Had a really great time , Was interesting history the guide was awesome and she made the experience fun and informative truly enjoyed the walking tour . Even got some great pictures.

It's interesting and a nice walk. Plus we got to stop by a couple of local businesses. Erika, our guide, was very knowledgeable.

Ericka was so knowledgeable and friendly. We did this at the request of our 11 year old daughter and were skeptical. However Ericka made it so fun and informative, my husband and I throughly enjoyed ourselves as well. We liked the little bit of Pensacola history wrapped into it, and loved the exclusive upstairs experience the most. Would 10/10 recommend Ericka and do other things with her.

The guide was knowledgeable. The walk was easy. The equipment was a nice touch. We saw another tour while we were out and they didn’t have the way.

We had so much fun exploring Pensacola through the ghost stories. The tour was engaging and interactive and Erika had a great sense of humor.

They cancelled my tour not once but twice. So i didnt get to go. Resceduled me ftom Thursay to Friday. Then didnt call me til after 5 pm on Friday evening to cancel.

Not worth the money take the trolley tour. Could not hear the first tour guide. They switched the guide 40 minutes into the tour because nobody could hear.

Was a 2 hour tour. First 30 minutes were spent sitting at a table in Seville Quarter listening to the guide pretend that she was some sort of a paranormal investigator and then they took us to a “haunted” candy shop for samples. That was all we could handle and left the tour early. We had taken a tour with a different tour company about 10 years ago, also in Pensacola, and it was great

Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and made it a very fun time. I would do it again. Nice small group made it more personable.

This was so much fun for me and my family. We really enjoyed it. Just learning the history surrounding our home town that we never knew about was exciting and very fun and educational for me and my children. Mrs. Erica was amazing. We definitely want to do it again.

Our Tour Guide, Erica, was all that you could hope for in a tour guide! Full of knowledge and fun, always making sure we were safe and able to hear her clearly even though it also happened to be Gallery Night. I learned so much history and saw Pensacola in a way I haven't seen it in the 31 years I've lived here! Worth every penny - this tour did not disappoint. Thank you!

I have been on several ghost tours in Jamaica, Alaska, Gettysburg, and New Orleans. This tour was pretty lame compared to the other tours I have been on. It felt like we were on a tour of Pensacola. We only had 8 people in our group and it was difficult to hear the lady who was operating the tour due to the bars noise background. I definately would not waste my money on this tour if I were you.

We took our two granddaughters on the Pensacola Ghosts in the City tour, and it was such a memorable experience! Our guide, Erica, was absolutely amazing—so knowledgeable, engaging, and fun. She brought along all kinds of equipment that made the tour even more interactive for the kids and us. We explored several different historical buildings, each with its own fascinating story. Everything about the evening was incredible, from the history to the spooky atmosphere. Highly recommend this tour for families or anyone looking for a unique way to experience Pensacola!

I booked this ghost tour for my partner and I. We were canceled on less than an hour before the tour was to begin. The woman who called me, Erica, stated she would refund me and I’d get confirmation for a refund via email. I did not receive confirmation until I was reached out to viator. We took a ghost tour with a different company the second night and had a great time. We met a couple on that tour who also booked this tour and they were canceled on as well. If you can’t support having a ghost tour seven days a week then change your bookings to specific days you will take. It’s not rocket science. I do not recommend this tour. I will never book a viator tour again. Very unprofessional.

So much fun! The guide was very informative about the haunting as well as Pensacola’s history. Would highly recommend.

Positive side: Erica was a great Host. I had a great time listening to the Ghost Tales of our city. Negative side: Sometimes it was hard to hear and a little too long of a tour. Overall: I enjoyed the tour, but on a Saturday night there’s too many other people out to enjoy it as I should have!

Excellent ghost and history tour!! Ericka was very knowledgeable and fun. We have been on many ghost tours but this was the first one that the tour guide was a medium and was able to know things about members on the tour that she would’ve had no way of knowing. Highly recommend the tour with Ericka!!

An amazing experience! We do ghost tours in everyplace we visit, and this tour has by far been the best one putting the others to shame! To The guide, Ericka was phenomenal! She was thorough and kind but overall she provided a safe and fun experience. This night was one to remember,,!

The best trip ever. We drove 2.5 hours to get there but received a call saying it was cancelled due to weather. When we called Ericka to let her know we had gotten the message but the rain had stopped she came back and we did the tour. My husband had a very active night and actually got a message from his father when we were upstairs. Definitely would recommend to anyone

Great tour!! Excellent tour guide, she was very knowledgeable and gracious. Would love to go again and see all the different places to stop to eat and drink, and do the horse and buggy ride.

I have done tours in savannah and then booked this one while in destin florida and if I could leave 10 stars I would erica was absolutely amazing my family was floored by her kindness and hospitality and during the whole tour she gave us the back stories and such a amazing tour my family loveeeeeed it is a understatement thank you for a wonderful time erica ❤️
