Private Arrival Transfer - From Tampa Airport (Tpa)

Car never showed up. Said it broke down and they had no backup then hung up on me. Would not recommend.

Corey was very understanding when our flight was delayed coming from Atlanta to Tampa. He waited for me and my mom until 2:00am and made sure we safely made it to our hotel in Tampa. He was very nice and set us at ease being in an unfamiliar city. We arrived safely and set sail on our cruise the next day. I will definitely use Viator again for transportation! Didn't show. Had to get an Uber instead. Horrible to get in from almost 10 hours of flights and not be able to find the transfer service anywhere at the airport.

Great driver with lots of personality! Also gave us some restaurant options. Oriented us to the sites for the area.

Had to wait about 15 min for ride. No one was at the airport with a sign like they said. I stead u call the driver and they pick u up curbside. Took about 15 min. Not bad

Due to the FAA grounding on Jan 11th we missed our connection and when I contacted them I was told no car was available to pick up at our new arrival and I was refunded only 16$ of the 68$ we paid. As a point of comparison we took a taxi from airport for 40$.

Unable to give a good review. Charged extra when husband on the morning 8th April. Said we where no being picked up till we paid the difference for the Tampa transfer. Also our transfer from New Orleans hotel to our Airport flight no show or phone call. We had to pay for a taxi. Still out pocket. Then we arrived at Tampa no show. Maybe communication problem. Maybe the block wasn't lifted. We are not to blame we paid in February the price we where quoted. We paid that morning of the 8th April. My husband asked what time was pick up for our transfer that day 11 am. Waited 20mins. Sorry was not missing our flight for communication problems and wrong quotes. Thank you. Hopefully you can resolve the matter. So we cancelled our transfer to Airport on the 15th received 46 pounds in our account. My 60th feels a let down my this transfer company. Please investigate. One very unhappy birthday.

The driver did not turn up! We rang the numbers that you gave us but were told that they were not operational. Eventually I got through to be passed from one person to another and left on hold until my phone credit ran out. When I got to my hotel by standard taxi and had access to Wi-Fi, I discovered that the driver had been using What’s app to contact me. This had not been mentioned. Given that you had my phone number I don’t understand why this wasn’t phoned or texted. We were at the airport an hour and a half trying to get in touch. Waste of time. Very disappointing start to my holiday. I would like my money back for such a poor service.

My driver was friendly, courteous, and conversational. He was a wonderful driver and helped with my bags that were very heavy.

It says meet and greet included, driver will hold a sign with your name. Didn't happen last two bookings. Left to wonder where driver is while many Uber pickups happening all around me...paying less I'm sure.Grr

Driver met us , but didn’t seem to understand we were coming from overseas and had to switch to US phones only when we arrived in country. That said he was nice and helpful. I only would ask that he wear his mask in the car. We had traveled a long way and it would be safer for him and us for everyone to wear a mask in the car as well as in the airport.

I had difficulty getting in the house and driver refused to leave me alone until I was able to get in. I appreciated that very much as I was at an unfamiliar vacation house.

They had no record of our transportation when I called! I ended up having to get an Uber! Requested a refund through your site.

Our driver was on time and very friendly. Got us to Clearwater beach in no time. Took very good care of us.

Do not purchase this option. Do not purchase the Groupon. This option is far too expensive. A Lyft or Uber is much better and smarter. Lyft or Uber will cost you about $30. This service cost about $75 through Groupon. The driver claims it normally cost $120+. Either way Lyft or Uber is smarter. The Lyft we took back to airport was nicer, cleaner, and cooler than this service.

<p>They wouldn't accept my voucher, DON'T TAKE THIS TRANSFER. I had to pay out of my pocket. Will be calling the company to complain. This was AWFUL.</p>
