Super smooth and easy experience! We had an early flight to catch and wanted to just walk off the cruise ship and hop right into a car without delay to head for the airport, and that’s exactly what we got. They were fast to communicate when I contacted them the day before to delay our pickup after we learned we’d be exiting the ship later than we initially thought. Then on the morning of our ride Oscar was there plenty ahead of time, texted me- we were able to depart earlier than expected after all. Overall this was an 11/10 experience for us. Clear communication, quick response times, awesome company. We highly recommended and will definitely use them again.

Our private car experience was first class from beginning to end. We needed to change our pickup time the day before travel. Our driver, Jose, immediately responded and changed the time with ease. The communication at pickup time was top notch. Jose met us as we were stepping out of the port, took our luggage & made us feel like celebrities. Everything was seamless. Easy booking and great communication, especially on the travel day. Adan, our driver, arrived to the port early. When we exited the port we knew exactly where to find him (he text us a pic). He loaded all our luggage and we had a huge car with PLENTY of seats and space. He had waters for us and was a very safe driver. The price for all of us to take this private transfer was cheaper than taking the Disney bus. Very happy with our experience and I’d definitely book again should the need arise.

On our recent trip to Orlando we used this company to transport our family of 8 a number of times. Transfers to and from the airport, transfers from international drive to port canaveral and back. Adan was our driver on a number of occasions, helpful and friendly. These guys were always on time, vans were clean, comfortable and great communication on where and when to meet. driver was a bit scary. left cruise terminal without his seatbelt on then on the highway seemed distracted too often and had hard braking multiple times. nice man but my wife was very concerned on the way to the airport.

Orlando met us early, which was great since we disembarked maybe 45 minutes earlier than we’d planned. He was a true gentleman and our ride in his Lincoln “minivan” met all expectations. I simply wish the American Airlines staff inside MCO had been half as competent and helpful a Orlando was.

Called driver after disembarking our ship and he stated he would be late. I had an early flight and ended up taking a bus. When you book a luxury sedan you expect a higher level of service. Icing on the cake is even though my ride was canceled due to there bad customer service did not recieve a refund! I feel scammed.

First notification was telling us they were on time. Next,they said there was a driver change. Another notification they would be 1/2 hour late. Soothe bumped that to 45 minutes. After calling dispatch a few times the sent an Uber driver. Arrived at destination about an hour late. They offered no compensation for us arriving late to an event.

It was a very nice ride. The car was roomy very comfortable. We got out of the cruise terminal 30 minutes earlier than the scheduled pick up, so we had to wait as the driver did not arrive until the exact scheduled time.

Great communication from ATC starting day prior and continued day of transport. I had to change pick up time the day before and they were flexible. Went above and beyond for us when they could have said no. Timely, reliable and dependable. 100% would use again in the future.

I notified of a change in my cruise arrival time the night before and it was immediately accommodated. The driver was waiting when we arrived. Top of the line service. I am recommending to all my people cruising out of Port Canaveral.

Trip was pleasant and our driver was professional. My observation was that we were confused about where the pick up point was. We were told by airport security to go to the shuttle bus pick up, which made sense. The actual pick up area was in the family pick up lot. Knowing that would have been helpful.

Service was brought forward an hour which we only found out by accident when connecting to WiFi on the ship as we were sent a WhatsApp message. Luckily we found out in time to make the new pick up time. The driver was prompt and friendly and the service took around 45 minutes. Would definitely recommend if leaving a cruise and going straight for a flight.

The driver arrived early and accommodated my request to stop at a store before heading to the port. Very cooperative attitude.

When we called to make arrangements for pick up a week before we went on cruise. We were told we would be picked up at our hotel. When we got back the evening before we were to be picked up we received a phone call saying they would not pick us up at the hotel. We were told we could take all 6 of our pieces of luggage back to the port which we would have to pay someone to take us there or pay an extra $40.00 to be picked up at the hotel. When we called your company back and told you we were lied to all the said was oh we are sorry We will never use you again and will not refer your company to anyone

They are alway there and always give me a call to tell me where they are parked , I never have to think if they will be there to pick me up!! Very satisfied with the service
