Port Canaveral Cruise Transfer To And From Orlando Intl Airport

Excellent driver, good communication. Timing good, all went very well. We will likely use the service again as needed.

She was earlier than expected. Awesome and worth every penny. Very nice and safe driver. Would book again.

There were very friendly, most important on time from the pick up time projected. We had a change in our hotel location and they did not even charge for the additional miles to another city.

Professional and Punctual. Our Driver, Mr. Mark was very polite. The coordinator, Shamar was awesome. Thank you both. My Family was very happy and pleased.

BUS trip was great from ORLANO and back to Airport worth every penny.

Wonderful service. Will definitely be calling again soon! Our driver was prompt, knowledgeable and caring.

Mark was wonderful! Our trip from Port Canaveral to MCO was very comfortable and easy. He was very friendly and enjoyed our ride a great deal. We highly recommend!

From pre pick up communication to a spotlessly clean van that could have accommodated twice the size of our party i really could not fault anything about Shamars service. And she made the drive after a long tiring flight really interesting with her friendly conversation and great tips

Friendly. On time. Great communication from company on where to meet and what to expect. Clean ride.

Traveled with my family of 5 (infant + booster seats). They provided the car seats so we didn’t have to fly with them, which was so helpful! Mark was such a great and friendly driver! Shamar was super great at communicating to coordinate pickup both to and from port. We stayed at a hotel in Orlando and they were so accommodating to change the pickup point to the hotel. Would 100% book with them again!

Very professional, contacted me days in advance And frequently on my travel day Driver waited patiently while flight was delayed

Driver was waiting for us and provided Mickey ears for kids and rain ponchos.. nice surprise! Smooth transfer to hotel

Excellent service, nice new SUV, friendly driver (Mark) and fantastic communication. We highly recommend this company and we will definitely use them again when we return to Orlando.

Totally Awesome job - Shamar was on top of everything. I even had my reservation backwards and tgry had it all corrected and ready to go. Mark -our driver -Super professional - texted me early-followed up by phone call. Walked off the ship at 7:30 and he was 10 steps away/ very nice, super clean car. Great experience and would highly recommend!! Great way to end the vacation either way no stress! Super job by all!

Shamar was an excellent driver!! We communicated our arrival time, and she was prompt with her arrival and pickup. Would highly recommend this shuttle service.

This trip from cruise ship to airport went very well. The trip a week earlier (3/20) was not fulfilled as a driver never contacted us or showed up. Still have not received any communication that our $190. would be reimbursed. We had to find and pay for another way to get from Orlando Airport to Port Canaveral. One was great, one not so great. It leaves one to wonder about next time.

Our driver was there earlier thsn our time and we were able to get to the airport in very good time.

The driver was very professional and the service was excellent. The driver was on time and the vehicle was spotless.

I recently used a transport company for my journey from the boat to the airport, and I couldn't be more impressed. The service was exceptional from start to finish. The staff was professional, punctual, and incredibly helpful, ensuring a smooth transition during my travels. The vehicle was clean and comfortable, making the ride enjoyable. They truly went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, providing assistance with my luggage and offering local insights along the way. I highly recommend this transport company for anyone in need of reliable and efficient service. A fantastic experience overall!

Clean vehicle , courteous driver! Driver communicated so pick up was an ease among 1000’s disembarking cruise ship. As others were frustrated waiting for transportation, our family was easily pocked up and arrived at the airport ahead of schedule!

I couldn't be happier with the service from OnTour! They communicated with me prior to landing and told me exactly what to do and where to go. They were prompt and courteous. The vehicle was roomy and comfortable. We did a round trip and they were just as prompt for the return. I highly recommend this service!

Very easy process and excellent communication. Our first cruise and we didn't know the process. They were very helpful and detailed. We were picked up at MCO and taken to our hotel on Port Canaveral. Garfield picked us up in a clean, gorgeous Suburban. He was friendly and knowledgeable. After our cruise, Mark picked us up in an Escalade. The directions for pick up were once again made easy. He was friendly and safely got us back to the airport. Would definitely use this company again.

Good equipment. Plenty of room for 5 people. Driver very social. Good previous communication prior to drivers arrival.

Mark did an amazing job taking our family from Orlando to Port Canaveral for a family cruise. Very easy to communicate with their operation. They were on time and very courteous. Will certainly use them again.

We used Viator to take my family of six from the Orlando airport to the cruise port. The vehicle was immaculate! The driver was lovely! An overall really great experience! Customer service was also amazing! So friendly and really treated you like family. I highly recommend Viator!

Great service and communication as always !! Was able to help us out with car seats for the kids. Thanks again!

Great transportation service. Used for our family trip. Plenty of space for our family of 6 and our luggage. Very punctual and communication was A+. We will definitely use again in the future for any transportation needs.

We booked this via the Viator site looking for an option to get to and from the port Canaveral cruise port with less hassle and less cost. Carnival was going to charge us so much for our family of 5 and shove us on the bus with 50 other people. We paid less and had a private car to ourselves. Our driver Mark was really personable and made sure we had a comfortable ride. He and my husband chatted it up both ways with really interesting conversation and it really made the 45 minute journey both ways go by so fast. Communication before and after our cruise arranging pick up times was very easy via text message with Shamar. She was very responsive to any questions and checked in frequently to make sure we were connecting with our driver. What a great experience all around. If you are looking for a great company to get you around the Orlando area…this is the company to go with. Would definitely use them again!!

The 1st pickup from airport was on time , the driver was professional and personal . Our 2nd trip, from port to airport is on the 16th. Hope all goes well.

Wonderful driver (Mo) who was kind and helped us get everything to fit in the car! On time and friendly service. Would definitely use again

Very professional, courteous, prompt & dependable. We felt safe, & the round trip drive was pleasant. I’d book again!

We needed transportation from the airport to Port Carnival to start our cruise. The transportation was easy to navigate and convenient. The ride was about 45 minutes and went smoothly.

Wonderful communication, friendly driver and excellent A/C on a hot and humid Florida morning. Highly recommend!

Excellent service! They kept in touch and when we came out of the airport and off the cruise ship they arrived within minutes to pick us up. Will use them on all of Orlando trips!

We used On Tour Orlando Transportation both going to and coming from our cruise. They were extremely professional in providing their services. We were contacted with updates often and just to check-in. Our driver(s) and vehicle were there within minutes of us stepping off the plane and the boat. The vehicles were large and very comfortable (3-passengers). Both drivers were a delight and offered information and highlights along the way. We will definitely be using their services again and maybe even their island branch soon as well.

Great communication from sign up to pickup. Mark was a true professional driver. Very helpful and friendly. Will definitely book again.

The ride to and from the cruise port was just as expected. I book a luxury transfer and it was indeed luxurious, spacious, clean and just right for me. The driver Shamar was courteous, very professional and extremely helpful in getting me ready for my cruise. I will definitely use their transportation services again

Our families had a blast on our trip to cruise with Disney. The transportation service was really great. Communication from start to end was very easy. We were sent our port arrival instructions which made it very easy to find our driver. The service was timely and extremely pleasant overall.
