Private Lake Okeechobee Fishing Trip From Orlando

After much persuasion to get my 15-year-old Son out with me, we booked with Capt. Kayman! What an experience!! Neither of us had done it before, and we can safely say that was the highlight of our holiday! we caught a lot of Largemouth bass. Very professional captain! Would thoroughly recommend it!! I can't recommend this trip highly enough. captain Paul is really friendly and helpful. Also, Joe, who helped with our online booking, was helpful too. The whole trip takes around 4 hours. I went out with my 12-year-old daughter. Everyone gets their own rod, to try and catch non stop Largemouth bass . During the trip we saw the beauty of nature with stories from previous fishing excursions. All in all, a great way to spend a couple of hours away from the iPad!

Very friendly captain (name: Justin). A better point was high-quality rods, so we caught a big largemouth bass. We caught a new personal best (7 lbs 3 oz), and the captain gave us maximum time. He had good patience with the little ones, returning again in Nov. for 6 hr.

I would wholeheartedly recommend a trip on Lake Okeechobee to anyone! I was nervous, as this was our first ever fishing trip, and with one teenage girl and one very energetic young boy, it is a tall order to keep everyone happy, but I can honestly say Capt. Dan made it amazing, and we all thoroughly enjoyed it and caught plenty of Largemouth bass. We all can't wait to do it again, and it was definitely the highlight of our holiday for all of us.

I’ve been on quite a few fishing trips, but this was in a different class. Captain DJ found the fish, made sure we all knew what we were doing, and the catching began! We were very lucky with the weather being nice and the water calm. Dan was very friendly and took us to an excellent fishing spot where within seconds everyone was catching largemouth bass. It was constant action and even the chance for a bigger fish made it more exciting. A really enjoyable time and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Dan was a great captain, and we caught 21 fish between 3 of us. We caught a big Largemouth bass (20+); I think it's a record. Very enjoyable, and Dan was lovely. We were a family of 3 with a 12- and 36-year-old, and everyone loved it. Would definitely recommend and would go again.

My husband and son went out with Captain Paul today on a six-hour fishing trip. They had an excellent day. Paul was very knowledgeable and dropped the boys on a reef he knew to target largemouth bass. And catch largemouth bass they did! An amazing day today; the captain DJ was great. Showed us exactly what to do and even cut the fish up so we could cook it when we got home. There were 4 of us today, and between us we caught 15+ fish in 4 hours. and everyone came off the boat with the biggest smile on their face worth every single penny of it. Not many activities you can pay so little for per person. Thank you for our best day out since we have been here.

I would definitely recommend the Largemouth bass fishing trip. I took my two daughters, aged 7 & 9; none of us had ever fished before, but we had no problem picking it up after a quick tutorial from Captain Dan. We all caught fish (about 9 in total), and they were gutted and bagged up for us to take home. The captain was excellent at taking the fish off the hooks for us, and they had lots of fishing stories, which my girls loved. A great trip of all time

My 15-year-old son and I had a great day out sea fishing with these guys on 15th Dec 2025. We went fishing out of the city and were so impressed with the trip that we felt we had to write a review. Paul, the captain, was very helpful and couldn't do enough to make sure that my son and I caught a lot of largemouth bass fish. We ended up catching 7 in total (and lost more!!!). The trip was not at all overcrowded. It was very relaxing and great fun! We genuinely felt Paul really wanted everyone to catch fish, and they obviously loved what they were doing. I think the trip is great value for money and well worth a trip; we will definitely be back to do this again when we are next in the area. I’ve done a couple of days with Captain Paul now, one-on-one and one in a group. These days are brilliant; whether you’re completely new to fishing, a high-level match angler, or in between, you’ll not fail to learn. His knowledge is second to none.

A trip on the boat was booked for me by my wife as a birthday gift, AND WHAT A GIFT IT WAS! We went out catching some largemouth bass for bait first, then headed out to the fishing spot. AND WHAT A SPOT. I caught two 15+ lb. largemouth bass, and what a fight, especially when the tide is running. I also lost another. Fish were being caught all round the boat, and a family that was onboard caught a BIG ONE as well and had never caught one before. They were very chuffed, and a round of claps was given. Paul and Dan were always at hand helping and advising and catching more fresh bait as we were using it up quickly, which was a lovely touch. WELL DONE, GUYS. I can HIGHLY RECOMMEND them and am looking forward to going out again VERY SHORTLY.

My father and I went out for an 8-hour fishing trip with Captain Kayman; it was a thoroughly enjoyable day. The captain's hospitality was incredible always making conversation and also helping to land the fish. Kayman did his utmost to keep us on the fish (where he was very successful) and also provided advice/assistance on how to catch them. His price is very good value for money, and we would not hesitate to go out with him again or recommend him to others.

I contacted Bass Online Fishing Guides through online communication, which was great. I was kept informed on times, equipment, etc. They answered all my questions and would let me know if the weather was suitable for fishing. My nephew (13 years old) was a keen lakeside fisherman but had never been sea fishing before; Kayman, the captain, took great care to explain everything to him. There was the mandatory health and safety brief, even explaining what to do in an emergency should we need to radio for help or launch the life raft ourselves. Kayman is a very jolly, happy captain and fisherman. All on board were catching largemouth bass, and my nephew was very lucky to have caught a good-sized 12+ lb. I highly recommend for novices and seasoned fishermen/women alike to go fishing with Kayman.
