Everything was great. The person working was super helpful and sweet.

We had a great time the kayaks was really nice the site in the kayak was very nice 💕we had no guy we got to do what ever we wanted to do.

Saturday of vacation week was busy time in Kings Bay. The staff was excellent and friendly. I took my two grandkids for the clear kayak tour. The Guide was knowledgeable and friendly to all. 2 hours long and enjoyed every minute of it. They can’t guarantee a Manatee sight but in fact we saw three. It is a do again when less folks on the water.

Family said it was a great experience and they would do this again- it was the busiest day of the year- 12/26 everyone was patient and explained everything - it was very busy with many bodies around- would try again a different day to see what it's like not around a holiday

There are many group tours in Crystal River and they're all great. Sometimes - kayaking can be for the individual...or intimate group. If this is your thing (it is mine at times)...then Kacey's Custom Adventures if your go to. They offer tours which are awesome....but....if your looking for alone time....they will set you up with incredible equipment, top drawer service and information and get you ready for a truly enjoyable and enriching adventure. I saw many manatee with their guidance. Book a tour....book a solo kayak trip...you can't go wrong with Kacey's friendly and professional team....just do it!

What a great day we had!! Kacey and her staff were friendly and efficient. They were ready for us when we arrived and got us moving forward with the necessary paperwork and informational video. The equipment was in top notch condition with the MOST COMFORTABLE seats we have ever used in a kayak. We got perfect directions at the dock and a laminated map to take with us. The paddling area was very nice, lots of manatees, birds and tarpon jumping out of the water. It was a great day on the water for our visiting family, THANKS, KACEY!

So amazing a very nice experience. The water in the springs was super clear and the ride there was very enjoyable as well. The workers were super nice, we booked our appointment two hours before and it was all perfect! Definitely would go again

It was so much fun (there were 7 of us) and the girls that assisted us were so helpful and explained everything to us to make our trip easy and fun we saw atleast 6 manatees and they get so close to you, it was amazing ✔️manatees off my bucket list but will so be doing it again we had a blast thanks girls I really appreciate all your help and kindness especially with my kids

Rental equipment is in great condition and the kayaks are of excellent quality. Was thrilled to support this business run by a young woman entrepreneur who understands that by offering a better quality kayak she will have repeat satisfied customers 😊 great map and input given to us. Parking was SO convenient as well. Super helpful and friendly staff.

Great trip with Kacey as our tour guide! Superb insight into manatee lifestyle & patterns, gorgeous day on the water. Got to see plenty of other animals like turtles & herons. Had a wonderful time! Would highly recommend.

The girls who greeted us were great. Very knowledgeable and extremely friendly and welcoming. The equipment is 1st rate and the adventure is the perfect way to unwind and experience the beauty and serenity of the best the Nature Coast has to offer. Very affordable and a “must see” experience

We rented three single kayaks. The information provided on where to go, and what to see, was precise, with a very good knowledge of the area. We could not have been more pleased during our four hours on the water. One in our party was a non-experienced kayaker, howeverwas able to complete the trip with a little help from her friends. The kayaks are new and all equipment is in very good shape.

The staff was incredibly accommodating. We had problems with our car battery and alternator, and they graciously switched us to the next day. They were very patient with us taking more time to get ready with sunscreen, and other gear we wanted to bring on the kayaks. You paddle around Pete’s Pier to the river, and even with that bit of extra distance, we were able to do everything we wanted to do within the two hour timeframe. I wasn’t looking for the lowest cost place, and their rental was &15–20 less than some others. We saw at least 50 manatees, many mothers with babies. The clearest visibility was right at the entrance to three sisters spring, however, we saw many others swimming around us even before we got under the bridge. We highly recommend this business and this experience.

We did the kayaks on crisp Tuesday morning. The ladies had our kayaks ready and thankfully let me borrow a jacket . The trip to get into the springs was easy paddle .. there were a lot of manatees swimming under us and in the springs .. we enjoyed our experience. There are a lot of snorkel groups that seem to think have priority of getting close to springs . It is a busy attraction and a lot of companies. It was nice to launch right from the dock as opposed to being shuttled. The Self guided trip with the map was easy and a lot of fun!

It was an incredible experience and so much fun. Kacy’s Adventures went over everything throughly and was very friendly. From their dock to Three Sisters is a short distance. The scenery is beautiful and there are so many manatees. We went at 10:00. I would recommend this time just because there’s less people.

A wonderful trip from start to finish. Staff was kind, helpful, prepared before we arrived, timely, and very passionate. We learned so much about the area and the manatees. Loved the variety in what we could rent. I enjoyed the kayak while my partner opted for the SUP board. It was a very relaxing while still fun vacation and I’d love to do it again! Also very friendly to all ages. I did not lift/carry a single thing. The only “strenuous” activity was paddling myself!

A must book when looking for a fun activity on the water!!! Very professional and lovely staff. Went out with friends to kayak over to three sisters and made a full day of it.

While Three Sisters was closed for some kind of restoration (or something), we did still have the opportunity to paddle around and even stop to a swimming area. Being August, it was HOT, but the water was so, so refreshingly cool! We didn’t actually see anything that looked like a spring to us (none of the turquoise waters…maybe those are at Three Sisters? - but the waters were quite clear), but it was a fun time and the vessels were in great shape. We did get to see a manatee even though it wasn’t peak season! Everything about the rental office was great - the ladies seem very knowledgeable.

The view and spring were amazing. Amazing service and affordable prices! We rented a sit on tandem kayak. It was so easy to handle and we had a great time

KC Crystal River Kayak was exactly what I was hoping for to enjoy time on the water and see plenty of Manatees in their natural habitat. The associates were friendly, easy to work with, relaxing environment and the location was great! Right on the river so no shuttles!
