Private Miami Airport (Mia) To Hotels & Cruise Port Transfer

The practice as of this business are beyond shady and the worst group on this app by far I have worked with. First, I booked and paid for a private transfer $133 from Miami cruise port to Miami airport. We were called early that morning and notified the driver was there, early. So we were like great and we hurried out of the room (cruise ship) to get to the van. There was a significant language barrier so hard to communicate. Upon getting ready and loaded up we then heard the driver call another customer / passengers for a pick up. Again I booked a private transfer. So I called the agency and he said “you were ready before the time requested we put you with another couple so you both don’t have to wait trying to help you both”. Exact words from his text to me when I questioned why there was another couple AT A DIFFERENT TERMINAL on my van! I then said will I get a price adjustment and he refused (of course) and made a list of excuses. I then immediately contacted Viator who confirmed it was supposed to be private and they handled it immediately and I was given 50% off my rental fee for my now dual couple transfer! Of course the shady business contact texted again highlighting how he was trying to “help us out”. Also, on the phone the business contact offered to just have the driver leave and leave the other couple there! Can you image what a bind that would have put them in? They never knew how close to being left behind they were! The fact he even offered that is offensive! I told him they are already in the car so that wasn’t an option either way. Funny how he clearly booked two couples at the same time prior to our departure but tried to make it sound like he was just doing another pick up. Again, shady business and stay away from these guys.

I waited almost 1 hour for my driver after several conversations with him when I arrived. Not happy with this experience although I've used you many times before with no problems.

Excellent service, timely, friendly and even was able to go above and beyond when we managed to get off our cruise faster than expected!

We used Transportation Service the entire trip for our cruise. We had 13 family members to transport to hotel from the airport, hotel to port and port to airport without a glitch. It would have been a little more helpful if the driver understood and spoke English, but we got to our destinations on time.

Our driver was a very interesting conversationalist and very adept at finding alternate routes around a major traffic tie up. In the end, we arrived with very little delay.

Transport did not turn up at all and on contacting tour operator when home was told my fault despite booking, paying and all information given 1 month before travelling. Refund not given and emails ignored. Very disappointed

We had 3 trips booked thru Travel & Tours - unfortunately they progressively got worse. The first - our driver was great, on time and communicative - which was so appreciative with 4 adults and 4 kids all under 4. Car seats were installed and he was happy to greet us. The next (from hotel to port) wasn’t very talkative, car seats were there but not buckled in and his demeanor felt as if we were inconveniencing him. Overall fine, but was certainly different from the day before. The last shuttle will be the reason we will not book with this company again. Arriving 45mins late, leaving our families to pacify 4 very tired kids for an hour and a half on the side all waiting and causing us to rush to the airport to catch our flights. Two other shuttle arrived from the company (1 was 10mins before our “scheduled time” and 1 was right at our time) - we were told they weren’t ours and we would still need to wait. Not only was our driver late, but continued to lie saying traffic was bad, that he was on the curb and being blocked when it was clear other vans were coming thru. Had the truth been told then we could have planned accordingly, gotten the kids snacks etc - but we kept receiving messages he was pulling in and getting closer for over 45mins. Wildly disappointing.

Our driver was amazing! And he was kind and waited for us to get to him. Nice guy 1st time to Miami.

Mr. Esteves was wonderful! Our plane was late and he called to check when we landed and kept in touch to tell us where to meet us after baggage claim. He was right there to get us, very friendly, answered our questions and told us about the area we were staying and that this company does the shuttle to port from our hotel and how to meet the shuttle the next morning. He was a pleasure to meet and chat with! Van was clean and comfortable.

Quick and easy. Driver, Hosea, was on time and very courteous. I use this company every time I travel.

The service was great. Our driver arrived and patiently waited for us to get through baggage claim. I called him as soon as we were done, and he quickly returned to pick up my family and me. It was hot in Miami, so we didn't have to wait long in the FL sun.

Perfect. When we took phone out of airplane mode, had text asking we let vendor know when we had our luggage and were ready ! Easy pick-up, nice Ford van, driver "Jose" excellent !

Not as expected. I booked transport for six, $20 each, from Miami Airport. Ride was scheduled for 11am, we boarded the van at 11:45 because it was late. It was very hot. The air conditioner was broken and the vehicle was tired and worn. The driver then drove erratically to Miami Port. Will not book again.

We all got loaded and got to our Hotel without a hitch! I would schedule you again if we ever have the need.

Wonderful experience! The company arrived 40 minutes early when we were unexpectedly ready much earlier than anticipated. The kids were so excited to see palm trees, the driver took his time to point out the coconut trees, the mango trees, and the almond trees. The kids were beside themselves!

We booked 2 vans for this trip. Group of 20… 18 adults and 2 lap kids. Pricing was very reasonable and cheaper than cruise rates. Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish! It was a nice comfortable drive to our hotel Aircon was lovely, Driver was nice and friendly did not speak much English but my partner spoke to him in Italian

Prompt service and good constant communications. The driver's name was, Frank. Frank answered many questions about the Miami area and was a pleasure to talk to during the trip.

Excellent driver, and came quickly. Regular communication from both the driver and his company on arrival time and pickup location. Will use this one again when we need to go from the airport to the cruise terminal.

The driver was great and getting to the port of Miami was pretty easy but car seats that were requested were not provided and driving thru Miami traffic with 3 small kids (1,3 & 4) without car seats was pretty stressful.

These guys were great! We booked 3 trips with them on our vacation for a party of 6. First from Miami airport to a hotel in Miami beach, then from our hotel to the cruise port, and lastly from the cruise port back to the Miami airport. Every trip was flawless. We would definitely recommend and use them again.

Bus was almost 2 hours late for pick up to Miami cruise port. Driver was very nice and communicated with me. However, 6 out of 31 passengers took Ubers instead.

The booking process was seamless. However our driver arrived 40min late and asked us to add people to our "private ride". This would have had the bus full to the brim. Plus the driver was talking on the phone (no hands free device) the majority of drive. Once we arrived at the port, he did a great job navigating through the awful traffic.

The driver contacted me in a timely manner upon flight arrival. We didn't have a long wait for our ride and he was courteous throughout our transport.

They left us airport. We got text to let them know when we were ready. When we texted to let them know we were ready, they told us we were too late. We had a schedule till 5:00PM. It was not even close to 5:00PM. They also told us we missed their call. We were probably in process to getting our luggage. We were told we would get a full refund. Please advise when the refund has been processed. Very disappointed.

We booked and paid for a PRIVATE & DIRECT trip from the airport to the port in Miami. The driver stopped at another hotel to pick up additional people. NOT what was agreed to!

Our driver was very friendly, informative, Answered any questions we had and stayed in contact with me and gave precise instructions where he would pick us up and he was there exactly when and where he said. He handled our luggage and it was a very pleasant experience.
