This is a lovely tour to do if you have only a day in Miami. Informative and interesting tour. Manuel was a great guide

We had a spectacular time on our Miami tour. Out stops included South Beach, Little Havana, scenic stop to take pics of the Miami Skyline and a boat trip from Miami to Miami Beach. It was wonderful and our driver/tour guide was fun and informative. Johan was great and we highly recommend taking this tour.
Wasted half a day getting to waiting and returning to hotel, so the experience was terrible never us viators again
They took my money and I didn’t go on the tour. I was told to be at the pick up spot at 10:00 am , I was there at 9:45 , no bus. I messaged the company at 10::15. After going back and forth with the representative she told me that someone called me, no one called my phone never rang. Then she said they left what you want me to do. I said provide me a tour or refund my money. Nothing happened . I bought 3 tickets and got nothing.
Chaotic. Ok to advise that car problem and late boat tour but then messy start to later coach tour with pick ups all over the place and late finish for the day and then expect another tip for driver even tho she was excellent The whole day is expensive and better value for money is expected Please improve
Jose was a great tour operator. He’s pleasant, kind, helpful, accommodating and knowledgeable. The tour has 4-5 Stars.
Had a great time, highly recommend this tour. Great for people that want to learn about Miami. Thank-you!
Tour was fantastic! The tour guide was super friendly, knowledgeable and entertaining. The tour took us to a lot of interesting places around Miami that we wouldn't have otherwise seen as we were only in Miami for 2 nights (plus we were all the way from Australia so it would be a long time until we have a chance to come back). The bus arrived on time as well so we didn't have long to wait and it was great that it included a boat tour as well all for a reasonable price. A great all round tour of Miami.
DO NOT BOOK ON LINE DURING LOW TOURIST MONTHS OR YOU WILL BE CANCELLED BY NO ONE THERE TO REFUND YOUR PAYMENTS. Go to the Market Place and there are a dozen manned kiosks there to help you decide what is best for you and usually depart hourly. Prices vary but you will not get canceled without any issues. Tours are great, informative and friendly. Have a great day!!!
Bring a hat! It is a completely open air bus tour. Ari, our tour guide, was great, but when in an industrial area, we couldnt hear her over the microphone because of all the traffic/construction noise.
Tommy was an excellent tour guide. The tour had a lot of interesting stops and I loved the music accompaniment. The boat tour was a cool way to see another side of Miami!
They cancel the tour without notifying us. We drove 2 hours to Miami and waited. Calls were not answered. Finally they returned our chat saying the tour was canceled.
Fine for a quick overview of Miami if your time is limited. Vehicle was not up to par. Windshield wiper went off every 15 seconds. Husband killed a cockroach
Very good tour saw all the highlights of Miami . Very easy to get on and off bus for pick up and drop off. Would recommend.
Very informative and so much to see in downtown and we ate lunch at one of the best cuban spots I've ever been to. The Art Deco area was probably one of my favorites seeing all the street art. Little Havana was my next favorite place we got to explore so much history and culture in such a small community. I'll recommend this tour to everyone I know who visits Miami
I reserved this over a month early. Was told I had 24 hours to cancel and about 10 minutes before the tour was supposed to begin they cancelled it. This was an all day tour we were on vacation and had nothing planned for a full day. I’m still waiting for my refund
It was a bad experience because our tour got canceled but it got canceled after we left our hotel to go to the tour and not a day before. If we knew there might be a chance that it would be canceled the day before we were able to make other plans just in case but we did not know so we did not have any alternatives.
Firstly, our guide was great, really informative and I loved the city tour aspect. Some nice time at leisure in Little Havana for lunch. Had the tour ended there, I would have given 5 stars. However we then went in to Bayside for a boat trip, where our guide left us. It was not made clear when booking that we would be expected to find our own way back to the start point following the boat trip. In the end, I decided to skip the boat trip and get back to the hotel, otherwise it would have been after 5pm before returning. No regrets.
The tour was great and the tour guide was very knowledgeable and made the tour very enjoyable! The boat ride was great and the boat tour guide was so much fun!
I would not recommend this tour based on several aspects. The bus is an open air configuration with no lower (covered) option. On a hot sunny day this becomes unbearable since quite a bit of time was spent in traffic jams. We never saw Coconut Grove with no explanation. The guide had a very heavy accent and was difficult to understand most of the time. The wait between the bus tour and the boat ride was too long. We spent nearly an hour waiting in line in the hot sun. Lastly, two simple bar drinks on the boat (rum and coke) were $60!
Scenic views of Miami and well executed tour of the critical sections of the city. From start to finish, they did a good job on this tour.
The bus and land tour was great! Boat "tour" was certainly underwhelming, the very little commentary provided was irrelevant and poorly communicated. The upside was a nice view of the city from the water, though we could have gotten that elsewhere
Good fun, great guide who kept us entertained on the boat, explaining who the property owners were. The tour driver had a good knowledge of the area and explained the history well as we visited a number of locations. Overall, very good value for money.
Jose, the driver and the tourist guide is very nice and very gentleman. Thank you for a relaxing tour. Our family and relatives had so much fun. Thank you for letting us try the Cuban coffee.
The bus tour was fantastic. It covered all of the sights and neighborhoods that we wanted to see. Little Havana was the highlight for us. The food was sensational. On the boat tour, they had everyone seated at the back of the boat facing outward. It felt a nit cramped. We were able to roam the boat which allowed everyone the opportunity to find a spot that better suited. For the areas toured including the boat trip, it was well worth the price.
This was the best tour I have ever been on! Not only did it thouroughly cover so many sites but we got to stop and explore most of them. We had over two hours at Little Havana. The Tour guide was awesome, it felt like a personal tour! And it included the Boat tour. Such a good deal!!! If I go to Miami again, I will definitely be taking this tour again!
