On time and great communication. Driver called right as we were heading to baggage claim to find out where we would be exiting airport for perfect pickup and he assisted with luggage. Will use again next time we are in Miami.

Manuel was top-notch professional and was waiting for us at baggage claim. His SUV was well maintained with extras for tired travelers ( water, tissues, wet wipes, etc.). He handled the rush hour traffic calmly. It was great, smooth start to our weekend! Note… the operator texted the day prior with important details. I appreciated that as I wouldn’t have expected the extra $18 cash charge for tolls and the driver getting into the airport.
Our flight was delayed by almost 2 hours but Manuel still managed to work us into his schedule. Definitely black car service. He was friendly and kept us in the loop re his arrival

I fly frequently and often book private transfers, but this experience was by far the best. With other companies, I’ve often been left wondering where the driver is or if they’re even there at all! However, with this company and my driver, Daniel, the communication was excellent, and the pickup process was seamless. They truly provide a top-tier service.
We were dropped off four blocks away from our hotel. One person in our group was disabled to a cane. It was extremely frustrating. Well on top of everything. The weather was not good.

Our flight was delayed and the driver left us at the airport with no transportation. After multiple calls the company said that the driver had been released and we were on our own. I requested a refund but the company said that I had to file a formal complaint and request a refund. Do no use this company

I received confirmation from viator and from the tour operator. The tour operator reinforced the instructions on what yo do when we arrive at the airport. I called the number that was provided and they said they did not have our reservation. The operator claimed that viator provided the wrong number. We ended up getting a cab. Still waiting on a confirmation for refund.

Andrés was the most friendliest drivers I’ve ever had. Our baggage took a long time to come out and he was really patient & understanding. We had a long flight and was pretty hungry by the time we got to Miami, so we were all a little hungry. Andres offered to go through a drive through so our kids can eat. He definitely went above and beyond. I highly recommend this company

When we arrived to MIA our driver Manuel sent me a text that he had arrived. Our bags were delayed 45 minutes due to it lightening and I had advised him of this delay. He was very kind and patient. Safe driver, would book again
Paying $95 for a 1 way trip from MIA to Trump Doral is more than uber and cabs. And we had a bit of a wait, and then once we arrived at the hotel, the driver said he needed $14.75 more for tolls. They knew the pickup and destination ahead of time That should have been disclosed, or included. Cabs are plentiful and cheaper. Definitely do not recommend.

It was a horrible experience and in the end the shuttle never showed up. I paid for my shuttle from Miami Airport to port of Miami. I was by thr contracted carrier who in turned said they couldn't pick me up at the contracted time, then I received another text telling about additional fees for which I had to pay in cash then tbr shuttle never showed up. We ended up paying another taxi. Not happy!

Good points were the driver was pleasant the vehicle was clean and tidy. Bad points took 1hr+ to collect us despite being told by the office “ they were only minutes away”
I'm Brazilian and I bought the transfer on an international flight, however, the operator didn't count on waiting in the migration line and canceled the transfer. Now I don't know if I can have the payment refund, since the cancellation came from the operator.

We were delayed in passport control for 90+ minutes . No mobile signal in the Passport hall so when we emerged with our luggage and called the operator we were told the driver had been let go and we would have to find our own way !! Viator called the day before our trip and said we would receive a text telling us who the driver was and his details - we never received the text . We use Viator all over the world and never had a problem before.
We were told we owe another $13.00 after I had already pai in full ……for airport tax and toll fees. I refuse to pay it and told our nice driver to text me if there was a problem and I never heard anything again which means we never really had to pay it.
Stephen stayed in touch constantly. Very polite and was patient when our flight was delayed over an hour making it almost midnight before we arrived. He waited while we got our luggage which was also late. We were very thankful to have him waiting for us because it had been a long trip.

Scheduled with this company weeks before our flight. Arrived in Miami with my 80 yr old parents and called the number for pickup as directed on the instructions only to be told they did not have our reservation. She connected me to another person who told me not to worry he would get a car to us ASAP. After being on hold for 10 more minutes he came back on saying we would have to find another transport. I confirmed that we would be getting a complete refund and he said no! Ended up calling an Uber. Will never use again. Will dispute with my credit card company! Terrible stress at the beginning of our trip!

This is a terrible experience. The company seemed to have 'forgotten' our reservation. We arrived at the Miami airport, called the number and were told the driver would be there soon. Since I had reserved a specific time I expected a pickup at that time. Not only did that not happen, but it also took 3 calls and nearly an hour to get our ride. It was very frustrating and a total waste of money!! If this was the last car service available I'd take a bus. The driver showed up as he had just been awakened from sleep. The person in the office was very rude and kept telling me she would text info, but never did. I had no idea what type of car/driver we were looking for. This was a total cluster. AVOID!!!
