Experience was not what I anticipated to pay so much money for. Bad weather is uncontrollable however captains trip was not helpful. Parking instructions given poorly cars were towed. Rude thereafter to retrieve vehicles back. Would not recommend highly disappointed want a full or partial refund back!!

Was told at the last minute that there was a contract that still needed to be signed while standing at the dock with 13 guests patiently waiting to onboard a boat in which we were denied entry. This comes after speaking with the vendor at least 8 times from the time booked to the day of the event. Very poor communication! We experienced delays at departure, which cut into our reserved time, the captain did allow for the time to be made up. I catered food fully expecting the food to be professionally catered. The food was cold the rice was hard and all appeared to come from the local grocery store. Terrible! Especially for the amount they charged! Paid in advance for the staff only to have two people onboard including the captain. Instead of catering to our needs ensuring we had the things we needed including water, ice etc which they promised in the description the one staff member sat and picked a callus from his foot. The carpet and appliances were dirty and we were asked to walk around without our shoes. I would not recommend this company and suggest others look elsewhere for a more reliable and enjoyable experience.

Very very bad experience. They let me know only 8 hours before that i either needed to pay 700 euros extra. I already paid 250 euros. They did not mention this amounth in the reservation also not in the confirmation. When i told them they said it was too late to cancel (24 hours in advance). I had to contact tripadvisor who thankfully helped me and i got my deposit back. But never again, it was very upsetting and it ruined the rest of my day.

I should be receiving a refund from Viator for booking fee. The boat size changed to a smaller boat the day of. Book without 3rd party
