Private Luxury Yacht |+ 2 Free Jet Skis | + Sea Pool

Personally was very upset with the experience. To start you would think you only pay the $300 as advertised but then they hit you with an additional $350+ fee you have to pay on the day you ride out. Also the views were not great. Yes it was a private tour on a marina but you only really see is bridges, construction sites, and other boats. We were in open water for about 5 minutes before you have to turn around and go back. The crew members were nice though. Honestly though you can probably book somewhere else and get a much better experience for equal too or less than what I paid here. Unfortunately would not be coming back

Make sure you read the fine print.. They offer a nice attractive price then hit you with the “Fees” leaving your surprised when you arrive, at which time you can’t cancel due to the 24hour cancellation period. The fees include $100 PER HOUR FOR FUEL, $100 PER HOUR for captain and crew.$200 maintenance surcharge.. TOTAL SCAM. They know exactly how to trick you into thinking the fee is one price then they’ll hit you with “IT’S PER HOUR” You will spend approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes just traveling outside the marina, with Restricted sound ordinance preventing you from enjoying yourself. Oh and the jet skies can’t be used on a 4 hour charter which you pay for.. NEVER AGAIN.

Excellent experience. Michaële and Justin were an excellent crew. Safe, accommodating. The boat was nice and we had a great time. The jet ski company (blue wave) I think was also very good. We had various level of knowledge and they made it easy. It’s not a calm and quiet area, there are a lot of boat passing where the jet skis go.

The boat is in poor condition, nothing like the photos! It’s way more expensive that what you pay on Viator, crew was not nice, no towels

Unfortunately, we were disappointed with our experience. The captain and crew were not welcoming and didn’t even greet us when we arrived. Communication was unclear, and there were several unexpected/hidden fees. The boat also had not been properly cleaned between groups. We boarded immediately after another party and found leftover chips and mess from them. For a five-hour boat day, we were given very little time to actually swim, and the captain was not accommodating. Overall, the lack of hospitality, cleanliness, clear communication, and limited swimming time made the experience disappointing and not worth what we paid.

I felt like I was being scammed. An event that started at $499 ran me closer to 2K by the time the “fees” started to come in. Expenses are not up front.

Fun cruise with a great captain and crew. We had a little trouble at the gate getting in and locating the people but it worked out fine. The only negative thing was that 4 hours felt a bit short. FYI - the travel in and out of the mooring took about an hour each way as it takes time to get down the Miami river to open water. The bay we docked in did not look like the blue in the picture either. But definitely a good time and professional group.

It was very nice for our first time beside the rain. We know what to do next. We did the basic ride but The next time we will get the pool and jet ski. The captain was amazing and shared a lot information

Michele and his mate were great! They were there on time, the yacht was clean, and they handled us with so much care.

Me and my family had a great time, no problems. Only thing we wish was to have more time on the jet skis then we had. 2 jets skis for a family of 6, we only had 40mins of fun. But everything else was great. Even the weather tried to mess things up, our great captain went around and missed all the rain.

Been on a tour boat before and was disappointed with the sights. We were 15 mins late however I think with the remaining time we could have had better views. Don't know if this is an issue with the captain we selected or the rental company itself. Being on a boat was fun and relaxing in itself but with the amount of money that was spent wish we could have seen more. Also very discouraging seeing our session end 10 mins early and the captain, Captain Michelle promptly assist the next group when we were waiting around for him.

Experience was not the best! There are so many “hidden” fees associated with the excursion. I ended up paying $2100. It won’t be $500! And the “free” jet skis never happened!

Amazing and pacefully the travel with My friends

We had an amazing experience from beginning to end. The yacht was beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. The water was crystal clear, and having access to the sea pool and jet skis made the experience even more enjoyable. Everything was well organized, and the entire day exceeded our expectations. If you're looking for a luxury yacht experience in Miami with excellent service and great value for money, I highly recommend this tour. I would definitely book again on my next visit.

This experience was not what I thought it would be. I paid the $300 deposit and they charged my cousin a deposit also. They start your time as soon as you leave the dock. We were at a stand still for about a hour waiting for the bridge to lift to get to the jet ski’s a place that was a hour away. So when we finally got to the destination we were only there for about 45 mins. They also didn’t put the sea pool out until about 20min before they said it was time to pack up and leave.