Best way to see the city, knowledgable driver who took us to all the interesting districts with stop time to look around. The boat trip was a great way to see homes of the superstars, my only criticism was that the boat was extremely busy. All in all, a good day out and we got to see things we wouldn’t know about unless you lived here, even if you know the districts to visit, it’s safer to have a local driver have the stress, the locals drive like lunatics 😂.
I would give zero stars if I could. We booked a city tour with this company well in advance and were genuinely excited to explore the area. However, just ONE HOUR before our scheduled tour, we received a last-minute cancellation notice with no real explanation and no effort to accommodate us on another tour. We had rearranged our entire day around this experience, and their lack of communication and consideration completely ruined our plans. There was no courtesy call, no alternative options provided, and no sense of responsibility. This is incredibly unprofessional and shows a complete disregard for their customers’ time. I would strongly advise looking elsewhere if you want a reliable and respectful tour experience.
We were extremely disappointed with our experience. Our city tour was cancelled just one hour before it was scheduled to start. We had planned our entire day around this tour and were left scrambling at the last minute with no alternative offered. There was no explanation beyond a generic under sold cancellation text. Communication was poor, and the lack of professionalism really soured our visit. We expected better and would not recommend this company based on our experience.
First time to Miami. This was a good tour to do on your first or second day to see where you might like to spend more time.
Well organized. Good communication. The bus was nice and comfortable. Departure was on time. We enjoyed the selection of landmarks.
Buyer beware ! Tour was cancelled with no notification. We waited 40 mins at the meeting point, the whole time trying to call the company. The phone calls all went to voicemail. I also sent messages, emails and texts. Finally I was told 35 mins after the tour was to start, the tour was cancelled due to not getting enough numbers. I am actually an agent and booked it myself. They said they tried to contact me which is not true as I have had my phone on and emails - nothing. In fact I asked while messaging them to call me to sort the problem. Still no word. Opt for a more professional service when in Miami.
Really scant narration about the things we were seeing outside the bus, deposited in Little Havana for a small amount of time to spend money, ended at Bayside to get boat portion where we had to wait for an hour.
My wife and I missed this trip due to horrendous traffic in Miami. Our Hotel was 17 miles from the meeting point which our GPS said would take 30 minutes. We allowed an hour and a half to get there which we thought would be plenty of time but our journey ended up taking 2 Hours 10 minutes and we missed the trip. The guide was helpful and waited as long as he could but had to go. We were very disappointed!
We wish we would have scheduled this tour for our first day of our trip! Was a great introduction to the city and peaked our interest about different areas and activities we wanted to spend more time at!
Go!!! Great informers/speakers/guides.. Great price. Convenient..on time. Clean vehicles...felt safe.
There weren’t enough people sign up for the tour so it was cancelled. We are supposed to get a full refund but I haven’t seen it yet
Excellent way to get an overview of the city and decide where to come back to. Jose and Ricky were great
They cancelled on us an hour before it was supposed to leave! This was not cool and we traveled far to get there. Not very happy
Really enjoyed the ooen top double decker bus. The guide was knowledgeable and make sure to explain everything in English and Spanish. We stopped in Little Havana, which is always fun. Then the harbor boat tour was fantastic. Again the guide said everything in English and Spanish. He pointed out interesting things. The boat comes back to Bayside Marketplace which has many great shops and restaurants.
This tour was as expected. Very informative and very friendly staff. We enjoyed the bus tour and bout tour.
An excellent tour including Art Deco District, South Pointe, Coconut Grove, Little Havana finishing with boat tour of Millionaire's homes. Excellent guide with lots of information and entertaining who kindly conducted a private tour as we were not able to attend the date our original tour had been moved to. Thank you.
Nice laid back tour. Timing was perfect for us with our two young kids (aged 3 and 4). The boat tour was enjoyable as well. Unfortunately it was a chilly and rainy day. It is a one way trip so make plans for returning from Bayside Marketplace
1. A message was sent through the Viator app 2 days prior to the trip to get information about the length of the tour, we never received an answer. 2. The tour guide was pleasant but provided minimal information during the tour other than pointing out a few places of interest. 3. Too little time was allotted to Wynwood and there was a little too much time in Little Havana. 4. The tour guide also spent a lot of time on his phone. 5. I can't comment on the boat tour, our schedule did not allow us to participate in that.
Highly recommended. It is worth every dollar, little Havana is a nice place to visit and eat. Jose our driver was very excellent 👌
Great tour and guide, we were picked and dropped off at the same place. The tour was not rushed at all and Hoze (guide) showed us peacocks in pristine neighborhoods which my kids liked, for me that alone was worthy enough. My parents enjoyed the boat tour as well.
Tamara was very informative. Has a great lunch at a Cuban restaurant. The boat tour took us to see some amazing houses and the commentary from Elvin was a lot of fun. He could speak 6 languages which i was very impressed with.
Juan Gutereiz was outstanding, great he is the right person for that job for sure.live in Sarasota and come down here very worth the money
This is the best deal going for a full day experience. Enjoyed all parts. Guide was great. Jose was funny and informative
Avoid this unless you are interested in hanging around for hours for bus return, the bus trip basically takes you around Miami and calls in places where they try to get you to buy things, Cuban coffee, mojitos and cigars. The guide informs you not to eat in this area from food trucks then takes you in for coffee to a gift shop.they take you to a restaurant in the Bay Area! Trip included a boat ride around the homes of the old stars. When we returned from the boat we found they did not return on time for pickup and we all waited over 1 hour. No apologies , my time on vacation is precious! AVOID it’s just a selling trip.
