Had a little difficulty locating the pickup, probably partly due to our first time at the Miami airport, but the driver was waiting for us when we got outside the terminal so that was nice. It was great to not have to deal with a taxi or uber and we were happy that our group of nine were able to be transported together. The driver was helpful with our luggage both loading and unloading, but he was not at all friendly and I don't think he said one word to us on the way to the hotel, which was weird and uncomfortable. I may consider using this service again if I had a different driver.

The transfer from Miami Airport to Riviera Suites South Beach was overall good. We had to wait about 25–30 minutes, and the driver did not speak English, but the ride itself was smooth and quick.

We were flying into Miami international airport on the day of our cruise. So there was no room for error. When our flight arrived in Miami Beach, we picked up our luggage and I was receiving text notifications from our driver of what level and gate to meet at.. By the time we got our luggage and made it to the meeting location Gustavo arrived 3 minutes later. Our driver, Gustavo was professional and punctual. He loaded our bags into a clean Mercedes transport van and was wearing a uniform. He whisked us away to the Miami cruise port in about 20 minutes. I recommend this service.

Excellent service. I called the company, Tango Transport, twice before the date of our service: once for confirming info and a second time for changing the number of passengers. Both times the people were so nice. When we arrived at airport (our flight was delayed over 3 hours) we received a text from our driver saying he was waiting for us once we got our luggage.