Dear Viator Customer Service, I am writing to formally express my disappointment and dissatisfaction regarding a recent private luxury yacht experience booked through Viator in Miami on 7/11/2026. What was intended to be a relaxing and enjoyable luxury experience became an extremely frustrating and unacceptable situation when the yacht broke down while we were out on the water. Our tour was scheduled to end at a specific time; however, due to the mechanical breakdown, we were stranded on the water for approximately three additional hours beyond our scheduled return time. This significant delay disrupted our plans and caused considerable inconvenience to everyone in our party. While I understand that unexpected mechanical issues can occasionally occur, being stranded for an additional three hours during a private luxury yacht experience is far beyond a minor inconvenience. We booked and paid for a premium experience with the reasonable expectation that the vessel would be properly maintained, reliable, and able to safely complete the scheduled tour. Given the circumstances, I strongly feel that we deserve to receive a refund for the experience we had. The service we received did not reflect the private luxury experience that was advertised or that we paid for, and the extended delay significantly impacted our overall trip and plans. I respectfully request that Viator carefully review this matter and provide a fair and reasonable resolution that reflects the seriousness of the inconvenience we experienced. A simple apology does not adequately address being stranded for approximately three additional hours due to a mechanical failure. I would appreciate a prompt written response outlining how Viator intends to resolve this matter. I am prepared to provide our booking confirmation and any additional information needed to assist with your review. Booked through Viator was contacted by a gentleman, Serge, who was not very responsive. Once he responded back the only times they had was 9 am-noon or 9pm-midnight. Once I chose 9-noon I was then contacted by a 3rd party, Manuela, who was very attentive. I was taken off guard that I was responsible for contacting our own captain. The first captain cancelled 10 mins before boarding so I was scrambling to get another one. There are plenty however. The boat was in decent shape and our captain Felix was the best part of the trip. We booked a 3 hour trip and were not told it would take 1 hour to get from the marina to the open water. We had to stay under a certain speed and it was a “quiet zone” for 2 hours of the trip. It would have been nice to know that prior so we could have booked a bit longer. The ad showed a pool in the back which was never opened but we didn’t ask either Overall it was not with the money. Disappointing at best.

The captain was communicative and a great host, we had a great time. no problems, whatsoever. I would definitely recommend doing it again and booking here for sure!

Would avoid this tour if possible. I booked the boat trip and paid the money then received another message to say I also had to pay for the crew which was another $600 + on top of the cost of the booking. Contact was very slow when questions were asked The boat looked old and dirty compared to the photos used online to promote the trip. Aboard it was clean but also looked smaller than the 60ft promised We had a captain/skipper plus one other member of crew, she spoke next to no English despite us requesting an English speaking trip The skipper said very little and sat on his mobile phone throughout the trip watching the World Cup. He spoke English but struggled to understand what we were saying Water was supplied but we brought our own drinks and food We sailed through the city and out to an area to meet the jet skis. The jet skis were not attached to the boat as shown in the images. We had to sail to an area about an hour away to meet them and they appeared to be run independently. Each person then had to fill out a waiver to be able to ride the jet skis. The trip we booked included two jet skis for one hour. There was eleven of us on board so we hoped to all have an opportunity to ride them. However due to the time taken to fill out waivers - which were an extra cost - etc we only had time to make two trips with two people on each jet ski. We queried this with the skipper and told them they would leave negative feedback unless this was rectified. He spoke to the jet ski owner in Spanish who was furious but finally agreed to bring the jet skis back. Four more of our party put on lifejackets and sat on the jet skis ready to go. But at that point the jet ski owner said time was up and told them to get off and left with the jet skis The skipper was obviously embarrassed but said it was nothing to do with him The boat then headed back to the start point The boat did not come with a pool as described in the advert Instead it came with a long padded mat which was rolled out and everyone could jump on The skipper claimed one of our party had jumped on it and put a hole in the mat and demanded we pay $200 We said we had not caused the damage but rather than create a major problem we agreed to pay $100 Overall very very disappointing and completely mis-sold Would not recommend and would definitely avoid this trip

I paid $426 (tax included) for a “3-hour boat experience,” and the entire process was disorganized and incredibly frustrating from start to finish. Booking itself was unclear, as there was no straightforward way to select a time. I had to reach out to the tour operator just to secure a 6 PM slot. Before arriving, I was instructed via Viator to pay a $300 crew fee ($100/hour) through a Stripe link. I paid this in full and received confirmation, so I arrived assuming everything was handled. Based on the operator’s own message, the total additional cost on the boat was supposed to be $460. With the $300 already paid, we reasonably believed the remaining amount would cover everything and payed $460 on top of price of the boat, so $886 in total. However, once we arrived, the situation immediately fell apart. Our boat was stuck behind two others, and despite a 6 PM reservation, we didn’t even start moving until 6:55 PM because the boat in front was chained. I asked the crew about this and they said that my reservation was for 6:30pm, either way we they were late. This is something the crew should have been aware of and prepared for in advance. Then the payment situation became completely ridiculous. While the boat still wasn’t even properly out at sea and was stopped at a bridge for about 15 minutes, they suddenly claimed we needed to pay another $300 because the crew had not been paid. At that point, it made no sense. We had already paid what we were explicitly instructed to pay through the official link, and there was no clear explanation, no breakdown of charges, and no prior communication about any additional fees. Instead of resolving the confusion professionally, the situation escalated. We returned to the dock, where the owner was waiting and aggressively questioned the $300 payment. When I showed proof, including messages and bank statements, his response was, “I can call the police.” This experience felt completely unorganized, poorly communicated, and honestly suspicious. I have full documentation of every payment and conversation, and to make matters worse, the listed support number does not even work. For the price paid, this was unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.

This was literally one of the best things i’ve done in miami so far !!!! Communication with the boat rental company was just so easy, and the actually yacht tour was so fun! SHOUT OUT TO OUR CAPTIAN HELY AND OUT CREW MATE SEBASTIAN! They really made the trip so enjoyable and accommodated so much for us !! LOVED EVERYTHING 🩷
