instead of helping resolve the situation, I was faced with an unexpected additional charge and uncertainty about whether transportation would even be provided. To make matters worse, the driver's van did not have enough space for our luggage. The driver had already been informed of how many bags we had, so this should not have been an issue. When I expressed my frustration, he told me that if the luggage did not fit, I would have to call an Uber myself. This was extremely unprofessional and stressful, especially after dealing with a flight delay. I expected a reliable private transfer service, not additional charges, uncertainty, and the possibility of being left to arrange my own transportation. Based on this experience, I will not use Viator's private transfer service again, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for reliable airport transportation. Viator needs to take greater responsibility for coordinating with drivers, handling flight delays, and ensuring that vehicles have enough space for passengers and their luggage.

Very reliable. Our plane was rerouted Supposed to be a two hour flight.. We ended up sitting on the plane for seven hours. Ryan helped us reschedule. Picked us up when we arranged. Very courteous. Safe driver.

The driver was not waiting. I had to try and find a number to contact the company, the number listed did not work. I finally found a way to to in touch with the driver. I then had to wait outside for the driver to finally show up.

I scheduled an airport pickup. I followed the instructions to notify the driver of our location upon landing. We only waited about 10 minutes. The driver and vehicle matched the information sent by Viator so we knew it was the correct car. Omar was very pleasant, the car was clean and the ride was smooth. The price was very reasonable. I would use this service again.

I scheduled an the shuttle in advance expecting a smooth and timely pickup, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. We ended up waiting over 30 minutes past our scheduled time, which was frustrating. Communication about the delay was also lacking, which added to the inconvenience. Overall, the experience didn’t meet expectations for a pre-booked service.

Never happened as to much hassle trying to find out where he was . We didn’t know the area and although we thought this was the way to be hassle free , it was very stressful so we ended up calling an uber and lost our money …

I booked a private SUV transfer on Viator. When I got the confirmation 2 days before my pickup it didn’t mention SUV anywhere so I emailed them. They assured me I was confirmed for an SUV. When the driver arrived to pick me up, it was an old, beat up minivan with a big chunk of paint missing on at least one side. The driver was nice and professional, but it was NOT what I paid for, nor what was confirmed after I inquired. I could have just ordered an Uber for less money with what they sent.
