I used these guys for a Dolphins game on very short notice, and they were excellent. The communication was good the entire time. the process was easy, and our driver Miguel was excellent. We had some challenges at the venue that had nothing to do with him, and he handled it perfectly. We had a party bus and it was clean and modern, with a nice sound system that we were able to easily connect to.
Everything was great. We had 18 kids going to homecoming. Jean was on time, very professional, and we felt safe to send out kids with him. He texted updates and called when the line for pick up was really long. Overall it was a great experience.
I recently booked DreamRide for a concert with a group of friends. The communication was very good via text and email. The company only allows Zelle, Apple Pay and Venmo payment methods. This threw me a little off but it was safe and secure. We tipped in cash. The Sprinter limo was very comfortable with a/c for our group of 9. It was fully stocked with glassware, water, and ice which was perfect for us to pour our own beverages we brought for the ride. The sound system was good and we were able to play Spotify from our phone with no problem. Our driver arrived promptly at the restaurant, about 15 minutes early. Miguel was friendly and very kind. He drove us safely to Hard Rock. The venue itself is very chaotic and there was some issues using our paid parking pass. He dropped us off near the entrance and dropped me a pin so I knew exactly where he ended up parking. Again, the venue is a zoo, so there's not really a great way out of there with 50k people doing the same thing. We ended up meeting him at the Wal-mart parking lot where he was able to park and getting out was very busy, which was expected. They just need a better system. The only issue I had is we had a 6 hour block, and as the contract stated after the 6th hour we would be charged the extra fee, about $275 per hour. We were stuck in the Wal-mart parking lot for almost an hour. Well, he requested the extra fee early via Venmo at about 12:07am. He found a way out of the parking lot where officers were directing traffic and we got to our hotel right after the 6 hour mark. So, it was a little offsetting that he requested the payment via text before we even hit the 6 hours. Even if we exceeded it, I would not have imagined paying for it until we stepped out of the vehicle back to our hotel. Other than that, I'd recommend DreamRide. It was way better than navigating a large group to Hard Rock Stadium and the service was excellent.
We had an amazing time! It was clean and the driver was very kind. The driver arrived early and had us on time for multiple stops. Great experience!

Miguel was a fantastic driver. He was very accommodating to our group and made sure we enjoyed ourselves. His communication was excellent and provided us with a fantastic experience. Rob was also fantastic with booking the reservations and answered all of my questions. Well run company.
Amazing experience! Have booked with then multiple times and they are always punctual and professional. Will book again!
Dantae, the driver, was very professional and assisted everyone on and off the Limo. There were no issues with driving and taking us to pick up other people. We hired this service to help with a funeral with lots of out-of-town guests. I would recommend and use this service again. The Sprinter allowed enough room for everyone. Thanks again!
The Dreamride team and driver were amazing with their communication. Our driver Miguel was so extremely nice and even 15 minutes early for our trip. Sprinter was clean and well kept, and came with water and ice. Overall 5/5 experience and would absolutely recommend them for your travels in the area!
We rented this for our kids to go to Prom! They had an amazing time! They loved bus, the music and the lights! The driver, Jeff was great! He kept us in the loop with arrival and departure to the venue as well as any stops the kids wanted to make. Reservations were easy and the two gentlemen that helped with the reservation were extremely kind and helpful (Rob and Jay)! Would highly recommend.
If you are looking for a nice time with friends for a birthday or a celebration and want to be driven around here you have it.
Came across this company while searching for airport run from Miami to Wellington for some very important clients and their family. (8 people and luggage). Booking with Rob was great and the Driver Brandon really impressed our clients, he was very accommodating to their children and had very good communication with our client while they navigated through the airport. Top notch service from Brandon 5+ Service. Looking forward in using this company again.

We decided to get a group of friends together, and head north on a train ride, eat at a restaurant, but we didn't want to train home. We wanted to head home in luxury. This was the absolute perfect solution...I got several brownie points from my friends/neighbors for organizing lol. Service was excellent. Thanks Dreamride!!!!

Just got back from a bachelorette and cannot brag enough at the phenomenal services! 100% recommend!
OK, so I never leave reviews, but I just had to this time. My friends and I did a bachelorette party and had the best time ever. some people were from out of town and the driver recommended some places that we never would have thought of. he really knew what he was doing. i was surprised how clean and cool the sprinter was. It has been scorching hot lately and it was nice that the ac was blasting. The bride decided to use Dreamride for the wedding too. Thanks for the perfect night!
I had my son’s 16th birthday & surprised him & his closest friends a party bus to drive them to the Marlins/Dodger game. The owner was very accommodating & we loved Dante the driver, he was easy to communicate with and made the trip fun for the boys, he rolled out the red carpet and all! Thank you so much! This is our 4th time hiring Dream Ride, and we we will hire again before the Cend of the year, great company & highly recommend.l!!! Sincerely, Sheri Wells

Weekend trip to Florida. We picked Dreamride and their party bus. Great company to work with, great price and the staff and vehicles were on point. The party bus sprinter was like new. We had an amazing time!
Everything was amazing. Great communication, great service. Our driver was super friendly too. The inside is so nice and clean!
Miguel was wonderful! I was able to text him and communicate easily. We arrived at the Port earlier than expected and it was not a problem to pick us up earlier. Water and sodas were provided and we hooked up our Bluetooth to listen to music. We didn't have an Itinerary but we were hungry so he took us to a diner and waited for us to eat. He accomodated our requests and drove us past the beach. I would definitely recommend them and recommend them to my clients. The process was easy and flawless. Thank you for everything!
Great company and great driver! The company was adaptable to our wants and needs. The driver contacted me a day in advance to confirm. Miguel was a pleasure to work with!
