This is the second time that we have used Access Line, and it will not be the last. We travelled in August from the UK, both drivers were excellent with one remembering us from last year's airport pickup welcoming us back. He then updated our son on any new rides and shows! The drivers were on-time, polite, very friendly and the vehicles were immaculate. We will be using Access Line again on future trips, highly recommended.

Used them for service to/from a cruise ship from MCO - the hour drive was a pleasant experience, no problems, picked up on time.

First class service once again from Access Line for our airpot transfers and mid-trip resort transfer. Excellent communication throughout from our driver Alejandro took away all the stress of travelling as a family with children and lots of luggage, instead making the transfers an enjoyable part of our visit. The experience was made even more special by the comfort of the immaculate luxury SUV. We also made use of a grocery stop which was ideal. This was our third trip with Access Line and Alejandro and we’ll definitely use again for our next visit to Orlando. Would highly recommend.

We've used Access Line the last 4 years and had a wonderful experience. The drivers have always been on time and communicate well. They've been very willing to pick up our bags and wait for us . I use them for all my trips to Florida.

A superb service with a customer focused driver. We had 4 passengers but 11 cases.! We did not have to stress or worry at all. The driver even endured we had help with our luggage at dropoff. You will not be disappointed.

We had a big group of 9 plus 18+ bags (yeah, we don’t pack light 😅) and had zero issues fitting everything! Juan, our driver, showed up early (a blessing for my always-running-late Hispanic family), packed the van himself in slacks and a button-down like a pro, and got us to the airport with plenty of time. On the ride, he was genuinely interested in our trip—not just making small talk. He also picked us up when we got back, iPad sign and all, and patiently waited while we got through customs and grabbed our bags. The whole experience felt more like getting dropped off by a family member than a company ❤️ Would 1000% book again and request Juan in a heartbeat. Thank you!!

ALT have simply been brilliant in all aspects of their operation. From the initial request for a quote through to the final trip to Orlando Airport, they put me at ease. I tend to worry about travel but every question and clarification I had was answered quickly and clearly. When we landed in MCO, our driver was in touch and met us at the baggage carousel. He was so patient while we waited for the last bags to arrive. There were 8 adults so a large number of large bags. He tried to insist that he would handle them but I think he was happy that we helped with our own stuff. Sigifredo was a joy to meet, professional to a tee.

We had a great experience using Access Line this weekend. We surprised our kids with a trip to Disney and wanted to be as efficient as possible. Both of our drivers were kind and courteous. We were able to get from the airport to our hotel without extra stops like taking the bus and the kids felt so special arriving in style. Highly recommend!

The driver was on time waiting for us and had a very clean vehicle. Then driver was very friendly. We have used them before and will continue using them in any future trips. They have excellent service!

We have used Access Line Transportation for every one of our Orlando trips since at least 2022. This amounts to approximately 15 round trips with their service. Their staff (reservation line employees and drivers) are very friendly and professional. We have had several of the same drivers on multiple trips and we enjoy speaking to them during the rides. The vehicles are all newer model and have always been very clean inside. The complimentary stop at the Publix store is an added plus and it's a big deal to us. We will definitely be using their services for future trips to Orlando.

Good service, drivers were timely/arrived early to pick us up, and cars were clean. I realized I made the wrong pick up time for our departure and I was still able to call the day before to change it. Right after I made the reservation, they also called me to double check my baby's age so that they can make sure that they had the correct type of car seat, which was really important to me and why I had chosen to spend the extra money for a private service instead of MEARS or Uber. The complimentary grocery stop at arrival was also very convenient and what we needed for our trip.

The driver kept me informed of arrival times and location exactly when I needed the information. The car was there when and where it was promised. Also, the driver Jonathan was friendly and a wealth of information regarding Disney World.

This team was very professional, polite, and in constant communication. Sigi the driver was on time with our name on sign for late night flight arrival and transported almost an hour away with a return trip to airport from cruise with same accuracy. This team is exactly what you want with new Mercedes van and seamless quality!

10/10 This was our first time using this company since the Magical Express is no longer included in the Disney package. Our round trip from the airport to the resort was completely stress free and with a group of 14, that’s pretty rare. Both drivers were punctual, helpful, and top-notch drivers. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone and will definitely use them again in the future!

I was very impressed with the service we received from access line transportation! We were a party of eight with an infant car seat (they provided) and both Alejandro and William were prompt, professional and very polite! We were celebrating a “Disney Dream Birthday” for my sister who among many other vibrant and wonderful qualities has Down Syndrome. One of her wishes was to travel via limo. Access Line and our driver Julio did an amazing job!! He treated her like the Queen she is and made sure all of our needs were met. Very thankful for Julio and his kindness.

Alejandro was amazing!! He was there at Delta baggage waiting for us as we arrived. He grabbed our luggage and quickly had us in the SUV. He picked us up early at the return trip. Thank you for taking such great care of us!! Highly recommend Access Line Transportation and Alejandro!!!

Drivers were friendly and very professional. The main issue we had is that on the way out the driver was at the wrong airport and after a long flight with two kids, this was frustrating. We were picked up a bit later on, but had to wait around. Bar the apology, nothing else was offered.
