The boat ramp is located 3 minutes from downtown and makes it very accessible for you to go fishing,
Your local Destin captain will meet you at this boat ramp unless he calls and changes location do to weather or fishing conditions. There is ample parking with restrooms. Your captain will help you board and go over the days itinerary with you.
A lot of what we travel by boat on and fish is the Choctawhatchee Bay.
Superb fishing with Wayne on his boat. Great hospitality with a very knowledgeable and friendly captain. I have been fishing with him on numerous occasions and have always had a great time with him and usually caught a wide variety of fish (Barracuda, Black Drum, jack crevalle, and Redfish). Can't recommend this for a day or a short trip enough. If you get the chance, take it
This was a great family outing. Wayne (captain) was very helpful and entertaining and made it a real trip to remember, helping us to catch loads of Redfish. Looking forward to doing it again sometime.

We stayed in Destin for two weeks and booked two fishing trips with captain Josh! he is a lovely guy and has a sense of fun for families, safety, and adventure.... what more can you wish for on a fishing trip? We caught 12 barracuda, 8 black drum, and lots of other fish by our own hand 😍. see you soon again!!!
I've written before about how good captain Wayne is, but each year they remember and help my son (12) and increasingly old father out and give excellent value for money. This year was the best yet purely because of lots of Black Drum we caught! Great boat, top service, and a wonderful team.

We were a group of 6 (4 adults, 2 under-16s) looking for 4 hours of fishing. Captain Josh was positive and helpful during the trip, very good on the boat with friendly good humor and clear instructions, as well as helping out and encouraging the younger ones. we caught 24 fish during the time, highlighting Jack Crevalle, Redfish, Snapper, Spotted Seatrout, and Tarpon; overall, it was a great time for us. We'll rebook in mid-Aug.
Amazing trip with Chris; he was wonderful with the kids, very informative, friendly, and encouraging. Would definitely recommend as a fun activity, and if you’re lucky, you caught some amazing fish to refresh the mind. ;)
Went fishing near Destin with my teenagers and had such a memorable day on the water. The weather was beautiful, and we caught over 15 fish between us, including barracuda and black drum. My daughter caught her very first spotted seatrout. Thank you for such an unforgettable trip. We will be talking about it for a long time.
After two canceled trips because of weather, we honestly did not think we would make it out in Destin, but thankfully we did. It was definitely worth the early morning drive. Captain Wayne got us out right on time and straight onto the fish. We caught several different species, including black drum and spotted seatrout. My son was so excited to land a nice redfish as well. Thanks again for such a great day out on the water. We will definitely be booking another trip.
My wife convinced me to book this trip while on vacation, and I am glad she did. I usually prefer fishing from shore, but this was something different. Chris worked hard moving between spots to make sure we all had a chance to catch fish. Even though it was a slower day, we still managed to land some jack crevalle and snapper. Chris stayed focused on giving us a good experience and never rushed the trip. Looking forward to coming back again.
I took this trip with two friends and although conditions meant fewer fish around, Josh still made it an enjoyable outing. We caught a lots of spotted seatrout, and more importantly had a great time on the water. All of us agreed we would gladly go again even on a slower day. Josh has a great personality and shares plenty of local knowledge, which really adds to the experience.
Wayne is just what you want, helpful and knowledgeable. A nice friendly trip out and a bit of fishing complemented the views of Destin. Good value per group; we caught a lot of redfish. We will do this again.
We went out on a fishing trip and sightseeing for 4 hours. Wayne was great, chatted amongst the passengers and really made our experience great. We caught some redfish and huge tarpon, and he stayed in the area so we could get some great pictures and videos. Although we didn’t catch any black drum, we had an amazing time. Even my little girl came too, which was great, as on holiday you can’t leave them behind!
Chris really made the trip a memorable one for my family. He took us out to see the Redfish; he even let everyone have a go at steering the boat. Very friendly Captain Josh, I and my son are very much novices. Josh helped with all we needed! My son loved it, and we both caught a good amount. I caught 12 barracuda, 10 black drum, and a redfish! Definitely recommend!
Super friendly captain, very well organized, and helpful. Definitely recommend. Went with my 9-year-old, who enjoyed it, despite suffering a bit of seasickness. We caught a lot of black drum, a big one around 25 pounds; we will be back in the middle of June.
We spent a fantastic time on the Destin, a lovely boat with Captain Chris. It was my two young children (10 & 7) and I on their first fishing boat trip out to sea. We called the iOutdoor company at 8am, and they confirmed a time for a 6hr fishing trip; there were no issues with booking, and we easily found the boat at the entrance to the harbor. Captain Wayne had a no-nonsense approach to fishing but was amused by comments from all the children on the trip about their thoughts on it and gave clear instructions to everyone. We caught enough barracuda and snapper for lunch. Even a very fussy 13-year-old was impressed and has now embraced the idea of eating fish! We’ll be back next holiday for the deep-sea fishing trip. Spotted seatrout fishing with Captain Josh has now become a family tradition when we visit Destin. We booked a 4-hour trip out across the bay, and almost all of this time is dedicated to spotted seatrout fishing. All lines and baits were provided along with instruction and direction so that we could catch plenty of fish. You get to take loads of fish at the end so that you can gut and grill them for great-tasting, simple, fresh fish straight from the sea.
I really wanted a sea-fishing experience, so for my 22nd birthday, I decided to arrange a trip with my Dad and spend some time doing something I had never done before. I arranged the trip with iOutdoor Fishing Adventures, and our captain was Chris, the first person I found online, and they had the best reviews I could find! We met him Saturday morning at 8:20; he was waiting for us, cleaning his boat, ready for the trip. Chris did a great job showing us the fishing trick; I had never fished before, and he made me feel comfortable with what I was doing. We had success with 15+ redfish, 4 Black Drum, and a Snapper, which was the perfect end to our trip. Would really recommend the trip to anybody who fancies something a bit different! I went with my brother and his family with captain Wayne and everyone had a great time. It was all very easy and we caught plenty of Redfish, At the end of our fishing time, My grandfather tells me that if I had known before how much fun fishing could be, I would have caught a lot of fish when I was young. we will come back for sure again in the middle of June.
We had a wonderful trip with the iOutdoor Fishing Adventures company this week, captain Chris was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and patient (none of us had much of a clue about catching fish). The four kids with us loved the trip and we returned with a fantastic 15 fish. An excellent way to spend the morning.
We had such a lovely time aboard Destin Inshore Fishing. A great fishing trip, and we caught black drum, jack crevalle, redfish, snapper, and spotted seatrout. We managed to see quite a few barracuda, which was really nice. The weather was good, the ride very smooth, and the views amazing. At last I said, "Captain Josh, really nice and informative." The view was brilliant, we had the best experience on the Destin Inshore Fishing trip, and the captain, Wayne, was amazing. He helped us to catch lots of tarpon and click some special photos of my family. I really recommend this trip for all.
We came here to catch the Black Drum fish. It was amazing. We will come do the trip next time. I enjoyed seeing the Jack Crevalle. We took some amazing pictures with Captain Josh, and he was very helpful all the time.
